      • Research of Job Scheduling With Cloud Based On Trust Mechanism And SFLA

        Job scheduling under the cloud circumstance is the key techniques to impact on frequency of cloud calculation. Trust relationship is an important factor of cloud calculation and job scheduling. In order to satisfy the requirement of quality of cloud calculation service for job scheduling, this article introduced the term of trust mechanism and apply it to cloud calculation and job scheduling. It uses altered SFLA as scheduling strategy, and brings forward a model of job scheduling with cloud circumstance which is based on trust mechanism and SFLA. The simulation results showed that this algorithm with faster convergence speed can increase the trust benefit and accomplish job scheduling task well.

        Research on corrosion behavior of A6N01S-T5 aluminum alloy welded joint for high-speed trains

        "For high speed trains, safety is of utmost importance. Salt fog corrosion, intergranular corrosion tests were employed to observe the corrosion behavior of welded joint of A6N01S-T5 aluminum alloy of high-speed trains. Tensile strength and hardness changed after corrosion was tested. The micro morphologies were observed by metalloscope and laser confocal scanning microscope (LCSM). The corrosion loss and corrosion loss ratio were also investigated. The results showed that the heat affected zone (HAZ) was the most sensitive to corrosion in welded joint in the salt fog corrosion test. The potential of the corrosion of the intermetallic compound on the surface was different from the Al matrix potential, which easily generated corrosion micro-batteries that generated the corrosion pit. The weld zone was the most sensitive to corrosion in the welded joint in the intergranular corrosion test, because much corrosion produced an intermetallic phase such as CuAl2, MgZn2, Mg5Al8, which formed the deficient Cu or Mg zone potential. The potential is low, which acted as an anode and corroded. The residual stress test on the weld of the A6N01S-T5 of the W1 of the exterior surface of roof of high speed train showed there was distributed high tensile stress and compressed stress in the weld zone, HAZ zone and matrix zone. The defects will spread under the high stress and make the corrosion become severe."

        Estimation of Genetic and Phenotypic Covariance Functions for Body Weight as Longitudinal Data of SD-II Swine Line

        Growth records over six generations of 686 pigs in SD-II Swine Line were used to estimate the genetic and phenotypic covariance functions for body weight as longitudinal data. A random regression model with Legendre polynomials of age as independent variables was used to estimate the (co)variances among the regression coefficients, thus the coefficients of genetic and permanent environmental covariance functions by restricted maximum likelihood employing the average information algorithm. The results showed that, using litter effect as additional random effect, a reduced order of fit did not describe the data adequately. For all five orders of fit, however, the change trends of genetic and phenotypic (co)variances were very similar from ${\kappa}$=3 onwards.

        Long non-coding RNA HOTAIR promotes hepatocellular carcinoma progression by regulating miR-526b-3p/DHX33 axis

        Background Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common human cancers. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play pivotal roles in progression of various cancers, including HCC. Objective We aimed to explore the exact role and underlying mechanism of lncRNA HOX transcript antisense intergenic RNA (HOTAIR) in HCC. Methods Quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was carried out to determine the levels of HOTAIR, DEAH-box helicase 33 (DHX33) and miR-526b-3p. Western blot assay was used to detect the protein level of DHX33. Besides, cell proliferation and apoptosis were assessed by methylthiazolyldiphenyl-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay and fow cytometry analysis, respectively. Cell migration and invasion were detected by transwell assay. The interaction between miR-526b-3p and HOTAIR or DHX33 was predicted by starbase and confrmed by the dual-luciferase reporter assay. Murine xenograft model was established through injecting Huh7 cells transfected with sh-NC or sh-HOTAIR. Results The levels of HOTAIR and DHX33 were increased in HCC tissues and cells. Knockdown of either HOTAIR or DHX33 suppressed proliferation, migration and invasion but increased apoptosis in HCC cells. Moreover, DHX33 overexpression reversed the suppressive efect of HOTAIR knockdown on progression of HCC cells. Interestingly, miR-526b-3p could directly bind to HOTAIR, and DHX33 was a direct target of miR-526b-3p. Additionally, interference of HOTAIR restrained the tumor growth by upregulating miR-526b-3p and downregulating DHX33 in vivo. Conclusions HOTAIR knockdown suppressed cell proliferation, migration and invasion, and promoted apoptosis via regulating miR-526b-3p/DHX33 axis in HCC cells, providing a potential avenue for treatment of HCC.

        Finite Time Output Feedback Control for Ship Dynamic Positioning Assisted Mooring Positioning System with Disturbances

        This paper investigates finite-time output feedback control for ship dynamic positioning assisted mooring system with external disturbances and without velocity measurement. Firstly, a finite-time observer is designed to estimate the velocity of the positioning ship and the external disturbances. Secondly, based on the proposed observer, a finite-time control law is introduced to bring the ship to the desired position and heading. Furthermore, the stability of the overall closed-loop system is proved by using matrix inequality, homogeneous and Lyapunov stability theory. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed positioning control is verified by numerical simulations.

        In this paper, we establish a multiple critical points theorem for a one-parameter family of non-smooth functionals. The obtained result is then exploited to prove a multiplicity result for a class of periodic eigenvalue problems driven by the p-Laplacian and with a non-smooth potential. Under suitable assumptions, we locate an open subinterval of the eigenvalue.

        Numerical study for downburst wind and its load on high-rise building

        3D simulations based on an impinging jet were carried out to investigate the flow field of a steady downburst and its effects on a high-rise building by applying the SST k-ω turbulence model. The vertical profile of radial wind speed obtained from the simulation was compared with experimental data and empirical models in order to validate the accuracy of the present numerical method. Then wind profiles and the influence of jet velocity and jet height were investigated. Focusing on a high-rise building, the flow structures around the building, pressure distributions on the building surfaces and aerodynamic forces were analyzed in order to enhance the understanding of wind load characteristics on a high-rise building immersed in a downburst.

        Fabrication of PAN/Ag/ZnO Microporous Membrane and Examination of Visible Light Photocatalytic Performance

        In the paper, a novel polyacrylonitrile/Ag/ZnO (PAN/Ag/ZnO) microporous membrane was prepared by sequentialelectrospinning, chemical silver plating and hydrothermal reaction. Morphology and structure of PAN/Ag/ZnO membraneand the photocatalytic performance of Rhodamine Bsolution under visible-light irradiation were systematically investigated. It was found that ZnO nanorod and ZnO nanosheet with hexagonal wurtzite structure were prepared in different concentrationof growth solution. The visible light photocatalytic performance test showed that ZnO nanorod had higher photocatalyticefficiency than ZnO nanosheet. After 6 hours of irradiation, the degradation efficiency of the RhB solution of PAN/Ag/ZnOfilm with only 2 mg of ZnO nanorods reached 98 %. After 5 times of repeated experiments, there was no notable decrease inthe performance. The photocatalytic performance of the material is enhanced by chemical silver plating. Compared with theunsilvered samples, the addition of Ag not only made the microporous film grow more ZnO, but also greatly improved thevisible light photocatalytic performance by forming Ag-ZnO metal-semiconductor interface.
