자아탄력성 및 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향: 성취동기의 조절된 매개효과 검증 = The Influence of Ego-Resilience and Career Decision Self-Efficacy on Career Preparation Behavior: Testing the Moderated Mediating Effect of Achievement Motivation

This study aims to examine the moderated mediating effect of achievement motivation through career decision self-efficacy on the relationship between ego-resilience and career preparation behavior. A total of 227 undergraduate students, including 93 males and 134 females, completed the questionnaire that were designed to assess ego-resilience, career decision self-efficacy, career preparation behavior, and achievement motivation. To analyze the results, SPSS 21.0 and SPSS Macro were used. The results of this study are as follow. First, with using hierarchical regression analysis, the significant mediating effect of career decision self-efficacy on the relationship between ego-resilience and career preparation behavior was found. Second, with using multiple regression analysis, the significant moderating effect of achievement motivation on the relationship between career decision self-efficacy and career preparation behavior was found. Third, with using SPSS Macro, the moderated mediating effect of achievement motivation on the relationship between ego-resilience, career decision self-efficacy, and career preparation behavior was found. Implications for further career education and counseling practice and limitations of the study were discussed. Also, the suggestions for the future study were proposed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 자아탄력성과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과와 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 경로에서 성취동기의 조절효과를 확인하여 통합적으로 조절된 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 서울․경기 소재 대학생 227명(남 93명, 여 134명)을 대상으로 자아탄력성, 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로준비행동, 성취동기를 측정하기 위해 설문을 실시하였으며, SPSS 21.0과 SPSS Macro를 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 위계적 회귀분석을 통한 매개효과 검증 결과, 진로결정 자기효능감이 자아탄력성과 진로준비행동의 관계를 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중다회귀분석을 통한 조절효과 검증 결과, 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동의 관계를 성취동기가 유의하게 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, SPSS Macro를 사용하여 조절된 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 자아탄력성이 진로결정 자기효능감을 통하여 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 경로에서 성취동기가 높을수록 진로결정 자기효능감을 통한 진로준비행동의 수준이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 유의한 조절된 매개효과가 확인되었다. 본 연구는 자아탄력성이 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 경로에서 실질적 개입이 가능한 변인들을 탐색하였고, 이들의 매개효과 및 조절효과를 확인하였다. 이를 토대로 본 연구의 이론적 의의와 실제 상담 및 교육장면에서 활용할 수 있는 시사점을 논하였고, 제한점을 보완한 후속연구의 필요성을 제언하였다.
