艾灸의 生體反應이 腎不全에 미치는 影響

In order to study the effects of moxibustion on renal failure induced by HgCl₂in rats aminal experiments were carry out. The moxibustion was treat into Sin-soo locus(Ⅶ23), Wee-soo(Ⅶ21) and Sin-soo + We-soo loci these loci were correspond to human body. Experimental group were divided into 4 groups : lontrol group, moxibustion groups treat on Sin-Soo and We-Soo, Sin-Soo +We-Soo group. The obtained results were as follows: 1. The concertration of serum sodium were inreased in all the groups, compared with those of the control group. Sin-Soo, We-Soo, Sin-Soo + We-Soo loci showed increased on the 1st and 3rd days. All three experimental groups showed a significant increased on 3rd days. 2. The concentration of serum potassium were decreased in all the group, compared with those of the control group. Sin-Soo, We-Soo showed a significant decrease on 3rd days. Sin-Soo +We-Soo showed a little decreas but do not significant decrease. 3. The levels of serum total protein were increased in all the group compare with those of the control group. Sin-Soo, We-Soo show a significant increaseds or 3rd day. Sin-Soo + We-Soo do not showed a significant increased. 4. The levels of serum albumin were decreased in all the groups, compared with those of the group. Sin-Soo, Sin-Soo + We-Soo showed significant decreased on 3rd day. We-Soo dose not showed a significant decrease. 5. The concentration of serum blood urea nitrogen were decreased in all the groups, compared with those of the control group. Simn-Soo, We-Soo, Sin-Soo + We-Soo showed a significant decrease on 3rd day. 6. The levels of serum alkaline phosphatase were decreased in all the group, compared with those of the contral groups. Sin-Soo, We-Soo showed a significant decrease on 3rd day Sin-soo + We-Soo not a significant decrease. In conclusion, the result of this study seemed to effect on the treatment for renal failure induced by HgCl₂

六君子湯 Cyclophosphamide로 損傷된 脾臟組織의 恢復에 미치는 影響

The purpose of this study is invesigate the effect of Yook-Gun-Ja-Tang in the side effect of cyclophosphamide to splenical tissue in the rat. The experimental animal were divided into normal group, control group, sample group by way of method treatment of the drug. Each group was sacrificed and stained in accordance with the schedule and observed under light microscope. The results of this study were as follows : 1. After treatment of Yook-Gun-Ja-Tong, rat's weight and volume were more increased than normal group and control group. 2. The decrease of the numbers of the splenical tissue after administration of cyclophosphamide were recovered with prescription of the Yook-Gun-Ja-Tong ; The decreases of white pulp, red pulp, marginal zone, central artery were recovered. 3. Increased macrophages in red pulp of splenical tissue of rats with administration of cyclopho-sphamide were decreased after treatment of Yook-Gun-Ja-Tong. These results appeared to suggest that Yook-Gun-Ja-Tong might be effective on the side effect of cyclophosphamide to splenical tissue of rat's and applied to the prescription for the recovery of the side effect of drug.

Studying documents & papers on the cure of mate sterility to conclusion as follows. 1. The methodes of cure were applied Onbosinyang, Jaeumbosin, Soganheul, Joseubhwadam, Boickgihyul, Hwalhyeolhwaua, Boickbisn, etc. And the causes of disease were applied Sinyanghue, Sineumhue, Ganulgihe, Damseubneon, Gihwelyanghue, Gichehyeolul, Bisinyanghue, etc. 2. Prescription were applied Chanyukdan Ojayuenjonghwan on Sinyanghue, Yukmijihwan Jibekjihwanghwan on Sinuemhue, Sihosogansan Soyosan on Ganulgiche, Changchuldodamtang Bihebunchungeum on Damseubneon, Sibjyundaebotang Paljintang on Gihyeolyanghue, Sobokchu-kuatang Gueasengjungtang on Gichehyeolul, Sibjayukguntang Bisinssangbohwan on Bisinyanghue, etc. and Ojayunjonghwan being added in the base to cure another causes of disease as well as Sinhue. 3. The cause of disease were presonted to be Sinhue mostly ; Sinvanghue particulatly. And there were usually 25∼42years old, married lives of 3~8years, cure periods of 2∼5mon-ths, general effectiveness(approximately 76%), pregnancies(approximately 47%). 4, The methodes of cure in oriental medical prepared with the causes of disease in western one are showed in blow ; The cause of semen formation disorder is considered the methodes of cure in Onbosinyang, Jaeumbosin, Boickbin and the cause of functional ejaculation disorder in mind is considered the method of cure in Sogangegwu on the base in Bosin.

