SnO_2-Si heterojunction型 太陽電池의 電氣的 特性에 관한 硏究

Recently it has been reported oxide(SnO_2, In_2O_3, ITO) on silicon solar cells have high efficiency. Experiments show that one obvious and key parameter which can control the efficiency of the solar cells is the presence of a thin interfacial insulating layer. In this experiment such a heterojunction type SnO_2-Si solar cell was formed by CVD(chemical vapor deposition) method. In examining the available experimental data, it became clear that the soalr cell had a good rectifying characteristics and transmittance in visible region. From its output characteristics, the V_oc, J_sc and P_max were observed to be 0.51V, 26.7 mA/㎠ and 6.6m/W㎠ respectively, and the corresponding conversion efficiency was about 6.6%.
The Design and Construction of 10keV Accelerator

본 연구에서는 20KeV 소형 가속기를 설계제작하여 Li? 이온의 전류밀도, 가속전압, Einzel텐즈 및 가속전극 사이의 거리에 대한 관계에 대해 조사하였다. Li? 이온의 전류특성은 ?이며 기하학적 인자는 f=1.4×10임을 알 수 있었으며, 이들은 실험결과의 잘 일치하였다. A 20KeV small accelerator is designed and contsructed in this research. The relations between Li? ion current density, accelerating voltage, gap distance and Einzel lens are studied. The characteristics of Li? ion current reveals that J=CV?/d, and the geometrical factor is found to be f=1.4×10?. The experimental resutls for ion current ae in good agreement with theoretical results. The possibility of application to polymer physics and ion implantation is also investigated.
