        오늘날 현저한 CO2 레이저의 응용 추세에 발맞추어 보다 다양한 형태의 출력 제어 기술이 대두되고 있다. 본연구에서는multi-Pulse Superposing-Discharge 기술을 이용하여 다양한형태의 CO2 레이저의 펄스를 성형 하였다. 펄스 성형을 위한 방법으로 PIC one-chip microprocessor를 이용하여 삼중 PFN 모률의 SCR을 각각 고유의 지연시간을 가지도록 제어하였다. 실험에 사용된 삼중 PFN 모률의 전원 회로는 각각 캐패시터 인덕터,SCR,고압 펄스 트랜스 그리고 고압 트랜스 2차측에 브릿지 정류기로 구성 하였다. 고압 펼스 트랜스의 1차측을 제어하므로서 PFN 모률의 동작을 저 전압에서 수행 할 수 있다. 트랜스의 2차측에 연결된 전파 정류기는 펄스 에너지를 부하에 지속적으로 전달한다. 본 연구에서는 삼중 PFN 모률의 각각의 SCR을 다른 시간 가격을 두고 트리거 하므로서 다양한 Long pulse shaping을 실현하였다. 또한 약 250-1000μs 의 주기를 가지는 다양한 펄스형 레이저 빔을 얻었다.

      • 밝은社會를 指向하는 指導者 Leadership에 關한 硏究 : 새마을 指導者를 중심으로 With Reference to the Saemaeul Leadership

        The Saemaeul Undong was launched in 1972 on the basis of the experimental model or Saemaeul pilot projects of the previous year. The Saemaeul Undong is now a nation-wide movement which is based on the fundamental spirits of diligence, self-help and cooperation. Much of the success of the Saemaeul Undong depends on its leaders, who play a pivot role in implementing Saemaeul projects for their community. Popularly elected by the village assembly according to their leadership and faith, the leaders render their services without remuneration, working in the spirit of self-sacrifice. Now, the Saemacul Undong enters upon its tenth year in 1981. If the movement is to continue with renewed momentum, effective training projects for Saemaeul leaders must be worked out. For this purpose, it is then recommended that the research works on the leadership training projects of the Bright Society Movement be referred to. Initially started as a community movement for better life on the campus of Kyung Hee University in 1960's, the Bright Society Movement is now gaining widespread support from national as well as international club members. The goals of the Bright Society Movement are to promote mutual understanding and friendship among members and to construct on earth a truly sound and civilized welfare society that is spiritually beautiful, materially affluent, and humanely rewarding. The main objectives of this study is to propose effective training projects for Saemeaul leaders as well as the Bright Society leaders. 1) Educational courses of leadership training should be offered through the school as well as through the training institution of the community. 2) Educational contents of leadership training should place greater emphasis not only on the spiritual education but also on the technical and practical education related to the welfare of the Community. 3) Public relations education should be strengthened because leaders must work in close cooperation with the community residents for the effective movement. 4) Long-term integrated projects for the community or village unit should be established and the movement should be developed according to them. 5) A special system of regional itinerant education should be established for the effective management of selective leaders. 6) For the welfare of leaders themselves, special favors such as the authorization of leadership careers, scholarships for their sons and daughters, discounts on public charges and the priority on public employment must be offer according to their respective performance.

      • 광펌핑된 루비듐 원자의 원형 편광 분광

        반도체 레이저의 주파수를 절대적으로 안정화시키기 위하여 루비듐 원자의 흡수선을 이용하였다. 이를 위해 두 개의 서로 수직인 편광자 안에 류비듐 셀을 설치하고, 광펌핑으로 루비듐 원자에 원형 복굴절을 유도하였다. 반도체 레이저에서 나온 레이저 빔이 이 셀을 통과하여 되먹임 되도록하여 광학적으로 반도체 레이저의 주파수를 안정화 시켰다. Absorption spectrum of Rubidium atoms was utilized to stabilize the oscillation frequency of a semiconductor laser. A Rubidium cell was installed between crossed polarizers and circular birefringence was induced by optical pumping. The frequency of a semiconductor laser was stabilized by optical feedback of transmitted laser beam through the optically pumped cell.