升麻葛根湯 및 升麻葛根湯 四物湯의 沆 Histamine 效果에 關한 硏究

In order to find out the effect of Anti-Histamine of the Sungmagalkuntang and Sungmagalkun-tang-plus-samultang I've investigated the effect of the time to eath, the peripheral vascular Pemeablility, the amount of secretion of Gastric Juice, the total Acidity of Gastric Juice, the contraction of Intestine Tube by Histamine and the effect of the Skin-Reaction by the decrease of DNCB. These results are following ; 1. The effect of Mice's time to do death by Histamine was that injection group of sungmagalku-ngtang and the injection group of sungmagalkungtang-plus-samultang both have had the effect of the extention of the time to death, which indicated a statistical significance in comparison with comparative group. 2. The effect of the increased vascular permeability by Histamine was that the injection group of sungrngalkuntang and the injection group of sungmagalkuntang-plus-samultang both have had the effect of the restraint of increased vasculas permeability, which indicated a statistical significance in comparison with comparative group. 3. The effect of the amount of the secretion of Gastric Juice by Histamine stimulus was that the injection group of sungmagalkuntang-plus-samutlang only has had the effect of restraint of the increased of the secretion of Gastric Juice, which indicated a statistical significance in comparison with comparative group. 4. The effect of the change of total Acidity of Gastric Juice by Histamine's stimulus was that the injection group go sungmagalkuntang-plus-samutlang only has had the effect of the restraint of the increased of total Acidity of Gastric Juice, which indicated a statistical significance in comparei-son with comparative group. 5. The effect of the contracrion of Intestine Tube by Histamine was that sungmagalkuntang and sungmagalkuntang-plus-samutlang both have had the effect of the contraction and the rest-raint. According to the increase of the density, the effect of the restraint was more clear. But the difference of the effects between two substances had little. 6. The effect of the reaction of skin by the decrese of DNCB was that the injection group of sungmakalkuntang and the injection group of sungmagalkuntang-plus-samutlang have had the decreased effect of the Skin-Reaction in comparison with comparative group. sungmagalkuntang-plus-samutlang was more effective. In these results shown above, both sungmagalkuntang and sungmagalkuntang-plus-samutlang was shown as more effective one.

This study is to know the concept and function of Vital Gate. The results are summarized as follows, 1. Vital Gate is the original of life, which is essential to life. 2. A physiological function if Vital Gate controls the physiological activity of the whole body through Triple Heater. 3. It is said that a partial establishment of Vital Gate is the concept of Hwang jeong(黃庭) as the central point of the body. 4. It is effective that a clinical application of Vital Gate uses on the basis of Zoagyuyeum(左歸飮) and Woogyuyeym(右歸陰). 5. Fire of the Vital Gate means a original activity of life-activity and is different from the concept of the fire of Pericardium as a substitute for King Fire. 6. It is said that to explain the essence of Vital Gate in relation of kidney is to say the generative function. According to the above results, Vital Gate is understood as the control of physiological activity of the whole body as the original point of life-activity.

胃腸管 粘膜層의 恢復에 香砂六君子湯과 烏具散이 미치는 影響

In order to investigate the clinical efficiency based on Oriental Medical References of Hyang-Sa-Yuk-Gun-Ja-Tang and Oh-Pe-San, histological studies have been done by using the experimen-tal animal. The follwing results were obtained. 1. The Hyang-Sa-Yuk-Gun-Ja-Tang showed a significant promoting effect of repair on the epithe-lial layer from the basement membrane of duodenal ulcer in rats. 2. The Oh-Pe-San showed efficiencies about repair of the necrosis in epithelial layer on the acute gastritis in rats. According to above results, it is concluded that Oh-Pe-San and Hyang-San-Yuk-Gun-Ja-Tang were recognized to be effective on the acute gastritis and the duodenal ulcer in rats, and this study may suggest a clinical guidance to the prescription for the treatment of gastritis and gastric ulcer.
