분산적 지도성이 학교조직효과성에 미치는 영향 = Effects of Distributed Leadership on School Organizational Effectiveness

This study analyzed effects of distributed leadership on school organizational effectiveness, and its research findings were as follows: First, teachers` average awareness scale of distributed leadership and school organizational effectiveness came out 3.85 and 3.95, respectively, they gave relatively higher marks. This shows teachers recognized that the past school leadership focused on the principal`s leadership while the current leadership was distributed on many school faculty members. Analyzing teachers perception about the distributed leadership and the school organizational effectiveness by teacher variables, there were also significant differences from teaching experience and position. Higher career teachers who worked for more than 10 years and chief teachers realized higher about the distribution of leadership and school effectiveness than lower career teachers and general teachers. Second, results indicated there was a positive correlation between distributed leadership and the school organizational effectiveness significantly, and sub-factors of them showed a similar trend. Third, every sub-factor of distributed leadership had positive effects on the school organizational effectiveness while the influence of organizational learning was the highest among them. In connection with sub-factors of the school organizational effectiveness, leader-plus influenced on job satisfaction and organizational learning influenced on organizational adaptive-ness and productivity most. These results appear that organizational learning and leader-plus among sub-variables of distributed leadership lead to change on school organization, and thereby becoming key elements to develop school organization effectiveness.