      • 두경부 종양세포주에 대한 Mithramycin A의 세포자멸사 유도성 및Cisplatin 항암작용 증가효과

        Background and Objectives : Cisplatin (CP) is a major chemotherapeutic agent for head and neck cancer. However, cancer cells can get drug resistance through recovering the DNA damage by CP. Mithramycin A (MA) can inhibit gene expression of multidrug resistance gene 1, c-myc or h-ras. The goal of this study is to evaluate the therapeutic effect of MA alone and combination of MA and CP on head and neck cancer cell lines. Materials and Methods : Two head and neck cancer cell lines (AMC-HN4, AMC-HN7) were treated with MA. The cellular proliferation, apoptosis and protein expression were measured with XTT assay, FACS analysis, and western blotting, respectively after MA treatment in cell lines. In order to know the combination effect of MA with CP, the cancer cell lines were treated with MA, CP, and MA/CP combination, and cellular proliferation, apoptosis and expression of apoptosis-associated proteins were measured. Results : MA inhibited the proliferation of head and neck cancer cells and induce dapoptosis. Increase of caspase activation, PLC-?1 fragmentation and percent apoptosis by MA treatment was blocked by z-VAD-fms, but not blocked by N-Acetyl Cystein. Combination of MA and CP significantly inhibited cancer cell growth and increased apoptosis compared to MA and CP alone, and it also suppressed the expression of anti-apoptotic proteins such as XIAP and Mcl-1. Conclusions : The present study suggests that MA alone andMA/CP combination chemotherapy could be a potential regiment for the control of the head and neck cancer.

      • 수소화붕소 리튬을 이용한 카르복시산의 환원

        Carboxylic acids are readily reduced to the corresponding alcohols with borane-THF solution (or diborane) at 0°, whereas with lithium borohydride in THF solution the rate of reaction is very sluggish even at room temperature. In this study the possibility for the direct reduction of carboxylic acids to the corresponding alcohols by lithium borohydirde itself have been investigated, forming the reactive acyloxyborane in situ in the reaction mixture of acyloxyborohydride with methyl iodide. Thus, aliphatic acids were reduced rapidly to the alcohols, however, aromatic acid was reduced in a slow rate at room temperature. And in the reaction of α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acids with this reducing system the rduction on carboxylic group and the hydroboration on double bond were occurred competitively. Amino acid and dicarboxylic acid were reduced cleanly to the amino alcohol and diol, respectively. However, amino dicarboxylic acid was inert to this reducing system.

      • 표준 용매 벤젠의 Rayleigh 비의 온도 의존성

        The Rayleigh ratio of benzene is a very important physical constant with which the integrated scattered intensity of laser light scattering can be converted into the absolute value. In this study temperature dependence of Rayleigh ratio of this solvent has been investigated with two different methods in the temperature range of 25-75℃. It was found that in the direct measurement the non-linear behavior of its Rayleigh ratio were observed as increasing temperature even if the scattering volume correction was applied to the scattered intensity of benzene. However the result of indirect measurement based upon the invariance of molecular weight of standard polystyrene polymer for any polymer solution temperature showed us that its temperature dependence up to 75℃ could be expressed with the Benoit's linear equation rather than the non-linear one. It seems that the scattered intensity in direct method has more complicate contributions at the elevated temperature. Further research works are necessary in order to solve such discrepancy clearly.

