        한국 인터넷 신문 헤드라인의 중국어 번역 양상 연구 -<동아일보>와 <한겨레>를 중심으로-

        With the development of the internet, online news has become the key for modern people to obtain information. For Korean learners, it is also one of the important methods to understand current affairs and culture in Korea. At present, major news websites in Korea have started to provide Chinese services. With accurate and appropriate translations, these Chinese-Korean news headlines can become good learning aids. This paper selects some news headlines in The DONG-A ILBO and The Hankyoreh, analyzes their linguistic features, compares them with Chinese translations, summarizes their translation characteristics and points out the problems in translation.         한국어 `괜찮다`와 중국어 `몰관계(沒關系)`의 담화 기능 대조

        본 연구는 한국어 `괜찮다`는 중국어 `沒關系`로 대응한다고 보고 있으나 중국어권 한국어 학습자가 `괜찮다`를 담화 상에서 사용할 때 많은 오류를 발생한다는 점에서 출발하였다. 이를 위해서 <한국어 사전> 4종, <중한사전> 5종에서 사전적 뜻풀이를 살펴보았고, 한국 드라마와 중국 드라마를 통해서 `괜찮다`와 `沒關系`의 담화 기능을 분석하였다. 그 결과 담화 상에서 `괜찮다`는 `안심시키기, 허락하기, 의견 말하기, 거절하기`의 기능이 있고, `沒關系`는 `안심시키기, 허락하기, 사과와 감사에 대한 의례적 응답, 상황에 대한 적극적인 대응`의 기능을 찾을 수 있었다. 또한 `괜찮다`와 `沒關系`의 한중 대조를 위해서 한국어 소설 4종과 이에 대한 중국어 번역본 소설 4종을 대상으로 `괜찮다`의 중국어 대응형을 조사하였다. 그 결과 한국어 소설에서 `괜찮다`가 담화에서 `안심시키기`의 의미일 경우에는 `沒關系, 沒大碍, 還好, 挺好, 沒事`와 대응하고, `허락하기`의 의미일 경우 `沒關系, 可以`와 대응하고, `거절하기`의 의미일 경우 `不必了, 不用了, 沒事兒`와 대응하고 있다는 점을 밝혔다. This paper examined the discourse function of Korean “Gwaen-chanh-da(괜찮다)” and Chinese “Meiguanxi(沒關系)” and examined the differences and common features between them. By doing this, we understand that the usage of Korean “Gwaen-chanh-da(괜찮다)” is very similar to that the Chinese “Meiguanxi(沒關系)” but that it is difficult to understand all the meanings of “Gwaen-chanh-da(괜찮다)” with the expression of “Meiguanxi(沒關系)”. If Chinese learners of Korean language are influenced by their mother tongue and infer that “Meiguanxi(沒關系)” and “Gwaen-chanh-da(괜찮다)” have the same meaning, they may be impaired in their communication with native speakers of Korean language. When Chinese learners of Korean over-utilize or misused, the language they must understand the thinking of native Korean speakers and native Chinese speakers and the differences in the expressions in Chinese and Korean. This research is meaningful in that the first “Gwaen-chanh-da(괜찮 다)” and “Meiguanxi(沒關系)” are contrasted in their description in the < Korean dictionary >, < Korean-Chinese dictionary >, and < Chinese- Korean dictionary >. This is expected to be important basic data in the follow-up study to establish the Korean-Chinese parallel corpus in “Gwaen-chanh-da(괜찮다)” and “Meiguanxi(沒關系)”.

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Double perovskite La<SUB>2</SUB>Fe<SUB>2-x</SUB>Co<SUB>x</SUB>O<SUB>6</SUB> was prepared and studied. Orthorhombic and trigonal structures were obtained depend on the molar ratio of Fe to Co. Fe-rich sample demonstrate ferrimagnetic properties; with increasing content of Co, trigonal structure is favored and the net magnetic moment of sample decrease gradually to zero. Our experimental results were further supported by first-principle theoretical calculations and demonstrate that La<SUB>2</SUB>Fe<SUB>2-x</SUB>Co<SUB>x</SUB>O<SUB>6</SUB> is a new high <I>T</I> <SUB> <I>c</I> </SUB> ferromagnetic semiconductor with tunable magnetic properties and is thus a promising material for spintronics devices.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Phase-pure double perovskite La2Fe2-xCoxO6 was prepared. </LI> <LI> Orthorhombic and trigonal structures were obtained depending on the ratio of Fe to Co. </LI> <LI> La2Fe2-xCoxO6 is a new high Tc ferromagnetic semiconductor with tunable magnetic properties. </LI> <LI> Theoretical ab initio calculations further support our experimental results. </LI> </UL> </P>

        HCBP6 upregulates human SREBP1c expression by binding to C/EBPβ-binding site in the SREBP1c promoter

        Sterol regulatory element-binding protein-1c (SREBP1c) plays an important role in triglyceride (TG) homeostasis. Although our previous study showed that hepatitis C virus core-binding protein 6 (HCBP6) regulates SREBP1c expression to maintain intracellular TG homeostasis, the mechanism underlying this regulation is unclear. In the present study, we found that HCBP6 increased intracellular TG levels by upregulating SREBP1c expression. HCBP6 increased SREBP1c transcription by directly binding to the SREBP1c promoter (at the -139- to +359-bp region). Moreover, we observed that HCBP6 interacted with C/EBPβ-binding site in the SREBP1c promoter both in vitro and in vivo. These results indicate that HCBP6 upregulates human SREBP1c expression by binding to the C/EBPβ-binding site in the SREBP1c promoter. [BMB Reports 2018; 51(1): 33-38]
