In the paper, we investigate the magneto-impedence(MI) effect of the Fe-Co-B Amorphous magnetic film the amorphous magnetic film having near zero magnetostriction is fabricated by using the sputtering methode, and then annealed in magnetic field. When the external magnetic field is directly applied to the fabricated film, the voltage amplitude between both side of the magnetic film varies about 22% at 10[MHz]and the impedance varioes about 21% at 10[Oe]. Thus, we find that the fabricated magnetic film has the characteristics of high-quality sensor element.

This thesis is the study on the magnetic properties of strontium (Sr) ferrite. Specimens of SrO·nFe₂O₃,basic composition, with n=5.9 which is nonstoichiomatric composition region were prepared by sintering at 1275°C for 1hr, whthin air surroundings. In order to increase coercivity, additives of 0.4wt%SiO₂ and 0.7wt%CaCO₃ were added into basic composition, and 0.5wt%∼2.0wt%Cr₂O₃ was added as second additives. In case of second additives 1.5wt%Cr₂O₃, it was obtained uniformed grain size and magnetic properties was increased. The sintering temperature was 1150°C, 1180°C, 1210°C, 1240°C and 1270°C respectivily and cooling was performed in furnance. From the research and experiments on the magnetic properties of strontium (Sr) ferrite based on the complex additive technique, it was obtained good magnetic properties of (BH)mas=0.72MGOe, at the sintering temperature of 1210°C, in the case of (basic composition)+(basic additive)+(1.5wt%Cr₂O₃)

Today, manpower is used as a major factor in the production of service industry that is on the increasing trend. So the research on manpower structure have been regarded as a important field. The research on personnel scheduling, however, have got de-emphasizeed as compared wi th the field of manufacturing scheduling. As the increasing trend of service industry, an appropriate personnel scheduling for each type of service industry is needed urgently. This paper deals with nurse scheduling problem in the field of personnel scheduling. We aim at developing prototype of the expert nurse scheduling program which is easy to use when scheduling without help of expert, and satisfies the various request of hospital scheduling policy and nurse scheduling.
