대학 졸업예정자의 경력개발역량과 경력탐색행동 및 대학경력개발지원의 관계 = The Relationship among Career Development Competency, Career Exploration Behavior and Career Development Supports of Senior Students in Universities

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship among career development competency and career exploration behavior of senior student and career development support in universities. The population of this study was 949,477 senior students, considering ratio of metropolitan and provincial students, 200 metropolitan students and 280 provincial students(1:1.4) were sampled for the study. A survey questionnaire, the method of data analysis, consists of demographic items, career development competency scale, career exploration behavior scale and career development support in universities scale; these four scales were subdivided into smaller parts.
The results of this study were as follows: First, the career development competency levels of senior students were slightly higher than average. Second, the career exploration behavior levels of senior students were 2.67 and the career development support levels in universities were 3.16. Third, the career development competency of senior students have high positive relationships with the career exploration behavior and have middle positive relationships with the career development support in universities. Fourth, career exploration behavior and support for preparing for a job explained 28.0% of the career development competency.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 대학 졸업예정자의 경력개발역량과 경력탐색행동 및 대학의 경력개발지원 간의 관계를 구명하는데 있었다. 이 연구의 모집단은 우리나라의 4년제 대학에 재학 중인 대학생 중 4학기 이상을 마친 3학년 이상의 대학생으로 2011년 12월 기준 총 949,477명이며, 모집단의 크기에 따른 적정 표집 수는 382명이다. 표집은 수도권과 지방의 학생 비율을 고려하여 비례적 층화 표집하였다. 자료 수집은 우편조사를 통해 이루어졌으며, 최종분석은 389부가 활용되었다. 자료 분석은 기술통계 및 추리통계를 사용하였으며, 통계적 유의수준 0.05를 기준으로 판단하였다.
이 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 대학 졸업예정자의 경력개발역량 수준은 평균적으로 보통 이상으로 나타났다. 세부적으로는 자기이해, 전공 및 직업지식, 진로결정 확신도, 의사결정 효능감, 관계활용 효능감은 필요한 정도를 갖추고 있지만 상대적으로 구직기술은 다소 부족하다고 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 대학 졸업예정자의 경력탐색행동 수준은 스스로 결정한 경력목표달성을 목적으로 자기 자신과 직업세계를 이해하기 위한 행위적인 노력에 전반적으로 소홀한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 직업에 대해 탐색하는 노력이 상대적으로 부족하였다. 대학경력개발지원 수준에 대해 대학 졸업예정자는 대학에서 취업준비에 대해서는 어느 정도 지원되고 있지만 현장경험을 쌓을 수 있도록 제공되는 지원은 상대적으로 부족하다고 인식하고 있었다. 셋째, 대학 졸업예정자의 경력개발역량과 경력탐색행동 및 대학경력개발지원은 유의미한 정적관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학 졸업예정자의 경력개발행동과 대학경력개발지원 중 취업준비지원이 경력개발역량에 설명력을 갖는 것으로 나타났다.
