청소년의 창의적 인성과 자아정체감 및 진로성숙도간의 관계 = The Study on the Relationship among Creative Personality, Ego-identity and Career Maturity

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 청소년의 창의적 인성과 자아정체감, 진로성숙도 간의 관계 및 각 변인들의 성별과 연령단계에 따른 차이를 알아보고자 하였다. 서울과 수도권 지역에 소재한 고등학교 학생 275명과 대학교 학생 255명을 대상으로, 창의적 인성검사(CPS)와 개정판 자아정체 수준 척도(EOM-EIS)검사, 그리고 진로성숙도검사(CMI)를 실시하였다.
본 연구결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 창의적 인성과 진로성숙도는 자아정체감의 혼미나 조기폐쇄 상태보다 유예나 성취상태에 점수가 더 높았다. 그리고 창의적 인성과 진로성숙도의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시한 결과, 창의적 인성과 진로성숙도는 유의한 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 창의적 인성은 남성이 여성보다, 대학생이 고등학생보다 더 높게 나타났다. 자아정체감은 성취상태 척도에서 남성이 여성보다 높게 나타났으며, 유예와 성취상태 척도에서 대학생이 고등학생보다 더 높게 나타났다. 진로성숙도는 성별에 따른 차이는 없었고, 고등학생 보다는 대학생이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study were, first, to examine the relationship among creative personality, ego-identity and career maturity of adolescents; second, to examine the differences of each variable according to gender and age.

The subjects of this study were 235 high school students and 255 college students. The materials used for measuring research variables - creative personality, ego-identity and career maturity - were 'Creative Personality Scale'(Ha, Joo Hyun, 2000), 'Extended Version of the Objective Measure of Ego Identity Status'(Bennion & Adams, 1986), and 'Career Maturity Inventory'(Crites, 1978).

The results are summarized as follows:
First, scores of identity achievement, identity moratorium were higher than identity foreclosure, identity diffusion on creative personality and career maturity. And there was a positive correlation between creative personality and career maturity.
Second, scores of males, college students were higher than females, high school students on creative personality. Scores of males were higher than females on identity achievement of ego-identity, scores of college students were higher than high school students on identity achievement, identity moratorium of ego-identity. On career maturity, scores of college students were higher than high school students, but there were no differences between males and females.
