사회복지사의 재가노인 사례관리 실천경험

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was performed to examine social workers experiences who practiced case management for the homebound elderly, to investigate current situation of case management for them in practice field, and to find effective operation direction of case management. To collect data, in-depth interview was done to six social workers who practiced case management for the homebound elderly at least 3 years. Each interview was tape-recordinged to make full use of fundamental data. The authors discovered the elements of social workers practice experiences of case management for the homebound elderly by the Giorgis phenomenological research method. The elements of practice experiences were consisted of meeting face to face without preparation, deviated Jultak(environments that it is difficult for social workers to put case management into practice), burn-out of enthusiasm derived from elderly peoples stop, and still ongoing effort. Based on the findings, this study suggested upgrading of institutional education, intervention model and manual development considering the characteristics of the homebound elderly, advanced rating system considering practice field, and construction of resource integration system at institutional level.
