PZT ceramics, usually used pyroelectric materials exhibited a relatively highly Curie temperture(Tc) of 250-450℃ and permittivity constant of 500-1600. In this paper, the pyroelectric infrared detectors are applied two different types of pyroelectric materials, that is tetragonal crystal of ferroelectric PbTiO<SUB>3</SUB> and rhombohedral crystal of Pb(Zr,Ti)O<SUB>3</SUB>. PZT ceramics shows not only highly Curie temperture but also excellent pyro and piezoelectric properties at the Zr/Ti(=52/48) ratio. Therefor in this paper, the pyroelectric infrared detectors are applied PZT ceramics, and obtained sensitive sensing characteristics by expriment case studies.

There is needed the quard channel triple wave lengths pyroelectric infrared flame detector to recognize the unique characteristics of fire sources in various type. This system detects the triple wave lengths of infrared flame emitting maximum radient energy and scattering frequency of flame. The quard channel infrared flame detector detects the duplicate wave lengths of maximum radient energy to enhance the accuracy of detecting fire. Especially this paper focuss on development of the self diagnosis function system including contamination, temperature and input voltage. Therefore, the prevention and early suppression of fire is available.

There is needed the triple pyroelectric Infrared flame detector to really recognize problem, for the prevention and early suppression of fire. This system recognizes the characteristics of fire sources in various type and is communicated the message to the operators. Therefore, the prevention and early suppression of fire is available. Especially this paper focuss on development of the self diagnosis type flame detector for preventing malfunction comparing of basic and detected values.

The infrared, flame detector uses to detect fire situation from the characteristics of fire sources radiant energy. But it is able to malfunction on account of susceptible to interference of various surrounding waves. This paper is designed 6 independent PCB- boards to minimize the closed loops of siginal circuit. Also considering the interaction of electric and magnetic fields , this paper is designed protecting circuit of current and voltage output to reduced electromagnetic interference. And this paper is improving electromagnetic susceptibility by ferrite bid, capacitor filter and grounding circuits.
적외선 영상과 CCD 영상의 합성을 이용한 화재감지 통합관제 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

Every object emits some energy from its surface. Thermal infrared camera is able to transform emission energy into thermal infrared image and it is used the fire detection system lately. But the thermal infrared image is difficult to recognize the fire detection. Thermal infrared camera has poor image qualities compared to commercial CCD cameras, contrasting with the brightness and process of separating into constituents. In this paper, to compensate the poor image quality problems associated with the thermal infrared camera, the image fusion method of thermal infrared image and real CCD image is proposed. By using Harris corner detection algorithm, it is possible to extract feature points on the edge direction, obtain the corner. Therefore this paper presents a highly reliable fire detection system that consolidates the ordinary CCD image and the thermal infrared image. Also this smart fire image detecting system traces firing location with CCD camera of wireless TCP/IP function and Pan/Tilt function, delivers information in real time to android system installed by smart mobile communication system and controls fire remotely.
다중카메라 기반 파노라마 이미지와 거리측정에 의한 산불 감시 시스템

In case of forest fire, early detection of forest fire is the most important factor in minimizing the damages. In this paper, we suggest an effective system that detects forest fire using panoramic images from multiple cameras with PAN/TILT head. Where in the fire detection system comprises a Laser Range Finder (LRF) for calculating a distance to a location of break out a fire using a laser and a multiple cameras which have infrared camera and CCD camera for capturing each the image and transmitting the images to a control unit. It is possibile to detect the fire analyzing the shape pattern and color of infrared panoramic image. And it determines the location of break out of the fire using coordinates of an installation location of the infrared camera, a capturing angle received from the infrared camera and the distance received from the LRF. In addition, image matching and SURF were used to create the panoramic image. Image stitching for images acquired by multi-sensors, such as CCD and IR sensors consists of five steps. In the first step, we extract meaningful features using SURF algorithm. At the second step, we detect four correspondence points between two images using the proposed algorithm. Thirdly, warping operation which changes the input image into geometrically transformed image is done. In this thesis, we use perspective transformation using four correspondence points derived in the previous step. In the final step, we complete anoramic images using blending techniques which solves the problem of discrepancies in color and brightness of two neighboring images. This discrepancy problem is caused by various environmental factors such as sunlight, rotation of camera, or transformed image, etc.

This thesis studies development of a triple pyroelectric Infrared flame detector to have appropriate reaction characteristics with proper operational features in various and radiant energy characteristics of fire sources, and to contribute to minimize the losses of human lives and properties by detecting fire in very early stage to restrict the spread of fire.
SrTiO<sub>3</sub> 치환에 따른 (Na,K)NbO<sub>3</sub>계 세라믹스의 유전 및 압전특성

In this study, in order to develop the lead-free piezoelectric ceramics with high piezoelectric and dielectric properties, $[(K_{0.5}Na_{0.5})_{0.95}Li_{0.05}(Nb_{0.96}Sb_{0.04})]O_3$ ceramics were fabricated using $Ag_2O$ as sintering aid and a conventional mixed oxide process and their piezoelectric and dielectric characteristics were investigated according to the $SrTiO_3$ substitution. $SrTiO_3$ substitution enhanced density, dielectric constant(${\varepsilon}_r$) and electromechanical coupling factor($k_p$). However, mechanical quality factor was deteriorated. And also, Curie temperature ($T_c$), and phase transition temperature($T_p$) were rapidly decreased. At the 0.5 mol% $SrTiO_3$ substitution, density, electromechanical coupling factor($k_p$), dielectric constant(${\varepsilon}_r$) and piezoelectric constant($d_{33}$) of specimen showed the optimum value of $4.437\;g/cm^3$, 0.457, 1294, 265 pC/N, respectively.
