ABSTRACT
Structural relationships of The Emotional Leadership, Leaders trust, Sports confidence and Exercise commitment of Taekwondo Leaders

I analyze how I had an effect on the exercise immersion and the sensitive leadership of the Taekwondo leader who is the Psychological factor having an effect on the efficient operation of the Taekwondo players and team verified this research through the confidence about the leader and sports confidence.
So, I was going to provide basic data required for the athlete guidance for the Taekwondo vitalization including the learning need of the right leadership direction guidance which is needed to the Taekwondo leaders and Taekwondo related study and psychological technology, effort, I graft onto the Taekwondo place in which I request the improvement of performance and etc.
After setting the Taekwondo players belonging to a college in 2014 now to a population in order to achieve this kind of goal, by using the sampling of the party, decided to distributing to total of 350parts to a questionnaire against the players belonging to 4 years university located in Seoul, kyung gi, Dae gu, and Busan and answering in the self-rating legislation, I used the double recording or 311 parts excluding 39parts answering faithlessly for the analysis.
By using PASW/WIN 18.0 AMOS/WIN 18.0 collected data implemented the frequency analysis, searching factorial experiment and confirmatory factorial experiment and structure equation model analysis and route analysis.
I drew the following conclusion through the process described in the above.
First, hypothesis 1 claims that Taekwondo coach’s emotional leadership will affect positively the trust of the coach. It is adopted after the result of the positive analysis about it. Because the value of the path coefficients between the two factors is statistically significant.
Second, hypothesis 2 claims that Taekwondo coach’s emotional leadership will affect sports confidence of the coach. It is adopted after the result of the positive analysis about it. Because the value of the path coefficients between the two factors is statistically significant.
Third, hypothesis 3 claims that Taekwondo coach’s emotional leadership will affect the exercise immersion of the coach. It is adopted after the result of the positive analysis about it. Because the value of the path coefficients between the two factors is statistically significant.
Forth, hypothesis 4 claims that leader leaders’ truth will affect positively the Taekwondo confidence. It is adopted after the result of the positive analysis about it. . Because the value of the path coefficients between the two factors is statistically significant.
Sixth, hypothesis 6 claims that the sports confidence will affect positively the exercise immersion. . Because the value of the path coefficients between the two factors is statistically significant.
