주거가치와 주거단지시설 요구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the variables affecting consumers' housing value and housing needs for external facilities. 10 socio-economic variables (such as age, educational level, family income, the adequacy of family income, the relative living level of 5 years after, family size, wife's job, hierarchy of husband's occupation, housing tenure and housing size) and housing value as predictors of housing needs for external facilities. Six hundred twenty-six housewives in Daejeon participated in this study. Factor analysis, multiple regression were conducted.
The results of this study were as follows:
1. Six dimensions of housing value were extracted: safety& privacy, external facilities, other-directed beauty & internal convenience, economy & investment, and natural environment.
2. Several socio-economic variables, especially educational level, family income, wife's job, and housing size played important roles in consumers' housing value.
3. Four types of housing external facilities were extracted : safety & wellbeing, shopping & leisure convenience facilities and educational institutions.
4. Housing value played more important roles in housing needs for external facilities than socio-economic variables.
