내현적 자기애가 사회적 상호작용 불안에 미치는 영향: 평가염려 완벽주의의 매개효과 = The Effects of Covert Narcissism on Social Interaction Anxiety: The Mediating Effects of Evaluative Concerns Perfectionism`

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the effects of evaluative concerns perfectionism between covert narcissism and social interaction anxiety. The participants were 437 salaried men/women and graduate students. The measurement tools such as Covert Narcissism Scale, Social Interaction Anxiety Scale, and Evaluative Concerns Perfectionism Scale were utilized. The results were as follows; First, covert narcissism, evaluative concerns perfectionism, and relation of social interaction anxiety showed positive correlation. Second, it proved significance that covert narcissism predicted evaluative concerns perfectionism, social interaction anxiety and that evaluative concerns perfectionism also predicted the social interaction anxiety. Third, the results showed that the effects of covert narcissism on social interaction had the partial mediation effects on evaluative concerns perfectionism. Finally, the limitations and suggestions of this study were discussed.
