메타놀 混合燃料를 使用한 디젤機關의 燃燒變動에 關한 硏究

Many of the promising alternative fuels have relatively low cetane numbers, and may result in combustion variation problems. The combustion variations are non-periodic phenomena and affected by methanol mixing rate, engine speed and other various operating conditions. The purpose of this study is that describe the cycle-to-cycle combustion variation on the characteristics of combustion peak pressure and period of ignition delay in the diesel engine. The obtained results are as follows: 1. As methanol mixing ratio and engine speed are increasing, fuel injection timing is delayed, engine load is decreasing, cycle-to-cycle combustion variations are increasing. 2. Cycle-to-cycle combustion variations result from the increment of the ignition delay period and misfire. 3. The variations of the brake mean effective pressure doesn't affect the misfire, but in case of the methanol mixing ratio is increasing and fuel injection timing is delayed, a remarkable combustion variations by misfire occurs. 4. The engine is better operated above 0.2 MPa, BMEP and front BTBC 4℃A, injection timing in the fuel of methanol mixing.
4 Cycle 直接噴射式 Diesel Engine의 噴射時期에 따른 경제성능의 實驗的 考察

While a 4 cycle direct injecting diesel engine with a cylinder is constantly operated at the revolutions per minute, 1200 and on the loads, 7 kgs., and the injection timing is changed from -12.8˚CA to -32.1˚CA, the results studied experimentally are as follows. 1. As the injection timing is more advanced, the specific fuel consumeptions (SFC) is decreased and the maximum pressure on the inside of cylinder is conversely increased but the smoke is largely become with the factor caused the air pollution. 2. The exhaust temperature is less influenced by the changes of the injection timing but the heat release is more increased in the case that the pressure in the cylinder is increased. 3. When the injection timing is advanced, the noise is become greater than that not so, and the ignition, lag NOx and NO is also increased.
서브머지드 熔接의 溶加材 添加에 依한 機械的 性質에 關하여

두꺼운 鋼板에 V홈을 파서 submerged arc welding할때, 一般的인 熔接, 裸棒을 □入한 熔接, cut wire를 □入하여 熔接한 熔接物의 機械的 性質 과 組纖을 比較해본 結果, X線및 굽힘試驗은 모두 別다른 差異가 없었고 cut wire를 □入한 熔接에서가 組織이 微細하고 致密했으며 强度와 硬度가 가장 높았다.

The effect of buoyancy force on heat transfer characteristics of laminar mixed convection over an inclined flat plate surface with unheated starting length is reported. The governing equations are solved by a finite difference method using Patankar method and the solutions were carried out numerically for governing parameters which include mixed convection parameter gβ(ΔT)ν/U3∞ and prandtl number 0.7, with the angle of inclination range from 0 to 60˚ from vertical. The local heat transfer results show that the presence of the buoyancy effects is strongly influenced by the magnitude of gβ(ΔT)ν/U3∞. When the parameter is on the order of 10-3. the natural convection contribution to the heated transfer coefficient is markedly increased owing to the starting length. On the other hand, when gβ(ΔT)ν/U3∞ is about 10-5 at 45˚ degree of inclination, the buoyancy contribution is essentially unaffected by the starting lengh. The shape of the velocity profile is also found to be highly responsive to the interaction between the buoyancuy and the starting length.

國內에서 生産되는 軟鋼을 가지고 規格에 나타나 있는 機械的 性質中 强度에 依한 彈性의 理論을 利用해서 彈性係數 求하였다. 그 結果는 規格 以上의 값을 나타냈다. 그러나 軟鋼에서 强度가 硬度보다 우선적으로 取扱하므로 標準以下의 質이라 할 수 있었다.
4 Cycle 直接噴射式 Diesel Engine의 負荷에 따라 經濟性能의 實驗的 考察에 관하여

While 4 cycle direct injecting diesel engine with a cylinder is operated, the revolutions being constant and loads being changed from 1 kg to 10 kgs, the results measured experimentally the economic performance are as follows. 1.NOx is increased in the proportion to the excess air ratio being increased, and NO is increased by the excess air ratio, 2 but, with becoming greater than that, it is decreased in the proportion. 2.The specific fuel consumption (SFC) is the least at the excess air ratio, 2 but it is gradually increased, and the smoke is rather reduced by increasing it but the ignition lag is increased in the proportion to increasing it. 3.The heat release is reversely due to the excess air ratio increasing, and according to the mean effective pressure increasing, the ignition lag and the specific fuel consumption are decreased, and the smoke, the exhaust temperature and the noise are increased.

As thg drilling is a important part of the machine making process, In-creasing the drilling efficiency may be reasonably significant. After the study about the drill point, it is known that the web thickness, the point angle and the helix angle of a drill are important factors to increase the drilling efficiency. Through the theoritical and experimental study the following results were get. 1) It is required in drilling a strength metals that the wed-thickness is thick. 2) A small point angle is more benefical in drilling a mild metals, a large point angle is a strength metals. 3) A large helix angle is recommended in drilling a tough metals, a small angle is a brittle metals.

In order to detect the endurance limit according to the loads and revolutions, 5 KBC bearings and 3 NSK bearings have been applied to an apparatus made for these testings. The experimental results are as follows. a) The inner race, out- race and ball have been destroyed in the sequence. b) By comparing KBC bearings with NSK bearings, materials, heat-treatment and working accuracy were lowered but these life were greater than the rating life, 130 hours. c) KBC bearings compared with NSK bearings should be more developed in technical are.
