KOGAS 기술표준(K-STAR)의 체계적 관리를 통한 운영 품질향상

한국가스공사의 기술표준(K-STAR, KOGAS STandARds)은 기술표준과 규격표준으로 구분되며, 이를 제정, 개정 또는 폐지하고 관리하는 공사의 기술 자료로써, 우리공사의 핵심설비인 LNG 터미널, 천연가스 주배관을 포함한 신사업분야인 수소를 포함한 미래에너지 등 다양한 분야에서 운영되고 있으며, K-STAR에 활용되는 모든 국내·외 규격 및 표준을 데이터 베이스화하여 최신개정된 국내·외 규격 및 표준들이 즉시 K-STAR에 반영될 수 있도록 최신화 및 제·개정을 지속적으로 관리·유지함으로써 公社의 기술표준 확립 및 기여에 초석이 되고 있습니다.

6시그마 경영이 지속성을 유지하고 경영성과에 크게 기여하기 위해서는 포로젝트 테마의 체계적 발굴과 올바른 선정이 중요하다. 이 논문에서는 테마발굴의 주요 원천인 고객의 요구, 기업의 방침과 전략, 현장의 문제로부터 테마를 발굴하는 과정을 사례를 통하여 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 발굴된 테마를 판단기준에 의해 평가하고 우선순위화하는 문제에 대하여도 정리해 보기로 한다.

This study conducted an experiment on seismic retrofitting in order to improve seismic performance of RC framed structures of non-earthquake resistant designs. In the experiment, masonry infill walls were strengthened with composite precast concrete(PC) panel systems using honeycomb-type reinforcements. Structural analysis was conducted with actual structures, and a single span which was found to be in need of seismic retrofitting was scaled down by 1/2 ratio and was modeled. The specimens were of 6 different types, including the reference specimen of an RC frame designed to be non-earthquake resistant. The 6 types were divided by whether there was reinforcement on the masonry infill wall and how to retrofit the wall with the honeycomb composite panel system. The experiment results showed that seismic performance of the test specimens increased in all the factors including strength, stiffness, ductility and energy dissipation, so it was considered that retrofitting measures need to be taken to secure proper seismic performance. When seismic performance was evaluated, the target of strength and ductility was set as 30% increase. Since all the specimens were found to meet the target, it was considered proper to retrofit masonry infill walls with PC panels.
