발달장애아 어머니의 장애수용태도 유형별 가정환경, 양육스트레스 및 양육핵심역량 특성 = Home Environment, Parenting Stress and Parenting Core Competency of Mothers Raising Children with Developmental Disabilities on Types of the Acceptance of Disability

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to find home environment, parenting stress and parenting core competency of 210 mothers raising 3-12 years old children with developmental disabilities on types of the acceptance of disability, using cluster analysis. As a result of analysis, the types of the acceptance of disability were classified as follows: ``shock-shame group``; ``acceptance-overprotection group``; ``doubt-reaction formation group``; ``denial-doubt group``; ``acceptance denial group``; ``general acceptance group``. Shock-shame group and denial-doubt group included children under 8 years of age at a high rate, whereas acceptance-overprotection group, acceptance denial group and general acceptance group included children above 9 at a high rate. Shock-shame group, acceptance-overprotection group, acceptance denial group and general acceptance group included children with severe disabilities at a high rate, whereas doubt-reaction formation group and denial-doubt group included children with moderate or mild disabilities at a high rate. General acceptance group and denial-doubt group had a low level of parenting stress, whereas shock-shame group had a high level of that. General acceptance group, acceptance-overprotection group and denial-doubt group had a high level of parenting core competency, whereas shock-shame group, acceptance denial group and doubt-reaction formation group had a low level of that.
