산재근로자의 괜찮은 일자리, 직무만족, 생활만족도 간의 종단적 영향 관계 분석 = An analysis of the longitudinal effect of decent jobs, job satisfaction, and life satisfaction of injured workers

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between decent job, job satisfaction and life satisfaction according to the work return type of injured workers. Data and samples were analyzed by using multivariate latent growth model(MLGM) for 645 persons (414 original workplace, 231 reemployment workplace) using data from the 1st∼3rd of compensation insurance panel of the korea workers` compensation and welfare service corporation. The conclusions drawn from these procedures are as follows. First, the workers who returned to the original workplace from all the results had a better decent job, job satisfaction, and life satisfaction than the workers who were reemployment workplace. Second, the higher the initial value of decent jobs, the higher the initial level of job satisfaction. As the number of decent jobs rapidly increased, the job satisfaction increased rapidly. The higher the initial value of job satisfaction, the higher the initial value of life satisfaction. Also rapidly increased. In the effect of control variables, the older age, the lower the initial value of decent jobs. The higher the education level, the higher the initial value of decent jobs. Also, the older the age, the slower the increase in decent job scores, but in the case of reemployment, the decent job scores increased. However, this is because initial reemployment is much lower than original workplace. In the initial level of job satisfaction, women were higher than men. In the change rate of job satisfaction, the older the job, the less the job satisfaction decreased. Also, for women, the initial level of life satisfaction was lower than that of men. Also, job satisfaction is found to full mediate decent jobs and life satisfaction. Based on the results, it is suggested that various policies and support are needed to increase the injured workers return rate and job satisfaction of the injured workers.
