사회적 지지, 어머니의 심리적 상태, 어머니의 민감성과 장애아동의 애착안정성간의 구조적관계

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 이론적 배경에 의해 추론된 구조적 모형을 통하여 사회적 지지, 어머니의 심리적 상태, 어머니의 민감성 등이 장애아동의 애착안정성에 어떤 경로로 영향을 주는지 알아보았다. 또한 장애유형과 발달연령에 따라서 애착안정성의 경로에 차이가 있는지 알아보았다.
본 연구의 대상은 만 3세에서 7세까지의 서울, 경기도에 거주하는 장애아동과 그들의 어머니로 정신지체아동 73명, 전반적 발달장애아동 48명, 과잉행동 및 주의력 결핍장애아동 20명으로 전체 141쌍이였다. 자료는 어머니와 아동을 대상으로 수집하였는데, 결혼만족도, 주위의 도움, 양육스트레스, 우울 등은 설문지를 통하여 어머니에게 직접 수집하였고 어머니의 민감성(MBQ)과 애착안정성(ASQ)은 Q-sort방법을 통하여 어머니가 직접 실시하였다.
연구 결과, 적합도와 경로계수를 고려하여 장애아동의 애착안정성을 설명하기 위한 최종모형으로 연구모형을 선택하였다. 최종모형에 의하면, 사회적 지지는 어머니의 심리적 상태에 부적영향을 주었으며, 어머니의 심리적 상태는 어머니의 민감성에 부적영향을 주었다. 특히 사회적 지지는 어머니의 심리적 상태를 매개로 어머니의 민감성에 간접적인 영향을 주었다. 또한 어머니의 심리적 상태는 어머니의 민감성에 부적영향을 주었으며 어머니의 민감성은 애착안정성에 정적영향을 주었다. 그리고 아동의 장애유형과 발달연령에 따라서 모형의 경로차이를 검증하였으나 장애유형 및 발달연령에 따라서 모형의 경로차이는 나타나지 않았다.
결론적으로, 사회적 지지를 많이 경험하는 장애아동의 어머니는 우울이나 양육스트레스를 덜 경험하며, 어머니가 우울이나 양육스트레스를 덜 경험하며 아동에 대한 어머니의 민감성은 높았다. 또한 어머니의 민감성이 높으면 아동의 애착안정성도 높았다. 그리고 이런 구조적인 관계는 전반적 발달장애집단과 정신지체집단 간에는 차이가 없었으며, 아동의 발달연령에 따라서도 차이가 없었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate social support, mother's psychological status, mother's sensitivity how to effect the attachment stability in children with disabilities through the constructive model with the theoretical ground.
The subjects were 141pairs, who were consisted of 73children with Mental retardation and their mothers, 48children with Pervasive developmental disorder and their mothers, 20children with Hyperactivity and attention-deficit disordered children and their mother. The questionnaire was given to assess mother's marriage satisfaction(MS), social support(SS), mothering stress indicators(PSI) and Beck depression index(BDI). And mothers distributed by themselves to check out for mother's sensitivity(MBQ) and attachment stability(ASQ) by using Q-sort method.
The results of this study are as follows:
First, Study model was chosen to explain of the attachment stability in children with disabilities after considering fitness and path coefficient. Social support had negative effects on mother's psychological status and mother's psychological status had negative effect on mother's sensitivity. Expecially social support had indirect effect on mother's sensitivity with mediating mother's psychological status. In addition, mother's psychological status had direct effect on mother's sensitivity and mother's sensitivity had direct effect on attachment stability. The difference of path was tested according to the types of disability and child developmental age, but there was no difference of path by the types of disability and child development age.
In conclusion, mother of the children with disabilities who has high social support experienced depression or mothering stress less, and mother of the children with disabilities who has low depression or mothering stress showed high mother's sensitivity. In addition, if mother's sensitivity were high, the attachment stability in children with disability were also high. This path didn't show any differences between children with pervasive development disordered and children with mentally retarded disordered and also the child developmental age.
