Since the implementation of ‘The Indoor Air Quality Management Act in Multi-use Facilities’ in 2004, heat recovery ventilation devices(substitute ‘heat exchangers’) have been applied to apartments with more than 100 households additional legislation and announcements have been made such as ‘Standards of Management and Certification of Housing Performance Ratings’ and ‘Regulations on Promoting the Supply of High-efficiency Energy Equipment’. The current ventilation system of the heat exchanger is generally, as in Fig.1, consumes unnecessary energy because it only has a simple on/off for all rooms regardless of indoor air quality. But complaints requesting ventilation function for the particular room have been continuously raised to Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Affairs and as the aim of the government policy has changed into passive house and zero energy house and interests of consumers in environmental sector such as fine dust are increasing, the need for technology development for ventilation control systems capable of energy saving and each room control such as Fig.2 is increasing in the heat In this study, we propose a technology called "Each Room Control Ventilation System with Air Cleaning Function’

During the last decade, possibility of flaw occurrences has been rapidly increased world-widely as the increase of operating times of petro-chemical facilities. For instance, from a recent in-service inspection, three different sized surface cracks were detected in welding parts of a spherical oxygen holder in Korea. While API579 code provides corresponding engineering assessment procedures to determine crack driving forces, in the present work, numerical analyses are carried out for the cracked oxygen holder to investigate effects of complex geometry, analysis model and residual stress. With regard to the detailed finite element analysis, stress intensity factors are determined from both the full three-dimensional model and equivalent plate model. Also, as an alternative, stress intensity factors are calculated for equivalent plate model by employing the noted influence stress function technique. Finally, parametric structural integrity evaluation of the cracked oxygen holder is conducted in use of failure assessment diagram method, J/T method and DPFAD method. Effects of the geometry and so forth are examined and key findings from the simulations are fully discussed, which enables to determine practical safety margins of spherical components containing a defect.

In this paper, W-DCAP-HTR(Web-based Design Compatibility Assessment Program for High Temperature Reactor) which will be used to check the design criteria for high temperature reactor is newly proposed. To do this, the assessment procedure of the ASME Sec.III Div.5 such as time-dependent primary stress limit, accumulated inelastic strain, and creep-fatigue damage evaluation were investigated. Furthermore, the trend of candidate materials for high temperature reactor was also reviewed. Then, all assessment procedures for high temperature reactor have been computerized to enhance the efficiency and to reduce the possibility of human error during calculating procedure by hand calculation. It can be directly conducted by adopting the actual thermal and structural analysis results. The validation of W-DCAP-HTR has been demonstrated by benchmark analysis.

Many researchers have proved that risk measurement of information systems is a very effective tool for improving confidence of information systems. However, information system risk in Korea still includes many subjective judgements. This study deals with applying a quantitative model to improve risk measurement of information system quality. First of all, we have come up with solutions to improve the evaluation efficiency on risk measurement. We have merged the risk guidelines of COBIT and CMM, and developed a quantified evaluation scheme that call by risk point. We have proved the validity of this model by interviews with experts and by case studies.
3차원 유한요소 한계해석을 이용한 원주방향 경사관통균열 배관의 소성한계하중

본 논문에서는 3 차원 유한요소 한계해석을 기반으로 하여 인장하중, 굽힘 모멘트 및 내압이 작용하는 원주방향 경사관통균열을 갖는 배관의 소성한계 하중값을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 수행된 유한요소 모델 및 해석 방법은 이상화된 관통균열을 갖는 배관의 소성한계 하중값을 구하기 위한 기존의 이론식과의 비교를 통해 타당성을 입증하였다. 또한, 경사균열이 소성한계 하중값에 미치는 영향을 정량화하기 위하여 대규모의 3 차원 유한요소 해석을 통해 이상화된 관통균열 배관의 소성한계 하중값으로부터 경사관통균열 배관의 소성한계 하중값을 구할 수 있는 새로운 경사균열 보정계수를 제안하고자 한다. 본 논문의 결과인 경사균열 보정계수들은 각 하중조건 및 실제 조건의 형상들에 대해 표 형식으로 나타내었다. On the basis of detailed 3D finite-element (FE) limit analyses, the plastic limit load solutions for pipes with slanted circumferential through-wall cracks (TWCs) subjected to axial tension, global bending, and internal pressure are reported. The FE model and analysis procedure employed in the present numerical study were validated by comparing the present FE results with existing solutions for plastic limit loads of pipes with idealized TWCs. For the quantification of the effect of slanted crack on plastic limit load, slant correction factors for calculating the plastic limit loads of pipes with slanted TWCs from pipes with idealized TWCs are newly proposed from extensive 3D FE calculations. These slant-correction factors are presented in tabulated form for practical ranges of geometry and for each set of loading conditions.
