자원봉사 인정과 보상이 청소년의 지역 사회자본에 미치는 영향: 자원봉사 만족의 조절효과를 중심으로 = A Study on the Effect of Recognition and Reward for Youth Volunteers on the Social Capital of Community: The Moderating Effect of Volunteer Satisfaction

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find how the recognition and reward for youth volunteers relates to the norm, trust, and network of community, and whether or not the volunteer satisfaction moderates the relationship between these two variables. The data used in this study were collected from 156 youth volunteers belonging to youth centers and social welfare agencies with a system of recognition and reward for their services. This research utilizes descriptive analysis, multiple regression and general linear modeling. The results show that the recognition and reward for youth volunteer affects the norm and the network. It is found that the volunteer satisfaction plays a moderating function in the relationship between the recognition and reward for volunteer and the norm and the network. In volunteers with a high level of volunteer satisfaction, the recognition and reward for volunteer affects relatively greater the social capital of community when compared to volunteers with a low level of volunteer satisfaction. This means that it is difficult for the recognition and reward of youth volunteer to make the social capital maximum, if the volunteer satisfaction of youth is not high.
