감수성훈련집단상담의 치료적 요인 분석 = Analysis on therapeutic factors of sensitivity training group counseling

The purpose of this study was to examine the differences of therapeutic factors of improvement group and comparison group on sensitivity training group counseling. 10 of improvement group and 10 of comparison group on self identity, meanings of life, life satisfaction, subjective happiness were selected, and therapeutic factors were analyzed on their postscripts by contents analysis method. The results of this study were as follows. First, improvement group showed much more therapeutic factors than comparison group. Second, Most of therapeutic factors of improvement group were found on emotional and behavioral realm, all therapeutic factors of comparison group were found on cognitive and emotional realm. Third, improvement group's postscripts showed self understanding, acceptance, interpersonal learning, inspiration of hope, and comparison group's postscripts showed guidance, acceptance. Fourth, Improvement group's self disclosure was lead to acceptance and catharsis, and then improvement group experienced self understanding, interpersonal learning, cohesion, and hope for future.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 감수성훈련집단의 성과에 따라 집단의 치료적 요인이 다르게 나타나는 양상을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 먼저 마라톤 감수성훈련집단의 성과변인인 자아정체감, 삶의 의미, 삶의 만족도, 주관적 행복에서 사전 검사에 비해 사후 검사에서 정적 변화가 큰 향상집단과 부적 변화가 크거나 변화가 거의 없는 비교집단 각 10명 중 소감문을 작성한 집단원들에 대해서 집단 종결 후 작성한 소감문에 나타난 치료적 요인에서의 차이가 있는지 분석하였다. 또한 소감문에 나타난 치료적 요인을 질적 분석하여 감수성훈련집단의 치료적 요인이 어떤 양상으로 나타나는지를 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과 첫째, 모든 측정변인에서 향상집단은 비교집단에 비해 2배에서 5배 더 많은 치료적 요인이 나타났다. 둘째, 향상집단은 대부분의 치료적 요인이 정서, 행동 영역에서 발견된 반면 비교집단은 인지, 정서 영역에서만 치료적 요인이 발견되었다. 셋째, 향상집단은 2/3 이상의 소감문에서 자기이해, 수용의 치료적 요인이, 그 외 1/2 이상의 소감문에서 대인관계 학습, 희망의 고취의 치료적 요인이 발견되었으며 비교집단은 1/2 이상의 소감문에서 지도, 수용의 치료적 요인이 발견되었다. 넷째, 소감문에 대한 추가의 질적 분석을 통해 상기 결과를 더 깊이 확인할 수 있었다. 향상집단의 소감문에서는 자기노출 경험 후 집단으로부터 수용되고 감정이 정화되는 경험을 하며 이를 통해 자기이해와 대인관계학습을 하게 되고 이러한 과정에 응집성과 이타심을 체험하고 미래에 대한 희망을 갖게 되는 것으로 분석되었다.
