        장애물 없는 생활환경(BF)인증 항목의 BIM기반 효율성 검토

        This study conducted a survey for BIM experts as a basic study to improve the efficiency of a BIM-basedreview of the BF certification evaluation method. By limiting the buildings to elementary schools, thefirst survey was conducted to extract the mandatory facilities from the BF certification evaluationitems according to the evaluation criteria, and 63 out of a total of 94 evaluation items were extracted. The extracted facilities were intermediary facilities, internal facilities, and sanitary facilities. Thesecond survey provided detailed calculation criteria for BF certification evaluation items, and throughinvestigating the possibility of BIM-based review, 31 items were derived. In the 3rd and final survey,when asked about the effectiveness of the current CAD-based and BIM-based evaluation methods, theBIM-based evaluation method showed 96.8% effectiveness and the CAD-based evaluation methodshowed 3.2% effectiveness. 본 연구는 BF인증 평가방식의 BIM기반 검토 효율성 제고를 위한 기초연구로서 BIM 전문가를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 건축물의 용도를 초등학교로 제한하여 BF인증 평가항목의 의무시설을 평가기준에 맞게 도출하는 것으로 예비조사를 실시하여 총 94개의 평가항목 중 63개 항목이 도출되었다. 도출된 시설은 매개시설, 내부시설, 위생시설이었으며 1차조사는 BF인증 평가항목의 세부산출기준을 제공하고 BIM기반의 검토 가능성을 조사한 결과 31개의 항목이 도출되었다. 마지막 2차 조사에서 현행 CAD기반의 평가방식과 BIM기반의 평가방식의 효율성 정도를 물어 도출된 평가항목 중 96.8%가 BIM기반의 평가방식이 더 효율적임을 나타내었고, CAD기반의 평가방식은 단 1개의 평가항목인 3.2%를 나타내었다.

        Objectives The goal of this study is to investigate childhood epilepsy based on the recent literature of Eastern and Western medicine and look for better treatment. Methods This study reviewed definition, etiology and therapy method of childhood epilepsy based on 24 studies about the treatment of epilepsy in children Results and Conclusions Based on the comparison studies, not only herbal medication has shown better efficacy than anti-epileptics, but also as a monotherapy, or as combination therapies, herbal medications were superior in childhood epilepsy.

        마쓰오 바쇼의 하이쿠에 나타난 음식에 대한 고찰

        Matsuo Basho, who perfected his Haikai literature through his seclusion and travel, has left nearly 1,000 Haiku, Renku and Haibun, and today holds the most coveted post as a travel poet in Japan. In order to examine the images and functions of the food shown in Matsuo Basho's works, we looked at the life of seclusion and travel and analyzed and examined the work. The ten years of seclusion and travel from the age of 41 to 51 by Basho was a time of fruition in which his poetry world was built and a time called a travel poet. The thorough consciousness of life for the establishment of one's own poetry world, like the value of poetry pursued by one's own, could be seen through food materials how its value was realized in everyday life. If you look at more than 40 pieces of food materials, 14 pieces of traditional appreciation, which are centered around the seasons or used as the haikai technique, are more central than natural poets, symbolizing the futility and loneliness of human history, or expressing joy and sorrow. Bashaw's human form is a work of the body's weakness, the flourishing of offspring, and the hospitality of the literati, and the longing for the old poet. Basho's humane images are those of his body's debilitation, progeny, or literary people's hospitality, as well as his good-natured omni. In particular, the weakness of the body was linked to the emotions of Bashō's Wabi, which allowed the person to see the scene unlike the natural poet. Thus, the scene of Basho, who viewed everyday practical attitude about life and literature through food material, could be confirmed to be central not only to his natural poet, but also to his lyrical form, which is rich in sentiment toward his and his contrasting human being.

        송강과 바쇼의 시가에 나타난 ‘물’의 이미지 고찰

        本稿は韓國と日本の傳統詩人である松江鄭澈(1536∼1593)と松尾芭蕉(1644∼1694)の作品に現れた水のイメ一ジを考察してみた。自然としてだけでなく、人事と結合された水のイメ一ジがどうなっているのか調べようとした。このような作業は詩人を理解するのに效果的だものであり、さらには韓日詩歌の本質を理解できるだろう。硏究の方法は類似性をもとに作品に現れた'水'のイメ一ジを情景の水、有情の水、觀念の水に分けて考察した。先に情景の水では自然として水のイメ一ジを見ており、有情の水、觀念の水は、人事の比喩を通じて情に詠まれた場合に分けて探ってみた。有情で描かれた水のイメ一ジは松江は'流水'を通じて人事を比喩しているのに對して、芭蕉の場合は'淸水'を通じて西行を?ぶ心を示していた。特に兩詩人は自然の空間にいながら自然を歌ってはいるものの、自然としての水を體に感じる情緖を形象化することよりは、眺望する立場から水を描いている情緖が共通的に現れていることを確認した。結局、松江と芭蕉の詩歌に現れた水は、詩人の情緖に基づいて別に形象化され示されているが、共通的に詩人の心情がイメ一ジ化されて觀念的に描かれたと言える。

        교통사고 후 야제(夜啼), 야경(夜驚) 증상을 보인 소아 환자 35명에 대한 증례보고

        Objectives The purpose of this study was to report 35 children who had sleep disorder like night crying or night terror after traffic accidents. Methods This clinical study had been carried out with 35 infants and children, who visited to the department of Pediatrics, ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ Oriental Medical Hospital from January 2012 to June 2015. Results The study group had similar sex the ratio between boys and girls and the group had more of 1-3 year-old children. The number of patients who were diagnosed as night crying were 24, night terror were 7 and palpitation due to alarm were 4. All patients took herb medicine and 15 patients were treated by acupuncture. During the treatment, symptom of night crying and terror were disappeared. Conclusions This result showed that the oriental medical treatment was effective in children who suffered from night crying or night terror after traffic accidents.

        송강과 바쇼의 시가에 나타난 ‘바람’의 이미지 고찰

        本稿は多樣に感覺化されて描かれる風のイメ一ジを韓國と日本の詩人である松江鄭澈(1536∼1593)と松尾芭蕉(1644∼1694)の作品を中心に、自然の風、慣習の風、哀傷の風に分けて考察してみた。先に自然の風では、普遍的なイメ一ジの風で兩人は自然から感じた感情を季節の情緖とともに形象化して描いているが、芭蕉の場合、ユニ一クに多樣な感覺で風を描寫している。慣習の風では兩人の作品で習慣的イメ一ジとしての表れる風で、松江は戀君への懷かしさ、または太平聖代を示す個人の心想が慣習の風に形象化していたならば、芭蕉の場合、日本傳統の詩歌、和歌、連歌の詩情を受けたり、パロディ一化する傳統の心想が慣習の風で形象化されたと言える。哀傷の風で兩人は'秋風‘で離別と追悼の心に形象化していることを見ることができる。それぞれ兩人の慣習の違いはあるが共通的に懷かしさの詩情は‘秋風'が基になっていることを確認した。