      • 저장유통 조건에 따른 1.000 mL 카톤팩의 벌지현상

        저장온도에 따른 1,000 mL 카톤팩의 벌지를 측정하기 위하여 원지 board의 물성을 측정하고, 저장온도에 따라 벌지를 측정하였다. 카톤팩 원지의 함수율은 5.6~7.0%, stiffness는 MD(machine direction) 방향이 243.3~266.7 g/㎝, CD(cross direction) 방향이 99.2~109.2 g/㎝ 였다. 카톤팩 낱장의 중량은 29.17~31.26 g이었다. 6℃에 저장하면서 벌지를 측정한 결과, 저장 7일 후 6.33~6.93 ㎜였다. 10℃에 저장하면서 벌지를 측정한 결과, 저장 7일 후 7.26~8.56 ㎜였다. 10℃에 저장하면서 매일 1시간씩 상온 shock 처리 후 벌지를 측정한 결과, 저장 7일 후 8.66 ㎜였다. 저장온도 조건에 따른 카톤팩의 벌지는 6℃<10℃<10℃+상온 shock 순으로 증가하였다. 따라서 벌지 예방의 최선책은 원지 및 카톤팩의 보관 및 관리 철저, 그리고 충전 후 냉장유통 과정에서 온도변화를 적게 해주는 것이라고 사료되며 본 실험결과가 카톤팩 벌지에 대한 최초의 연구보고라 생각된다. This study was carried out to obtain physical characteristics of paper board and to measure bulge of 1,000 mL carton pak by different storage conditions. Water holding capacity of paper boards were mean of 5.6∼7.0%, stiffness of machine direction(MD) was 243.3∼266.7 g/㎝ and cross direction(CD) was 99.2∼109.2 g/㎝, respectively. The weight of 1,000 mL carton pak were in the range of 9.71∼31.26 g. The bulge of carton paks were 6.33∼6.93 ㎜ after 7 days at 6℃ storage, 7.26∼8.56 ㎜ after 7 days at 10℃ and was 8.66 ㎜ after 7 days at 10℃ treated with 1 hour heat shock per day, respectively. According to this result, the bulge length of 1,000 mL carton pak was showed increased pattern upon increasing the storage temperature and the order was 6℃ < 10℃ < 10℃ + heat shock. To prevent bulge occurrence, it was thought to control storage temperature and humidity of paper board or carton pak and to minimize their shock on cold chain system after filling process.

      • 核果類에 奇生하는 깍지벌레類에 關하여

        全南地方에서 1989년부터 1991년까지 核果類에 奇生하는 깍지벌레류를 調査한 結果, 복숭아나무에서는 2과 8종이 조사되었으며, 매실나무에서 3과 8종이, 자두나무에서 2과 6종, 살구나무에서 2과 6종, 앵두나무에서 2과 2종, 벚나무에서 4과 17종이 조사되었으며 Prunus속의 核果類에서는 뽕나무깍지가 우점종이었고 다음은 벚나무깍지벌레이었다. 또한 核果類에 기생하는 깍지벌레류중 복숭아나무에서 복숭아공깍지벌레, 공깍지벌레, 벚나무깍지벌레 등 3종이 새로이 조사되었고, 매실나무에 가루깍지벌레, 뿔밀깍지벌레, 공깍지벌레, 복숭아공깍지벌레, 목련공깍지벌레, 차나무점깍지벌레, 배나무흰깍지벌레 등 7종이, 자두나무에 벚나무깍지벌레 1종, 벚나무에 긴솜깍지벌레, 가루깍지벌레, 복숭아공깍지벌레, 차나무점깍지벌레, 조개깍지벌레 등 5종이 조사되었다. Scale insects parasitized on stone fruit trees were investigated in Chonnam area from 1989 to 1991. In stone fruit trees, peach tree was parasitized by Coccoidea of 2 families 8 species, japanese apricot tree by 2 families 8 species, apricot tree by 2 families 6 species, Prunus tomentosa by 2 families 2 species. P. serrulata var. spontanea by 4 families 17 species. Among them, the key insect pest was Mulberry scale, Pseudaulacaspis pentagona in genus Prunus. Newly investigated species of Coccoidea parasitized stone fruit trees were Eulecanium persicae, E. magnoliarum, Parlatoria theae and Lopholeucaspis japonica in japanese apricot tree, P. prunicola in plum tree, E. persicae in apricot tree, Phenacoccus aceris, P. comstocki, E. persicae, P. theae and Pseudaonidia duplex in P. serrulata var. spontanea.

        Various Katas have characteristics that the orders and methods of attack and defense was designed under agreement. Practicing Katas makes it possible to learn principles of various techniques and to acquire the techniques. These Katas are used for fair judgement and fair criteria to referee in game. Complex techniques have been analyzed and organized to have competitive martial arts from martial arts for training. Since various Kata have its technical implication with representing Kata of various train purposed martial arts, it should neither be criticized nor be modified with ease. Therefore Kata should be carefully studied with maintaining original factors and with organizing Kata for new technique.
