The peach functional beverages pasteurized for10 min at 90 C, microwaved for 1.5 min at 850 W ofpower and sonicated for 90 min at 20 kHz of frequencywere selected to keep in storage for up to 30 days inrefrigerator to examine the changes happened to theirphysicochemical characteristics and functional components. It was observed that the pH and the cloud values ofall processed juice samples reduces with the storage time,whereas, the total soluble solids almost remain consistentparticularly in microwave and ultrasound treated samples. While storage period causes the decrement in total phenoliccontent (TPC) and total flavonoid content of treated beveragesamples, but ultrasound processing showed greaterretention of TPC value up to 5.7% more than other techniquesduring storage. The similar trend was observed forantioxidant activity where the ultrasound treatment showedimproved free radicals (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl and2,20-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)scavenging activities except ferric ion reducing antioxidantpower after 30 days of storage.
mmWave Path-loss, Joint Rain and Gas losses Effect Analysis Based on ITU Street Canyons Scenarios

Besides high phase noise, doppler spread, and limited range, path-loss is one of the prominent performance limiting factors at higher millimetre wave (mmWave) frequency bands. This work evaluates the path-loss for different setups at the frequencies 28 and 60 GHz. This study utilizes site-general and site-specific (mmWave propagation) models under street-canyons from ITU-R P.1411-10. Moreover, for mmWave propagation model, additional losses by rain and gasses are calculated by using the procedure given in ITU-R P.530-17 and ITU-R P.676-12, respectively. The results demonstrate that mmWave propagation model leads to higher path-losses as compared with site general model due to additional rain and gas losses. Moreover, higher frequencies and longer separation distances leads to significant path-loss for all the considered scenario. Furthermore, rain losses are observed to be more detrimental as compared with gas losses.

This article highlights the role of prucalopride in the management of chronic constipation based upon the principles of meta-analysis using data reported in the published randomized, controlled trials. Sixteen randomized, controlled trials on 3943 patients reported the effectiveness of prucalopride in patients with chronic constipation. Prucalopride successfully increased the frequency of spontaneous bowel movements per week in all variable doses of 1 mg (standardized mean difference [SMD], 0.42 [95% CI, 0.18-0.66; P = 0.006]), 2 mg (SMD, 0.34 [95% CI, 0.11-0.56; P = 0.003]), and 4 mg (SMD, 0.33 [95% CI, 0.22-0.44; P = 0.00001]). The risks of adverse events or side effects such as headache, abdominal cramps, excessive flatulence, dizziness, diarrhea, and rash were higher (odds ratio, 1.70 [95% CI, 1.27 to -2.27; P = 0.0004]) in prucalopride group. Prucalopride is clinically a beneficial pharmacotherapy for chronic constipation and its routine use may be considered in patients with chronic simple laxative-resistant constipation. Quantum Chemical Designing of Efficient Sensitizers for Dye Sensitized Solar Cells

Density functional theory (DFT) was used to determine the ground state geometries of indigo and new design dyes (IM-Dye-1 IM-Dye-2 and IM-Dye-3). The time dependant density functional theory (TDDFT) was used to calculate the excitation energies. All the calculations were performed in both gas and solvent phase. The LUMO energies of all the dyes were above the conduction band of TiO2, while the HOMOs were below the redox couple (except IM-Dye-3). The HOMO-LUMO energy gaps of new design dyes were smaller as compared to indigo. All new design dyes were strongly red shifted as compared to indigo. The improved light harvesting efficiency (LHE) and free energy change of electron injection ΔGinject of new designed sensitizers revealed that these materials would be excellent sensitizers. The broken coplanarity between the benzene near anchoring group having LUMO and the last benzene attached to TPA unit in all new design dyes consequently would hamper the recombination reaction. This theoretical designing will the pave way for experimentalists to synthesize the efficient sensitizers for solar cells.

In this work, we propose an index modulated spectral efficient frequency division multiplexing (SEFDM-IM) technique for the future multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) cellular networks. SEFDM has the capability to enhance spectrum efficiency by utilizing less bandwidth with same benefits as conventional OFDM offers. The inherent nature of IM technique induces the sub-carriers to be switched off in a manner to reduce the inter-carrier-interference (ICI), and this concept can easily be extended for SEFDM to yield the reduced bandwidth consumption with low bit-error-rate (BER). Later, the integration of SEFDM-IM to the multi-input-multi-output (MIMO) system is sought as a new signaling technique to meet high capacity demands for beyond 5G (B5G) and 6G wireless communication system, where the simulation results confirm the performance of the proposed system as well.
