N/A 1. Raising aesthetic issue in methodological discourse of intrinsic research for Korean arts is already originated from Yanagi Muneyoshi(柳奈悅). Before criticising that his interpretations are only `the logic of dominating culture` and `the logic of facing sentimentalism the aesthetic research about specific character of Korean arts as the matters of the universality and distinctiveness of `esthetic category`, which are related with <the sorrowful beauty> or approaching structurally fundamental type of formatting Plastic arts, which is connected <lineal beauty>, should precede more systematically and objectively. 2. The aesthetic approach of Koh Yu-Sup(高裕燮) not only examines the existing circumstances of formalism about Korean arts, but also subjugate Yanagi`s methodological limitation by researching an korean aesthetic sense through this existing circumstance and by including a matter of interpretation of meaning in the ideology of value in beauty. And Koh,-Sup`s aesthetic approach exceeds Yenagi`s approach which examinate the true state of development in morphogenesis about the method of existing state in beauty, and surpasses by comprehending about examining closely the state of development of meaning. Therefore, Koh Yu-Sup`s approach attempts third field which are the structure of aesthetic experience and a representational method in Korean arts, the correlation of conceptional structure within aesthetical present state and aesthetical value of significance in Korean arts, and an aesthetical interpretation about varied structural category in Korean arts. Especially, he correlates his conceptional introduction `disinterestedness`, in the aesthetically specific character of Korean arts, with the aesthetical universality through the Korean particularity of experiencing artistic value Eventually, all his aesthetic approaches are to retain universal sympathy in the aesthetic sense of Korea. 3. The question of Kim, Won-ryong`s(金元龍) Point of view that the character of artistic mode of Korean arts is `the naturalism` does rut consist with that `the naturalism` contained originally with the physical character of object, objective precision, and the point of the psychological character of subject, scientific accuracy. And Korean arts are also distinctively displayed heterogeneity which described by Kim Won-ryung. In conclusion for requiring a new methodology for examination closely about varied stylistic and spiritual character in the Korean arts, Koh, Yu-Sup`s methodological point of view which is embodied the spiritual character and the mode of existing state in Korean arts is critically presalted with supplementary possibility.
