우리나라 전문대학교의 경영 효율성 분석

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of this study is to access the relative management efficiency of 144 number of junior colleges in South Korea using DEA method. In addition, the measured efficiency is determined by the influence of the technology, or determined by the influence of the scale CCR model and BCC model were compared utilizing both. Eight input variables and four output variables were used in the DEA method.
Input variables full-time faculty Provision Rate, scholarship per student, tuition per student, administrative expenses per student, school building facilities Provision Rate, number of departments, purchase of books per student, collection of libraries per student were used and output variables employment, Freshmen recruitment rate, retention rates, Full-time faculty research performance were used.
The main results are as follows. First, CCR model shown at 100% efficiency ratio of junior college was 40.9percent, In the csse of BCC model was 59.7percent among 144 junior college, 25 percent of 144 junior college efficiency by the influnce of scale. Second the difference between efficient Junior colleges and inefficient Junior colleges were not consistent, these results that junior colleges be described as an indicator of the efficiency of various means. Third, There was no significant difference in efficiency of Junior Colleges area, established by type and by scale.
