Tubers(4-5cm diameter) of Zantedeschia 'Black Magic' were used to study the induction of flowering in GA<sub>3</sub> soaking times and concentration. The GA<sub>3</sub> soaking were 10 seconds and 30 minutes at the GA<sub>3</sub> concentrations of 50, 100, 250, and 500 mg·L<sup>1</sup>. The time to emergence in GA<sub>3</sub> treatment were 1.1~4.0 days shorter than control Growth characteristics were good in GA<sub>3</sub> treatment but that was no significance in GA<sub>3</sub> soaking time and concentration. When GA<sub>3</sub> soaking time and concentration were increased, days to flowering was shorter, but flower stalk length, flower stalk width, flower length, flower width were no difference. The number of flower per tuber was most as 4.0~4.3 in 250~500 mg·L<sup>1</sup> GA<sub>3</sub> concentration and that was about 2 times compared to control. The normal flower ratio and bulb enlargement were similar compared with GA<sub>3</sub> soaking time and concentration. GA<sub>3</sub> 250~500 mg·L<sup>1</sup> treatment is necessary for improvement of number of flowers per bulb.

This experiment was carried out to develop an acclimatization system of tissue cultured seedling in Zantedeschia spp. There was not different in percentage of leaf emergence by the media compost of acclimatization but tuber was enlarged in sand(50%)+peatmoss(50%) treatment after 6 months growth. The optimum time for the acclimatizantion of Zantedeschia spp. was from the 20th of March to 20th of April. During this time, rate of acclimatization reached over 90 percentage. However on the 20th of august, acclimatization was low to 64-70.4 percentage. Size of tuber was enlarged in planting on the 20th of March. The weight of tuber was better in 10×10cm density of planting than others.

This study was carried out to investigate the growth and rooting of cutting time, media and plug cell size in Dianthus spp and Coreopsis spp. A rooting rate was the low in lated rooting time rooting rate was the over 90% in 20th May and 20th August otherwise was the 82% and 87% in 20th September. Media of rooting was the over the 90% in all treatment media and sand media was low. Number of rooting was the best in peatmoss(1)+perlite(1) media. The size of plug cell was the 98% in 162 plug cell in Coreopsis spp. The 162-200 plug cell size was the 95.8-96% in Dianthus spp.
