분자생물학적 방법을 이용한 Moniliella 속과 Trichosporonoides 속의 분류학적 고찰

The molecular taxonomic relationship of nine species in the genus Moniliella Stolk & Dakin and Trichosporonoides Haskins & Spencer and six species of other yea나-like fungi was examined by sequencing analysis of large subunit rDNA D1/D2 variable domain. The fifteeen species fell into two major groups corresponding with their genetic relationships. The nine species of the genus Moniliella and Trichosporonoides were placed at the same cluster. similarity values based on the D1/D2 domain sequences were 45.4-100% among species of genus Moniliella, 45.2-84.4% among genus Trichosporonoides species, and 45.6-90.1% among species of genus Moniliella and Trichosporonoides. Identical sequence similarity was observed between M. suaveolens var. nigra and M. suaveolens. A colse relationship of M. mellis. and M. acetoabutens is observed. The result of this study provided and insight into the genetic origins of genus Moniliella and Trichosporonoides species as well as their genetic relationships. Genus Moniliella and Trichosporonoides are closely related to each other based on sequence analysis of the large subunit rDNA D1/D2 region and we suggest combination of the genus Moniliella and Trichosporonoides to single genus.

오늘날 고도로 발전되어가는 모든 문화 과학면에서 그 유일의 힘의 원천으로서 전기를 사용하고 있다. 전기는 우리 인간에게 허다한 이기의 제공자로서 그 혜택이 많은 반면에 불의에 사고의 원인으로 막대한 인명과 재산을 앗아가는 공포의 대상이 될때도 있다. 이것은 누전및 과부하로 생기는 화재와 감전으로 인한 사망이며 특히 고전압시설물에 화재가 일어났을 경우 급히 소방차와 소방제원이 출동되어 진화작업에 열중하다가 불행히도 감전으로 인하여 소방제원이 희생되는 수가 있었다. 이런 견지에서 먼저 감전에 관하여 언급키로 한다.
효모 탐색을 위한 Pyrolysis Mass Spectrometry의 활용

To develop the effective microbial screening method, pyrolysis mass spectrometry (PyMS) fingerprinting was evaluated as a tool that discriminate various yeast strains. The target yeast strains were isolated from industrial wastewater. Seventeen environmental isolated yeast strains were examined by pyrolysis mass spectrometry and sequencing analysis of the large subunit rRNA gene D1/D2 region. The PyMS results were compared with those of sequencing analysis. Taxonomic correlations were observed between the PyMS data and the sequencing results. It was concluded that PyMS provides a rapid, reliable and cost-reducing method for discrimination of the yeast strains.

This study analyzes makeup trends using fashion magazine covers, which represent the epitome of latest trends, selected by experts from a flood of information. In particular, the study aims to understand the flow of makeup trends represented in the fashion magazine, Vogue. The study was conducted using the magazine covers of Vogue published in the United States, France, and South Korea between January, 2000, and October, 2017. The data were grouped by two-year and five-year units for analysis, which was conducted for elements including eyebrows, eyes, lips, and skin, by tracking changes in every decade for each nation. According to the analysis results, most elements with the highest frequency were identical in all of the three nations. Overall, makeup trends moved to more natural, non-artificial, and not-going-overboard expression. This general trend was common for every nation; however, sub-items, such as eyebrow shapes and eye makeup, indicated uniqueness and differences for each nation.
