청소년지도자의 옹호활동 실태 및 관련요인 분석 = Analysis of the Actual Conditions and Factor of Youth Leaders of the advocacy activities

In this study, youth leaders recognized a need for advocacy of the degree and extent of the actual performance of status. In addition, demographic characteristics and work-related characteristics, institutional characteristics of the organization's needs and perform to the level of advocacy, youth leader of the advocacy activities affecting performance we found in the research. For this purpose, the country's youth-related institutions and organizations work in practice mainly in the field a total of 159 youth leader were analyzed by purposive sampling data analysis was done using SPSS 17.0 statistical package program. Study of youth leaders recognized a need for advocacy done so much higher than those of the advocacy activities of the sub-region case advocacy and policy advocacy in this layer was higher than that level. Youth Leaders of the advocacy group differences in the analysis of gender, education, responsibilities, corporate type, with no statistically significant difference among groups was found. Youth Leaders of the advocacy activities affecting the demographic characteristics as gender, age, and whether work-related attributes have the professional qualifications, work experience agencies, youth career field, organizational characteristics and organizational size whether the directors have been certified. These results suggest that youth leaders, youth leaders during their situation based on a systematic and professional instruction in the principles and methodology can be applied properly, will serve as the basis, ultimately, young people can grow into healthy members of society, the practical need to policies and services, will be able to provide practical strategies.
