다문화가정 아동의 이중문화적응, 또래관계 및 이중문화수용 간의 관계 = Bicultural adjustment, peer relationship and bicultural acceptance attitude of children in multi-cultural family

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 다문화가정 아동의 또래관계에 대한 이중문화 적응을 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 연구대상은 대구광역시 및 경상북도 소재 초등학교의 다문화가정 아동 174명이다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이중문화 적응 스트레스는 모의 출신국가에 따라 차이가 있고, 긍정적 또래관계는 학년 간에, 부정적 또래관계는 거주 지역에 따라 차이가 있다. 둘째, 이중문화 적응 스트레스는 긍정적 또래관계와 부적상관, 부정적 또래관계와는 정적상관이 있고 이중문화 수용태도는 긍정적 또래관계와 정적상관, 부정적 또래관계는 부적상관이 있다. 셋째, 이중문화 적응 스트레스와 이중문화 수용태도는 긍정적/부정적 또래관계를 설명하였다. 연구대상이 지역적으로 국한되어 있다는 제한점이 있으나, 긍정적 또래관계와 부정적 또래관계, 이들의 각 하위요인별 설명력의 확인을 통해 이중문화 적응이 또래관계를 예측하는 주요한 변인임이 밝혀졌다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was carried out with the aim of examining explanatory power about bicultural adjustment on peer relationship of children in multi-cultural family. The research subjects are 174 children in multi-cultural family at elementary schools where are located in Daegu Metropolitan City and Gyeongsangbuk-do Province. The results of this study are as follows. First, the bicultural adjustment stress has difference according to mother's native country. The positive peer relationship has difference between school years. The negative peer relationship has difference according to dwelling area. Second, the bicultural adjustment stress has the negative correlation with positive peer relationship, and the positive correlation with negative peer relationship. The bicultural acceptance attitude has the positive correlation with positive peer relationship and the negative correlation with negative peer relationship. Third, the bicultural adjustment stress and the bicultural acceptance attitude explained the positive/negative peer relationship. This study has limitation of having insufficient research subjects, and of being restricted regionally. However, the bicultural adjustment could be known to be main variables of predicting peer relationship, through confirming explanatory power of positive peer relationship, negative peer relationship and sub-factor for each.
