현재 초· 중 · 고등학교(이하 ' 학교기관' )에서 산이고 있는 기존의 수작업 방식의 회계관리와 DOS 방식의 행정전산관리 프로그램의 한계점을 벗어나 새로운 GUI 원도우 체계의 프로그램의 개발 필요성이 대두되어 본 시스템을 개발 하게 되었다.또한 학교기관에 납입해야 할 모든 납부금, 급식비, 장부관리에서부터 수입, 지출 등 학교에서 쓰이는 회계부분의 수작업을 모듈화 및 집약화 하고 누구나 쉽게 운영할 수 있는 행정관리 시스템, 일괄처리로 구성하도록 하였으며, DB를 이중모드(사용자 모드와 관리자모드)로 분리, 보안문제를 보충하고, 문서의 표준화로 정보교류의 용이하다.전국 학교기관의 회계운영방식을 표준화하여 구축 설계하고, 초보자 입장을 지향한 순차적 처리방식과 회계관리의 중복처리를 집약화 하여 구축하였다.

토목 및 건설업에서 시멘트는 대표적인 재료로써 가장 많이 쓰이며생산되고 있다. 시멘트의 생산에 따른 이산화탄소의 배출로 인해 지구온난화 및 환경오염 문제는 오래 전부터 해결하지 못한 문제이다. 이러한 시멘트의 대체재로써 철강사업의 산업부산물인 고로슬래그를 활용하여 건설재료 및 토목재료로써 활용하기 위해 많은 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 이에 대한 일환으로 이 연구에서는 고로슬래그 분말을 활용하여 친환경 그라우트의 개발 및 활용성을 위하여 물리화학적 특성을 규명하는 것을 연구목적으로 정하였다. 고로슬래그는 분말자체가 가지고 있는 잠재수경성으로 인해 시멘트 그라우트 대체 재료로 활용되며 장기강도의 증진과 내부조직의 치밀화 등이 가능하다는 장점을 가지고 있으며, 매년 대량 생산되는 산업부산물인 고로슬래그를 그라우트재로 활용한다면 친환경성과 더불어 큰 경제성을 확보 가능하다는 장점이 있다. 그라우트재로서 고로슬래그의 물리화학적 특성을 알아보기 위해 겔화타임 측정 실험, 일축압축강도실험과 내구성 실험, 중금속 용출시험 등을 통하여 환경성 평가실험을 진행하여 고로슬래그를 활용한 무시멘트 그라우트의 최적 배합비 및 물리적 특성에 대하여 고찰하였다. Cement is one of the most commonly used materials in the construction and civil engineering industry. However, emissions of carbon dioxide generated during the production of cement have been linked to climate change and environment pollutants. In order to replace cement, many studies have been actively performed research to utilizing Blast Furnace Slag(BFS), which is a byproduct of the steel industry. This study aims to investigate the physiochemical properties of the BFS powder based grout to determine whether it can be used as an environment-friendly grout material. As a fine powder, BSF can be used instead of cement grout due to its potential hydraulic property. BSF has also been known for its ability to strengthen materials long-term and to densify the internal structure of concrete. In order to investigate the physicochemical properties of the BFS powder based grout as a grout material, in this study assessment tests were performed through a gel-time measurement, uniaxial compressive strength, and chemical resistance tests, and heavy-metal leaching test. Characteristics and advantages of the slag were studied by comparing slag and cement in various methods.

Purpose: This study investigated the characteristics of adult patients who had fallen from a height and presented to an emergency room (ER) according to gender and intentionality, with the goal of reducing the harm caused by these injuries. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted of fall-from-height patients aged ≥19 years from the in-depth surveillance study of injured patients visiting ERs conducted under the supervision of the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from 2011 to 2016. Patterns were analyzed according to gender and intentionality. Results: There were 29,838 men (68.5%) and 13,734 women (31.5%), with mean ages of 50.3±15.7 years and 57.2±19.9 years, respectively. The most common height of the fall was ≥1 m to 4 m in men (n=15,863; 53.2%) and <1 m in women (n=7,293; 53.1%). The most common location where the fall occurred was the workplace for men (n=10,500 male; 35.2%) and residential facilities for women (n=7,755; 56.5%). Most falls from height were unintentional (n=41,765; 97.1% vs. n=1,264; 2.9% for intentional falls). Suicide was the most frequent reason for intentional falls, and the age group of 19-30 years predominated in this category (n=377; 29.9%). For intentional falls, the most common interval before presentation to the ER was 0-6 hours (n=370; 29.3%) and the most common height was ≥4 m (n=872; 69.0%). Conclusions: Among men, falls from height most often occurred from ≥1 m to 4 m, at the workplace, and during the course of paid work, whereas among women, they were most common from <1 m, in residential facilities, and during daily activities. Intentional falls most often occurred with the purpose of suicide, in the age group of 19-30 years, with an interval of 0-6 hours until treatment, from ≥4 m, and in residential facilities. Alcohol consumption was more common in intentional falls.

Overexpression of a chloroplast-localized Cu/Zn superoxide dismutase (chCu/ZnSOD) obtained from lily significantly affects the growth and shape of potato tubers from an in vitro culture system (Kim et al., 2007). Here, we further characterized the sense and antisense transgenic potatoes grown and pots and the greenhouse to investigate the potential for more practical field applications of such phenotypic manipulations. Under in vitro conditions, antisense transgenic plants showed increased shoot growth, delayed tuberization, and altered tuber shapes. When antisense plants were treated with paclobutrazol, an inhibitor of GA biosynthesis, tuberization efficiency and tuber shape were recovered to a status very similar to that of in vitrogrown wild-type plants. Our results strongly support the idea that potato tuberization and shape is mediated by SOD-catalyzed reactive oxygen species, possibly via the GA biosynthesis pathway.
