In order to investigate the effect of Cervus elaphus aqua-acupuncture on the hypogonadism in male rats, hydrocortisone acetate was administerd per mouse to induce hypogonadism and a series of Cervus elaphus aqua-acupuncture and normal saline aqua-acupuncture treatments were done into the loci corresponding to Shinsu(BL23) for 10 days. The level of urinary 17-ketosteroids, serum FSH, prolactin, LH, testosterone and body weight were measured. The obtained results are summarized as follows. 1. The level of urinary 17-ketosteroids was increased by Cervus elaphus aqua-acupuncture with the statistical significance as compared with the control group. 2. The level of serum FSH was increased by Cervus elaphus aqua-acupuncture with the statisti-cal significance as compared with the control group. 3. The level of serum prolactin was increased by Cervus elaphus aqua-acupuncture with the statisti-cal significance as compared with the control group. 4. The level of serum LH was increased by Cervus elaphus aqua-acupuncture with the statisti-cal significance as compared with the control group. 5. The level of serum testosterone was increased by Cervus elaphus aqua-acupuncture with the statisti-cal significance as compared with the control group. 6. Body weight change was increased by 3rd, 6th and 9th day after the Cervus elphus aqua-acupuncture and 3rd, 6th days after normal saline aqua-acupuncture with the statistical significance as compared with the control group.
염산과 NaCl 수용액에서 알루미늄의 부식에 미치는 아미노산의 부식억제효과

Inhibition effects of alanine (Ala), histidine (His), methionine (Met) on the corrosion of aluminum were investigated in deaerated 0.5M HCl and NaCl solution. In HCl solution the inhibition efficiency for the aluminum corrosion depended on the cathodic inhibition, and the inhibition efficiency was increased in the order of Met<Ala<His. Amino acid adsorption process on aluminum surface in the solution of HCl can be explained by Langmuir isotherm. In NaCl solution, when the concentration amino acids are lower than 10-4 M the adsorption process can be explained by Langmuir isotherm, however, in the case of higher concentration by Temkin logarithmic isotherm due to the interaction between the adsorbed molecules. 공기가 제거된 0.5 M HCl 과 0.5 M NaCl 용액에서 일어나는 알루미늄의 부식에 대하여 알라닌(Ala), 히스티딘(His) 과 메티오닌(Met)의 부식억제 효과를 조사하였다. HCl에 용해된 Ala, His, Met의 경우 모두 환원반응 속도가 감소되어 부식이 억제 되었으며, 부식억제 효율은 Met<Ala<His의 순서로 증가하였다. 각 용액에서 일어나는 아미노산들의 흡착은 Langmuir 흡착 등온 식에 따랐다. NaCl 용액에서는 10-4 M 보다 묽은 용액에서 Langmuir 흡착 등온식이 적용되었으나 10-4 M 보다 진한 용액에서는 흡착된 분자 사이의 상호작용에 의하여 Temkin의 대수함수 등온식이 적용되었다.

본 논문은 해양사고 시 인체 인양정보를 모니터링하는 시스템을 구현한다. 모니터링 시스템은 수중환경 정보를 송신하는 인양기구제어기를 통하여 초음파 통신을 수행하며, 수상에서는 관제센터 또는 모선까지 10 km내 GPS 정보를 제공하기 위해 LoRa 통신을 수행한다. 수중 인양제어기는 공압 센서, 자이로 센서 및 온도센서 정보를 전송한다. 수중조건은 수심 10m 마다 수압 1기압씩높아지고, 기구의 공기양은 육상에 비해서 1/2씩 줄어드는 환경에서 60 kg 수중 마네킹을 모델을 사용한다. 인양기구 SMB(SurfaceMarker Buoy)에 38g의 CO2 카트리지 1개를 사용하여 10 sec 이내에 수면 상승 조건을 기반으로 인양기구 출수 시험을 한다. 수중 통신은 수심 40m에서 100m까지 2,400bps 초음파 센서를 이용하여 데이터 전송환경을 구성한다. 모니터링 신호는 수심, 수온, 방향각 등을 수면 위의 구조요원에게 제공함으로써 인양작업자의 안전과 안전한 인체 구조를 목표로 한다. This paper implements a system that monitors human body lifting information in the event of a marine accident. The monitoring system performs ultrasonic communication through a lifting device controller that transmitsunderwater environment information, and LoRa communication is performed on the water to provide GPS informationwithin 10 km to the control center or mother ship. The underwater lifting controller transmits pneumatic sensor,gyro sensor, and temperature sensor information. In an environment where the underwater conditions increase byone atmosphere of water pressure every 10m in depth, and the amount of air in the instrument decreases by halfcompared to land, a model of a 60kg underwater mannequin is used. Using one 38g CO2 cartridge in the liftingappliance SMB(Surface Maker Buoy), carry out a lifting appliance discharge test based on the water level riseconditions within 10 sec. Underwater communication constitutes a data transmission environment using a 2,400-bpsultrasonic sensor from a depth of 40m to 100m. The monitoring signal aims to ensure the safety and safe humanstructure of the salvage worker by providing water depth, water temperature, and directional angle to rescue workerson the surface of the water.
