솔선수범행동 측정지표 개발연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyse the conceptual attributes of Solsunsoobum behavior, and developed some measures of behavioral index by content analysis and factor analysis with public and private organizational sector. Through past literatures reviews and content analysis with organizational field interview data from public administration and private industrial organization, the Solsunsoobum behavior includes 5 conceptual attributes: Those are the exemplary, initiation, spontaneity, implementation and social spread. The ‘exemplary’ represents the aspect of behavioral contents. The ‘initiation, spontaneity, implementation’ represents the aspect of behavioral execution process, and ‘social spread’ represents the aspect of behavioral influence.
Confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis extracted 1 factor composed of 12 items with 393 public sector’s samples. But Confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis with 120 private sector’s samples irregularly extracted 1 factor or 2 factors by sex, marriage and industry. Finally, this study generated 1 dimension Solsunsoobum behavior, composed of 8 common measures of behavioral index. Also Solsunsoobum behavior includes several other behavioral indexes depending on organizational context.
The Solsunsoobum behavior can be defined as ‘Initiating socially desirable and exemplary behavior with willingness, and be a model to others’. In addition, the Solsunsoobum behavior can be explained with ‘Initiating exemplary behavior’. Also Solsunsoobum behavior has independent construct different from Organizational citizenship behavior or Leading by example.
