The purpose of this study is to analyze the Elementary English Gifted Education Program administrated by the J Elementary School by analyzing three categories: Content, Teaching & Learning process, and Product. J Elementary English Gifted Education Program has two main sections including English & Art Integrated lessons and English drama project, which were evaluated as favorite and motivational subjects by participants. Twelve study participants of students were selected as English Gifted students as the result of this three steps of assessment: teacher observation, written English test, and an interview. Then, they were taught for a year with ten English Gifted project programs made of five English & Art Integrated lessons and five English Drama project lessons.
The following are the results of this study.
    A. Analysis of Program contents
The results of analyzing J Elementary English Gifted Education Program contents of English & Art Integration lessons show that most activities are similar or same as the activities of the 7th National English and Art Education Curriculum in the field of themes and concepts. However, J English Gifted lessons of the English & Art Integrated Program do use different question types, which can evoke gifted students' problem-solving abilities and creative thinking abilities more than the 7th National English Education Curriculum. It exemplifies that J Elementary English gifted program seems to have possible motivational contents to pull out English gifted students' talents, which can be explained as two main characteristics of talent, problem-solving, and creative thinking thoughts.
    B. Analysis of the teaching and learning process
COS-R (Classroom Observation Scale-Revised) is used to analyze J Gifted Elementary English Education Program classes, specifically for effectiveness of teaching and positive student responses. COS-R can also provide suggestions for effective teaching activities that a teacher can use in the lessons. Curriculum planning, presenting, and problem solving criteria are assumed as the most important elements in a Gifted Education Program. And in this study, those curriculums planning, presenting, and problem solving criteria of the teaching and learning process are presented in experimented ten lessons as that order. Critical and creative thinking as well as investigating of a study method are equally important in a Gifted Education Program, and should be considered within the curriculum.
Based on the results of analyzing six effective teaching lessons by COS-R, effective lessons provide integrated activities in the curriculum planning and practicing stages. These lessons should include individual or group learning opportunities. In the developing problem-solving ability stage, students participate in an activity where they find and explain a solution. In the critical thought developing stage, students participate in an activity that they can compare and contrast ideas. In the creative thought developing stage, students are encouraged to elaborate and develop their ideas by the teacher. In the study methods developing stage, teachers guide students to draw conclusions from the results.
The result of an analysis through COS-R shows that ten lessons based on J Elementary English Gifted Education Program has more than average points of 3 out of 5 by Likert, except in the part of individual level consideration among gifted students. It results in J Elementary English Gifted Program needs to plan more organized for each individual gifted students, and it will lead to full effectiveness of a process of teaching & learning for a gifted English program.
    C. Analysis of the students' products
Students Product Assessment Form (SPAF) is used to analyze students' products in J Elementary English Gifted Program, and it has four criteria which are study theme organization, study method &procedures, presentation method, and others' responses. Four students' products: 'Lines and shapes', 'my dream house', 'Mark and symbols', 'Peter Pan and Wendy' were assessed among ten lessons. The highest score was given to the product of English drama project product, 'Peter Pan and Wendy', 'mark and symbols' were the second, 'Lines and shapes' was the third, and 'my dream house' was the last. It shows that English gifted students prefer to have more freedom to make a product to accomplish their task such as writing and directing an English drama than the more teacher organized plans of a product task, for example, 'my dream house', which was set to complete an advertisement writing for selling a house and making a dream house model with limited materials.
In conclusion, the result of this study shows that J Elementary English Gifted Program consisted of two main projects: English & Art Integrated program and English Dram project has consisted of 1. Problem solving and creative thinking thought contents, 2. Curriculum planning, presenting, and problem-solving processes of a teaching & learning procedures, and 3. Well-organized theme and study method products. However, it seems that further studies need to be done by using more National Curriculum free contents and more unorganized materials for creative student product of an Elementary English Gifted Program to satisfy gifted student's English gifted characteristics.
