특성화고등학교･마이스터고등학교 학생들의 진로태도성숙도 관련 변인 간의 구조적 관계 분석 = An Analysis of the Structural Relationship among Variables Affecting Career Attitude Maturity for Specialized High School and Meister High School Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposes of this study is to invigorate research related to career attitude maturity of students in specialized high schools and meister high schools and provide basic data for national skilled technology promotion policies by drawing the variables that affect that in many ways based on the social cognitive career theory, examining casual relationships between relevant variables empirically in an integrated structural model, and provide implications according to them. For this, program experience, program flow, social support, career barriers, and self-efficacy were postulated and the relations among them were clarified. For the study, a survey was conducted targeting 491 students in specialized high schools and meister high schools that participated in ‘the skilled technology transfer program’ of the Global Institute for Transferring Skills, the Human Resources Development Service of Korea from April to September, 2015 and was verified through a structural equating model. The study results are as follow: First, program flow and career barriers have an significant effect on self-efficacy. Second, program experience, social support, career barriers, and self-efficacy have an significant effect on career attitude maturity. And program flow did not have an significant effect on career attitude maturity and it has found to have an indirect effect by making self-efficiency a medium. Based on these results, the study suggested implications about the strategies which can improve career attitude maturity of students in specialized high schools and meister high schools and develop the relevant policies.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 사회인지진로이론을 바탕으로 특성화고등학교와 마이스터고등학교 학생들의 진로태도성숙도에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 다각적인 측면에서 도출하여 관련 변인들 간의 인과관계를 통합적인 구조모형 속에서 실증적으로 살펴보고 이에 따른 시사점을 제공하여 관련 연구 활성화와 국가 숙련기술장려정책에 기초자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 진로태도성숙도 관련 변인으로 프로그램 경험, 프로그램 몰입, 사회적지지, 진로장벽, 자기효능감을 상정하고 이들 간의 관계를 규명하였다. 연구를 위해 2015년 4월부터 9월까지 한국산업인력공단 글로벌숙련기술진흥원의 ‘숙련기술전수프로그램’에 참여한 특성화고등학교･마이스터고등학교 학생 491명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 구조방정식모형을 통해 검증하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 프로그램 몰입과 진로장벽이 자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며 둘째, 프로그램 경험, 사회적지지, 진로장벽, 자기효능감이 진로태도성숙도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 프로그램 몰입은 진로태도성숙도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았고 자기효능감을 매개로 간접효과만 갖는 것으로 검증되었다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 특성화고등학교･마이스터고등학교 학생들의 진로태도성숙도를 향상시키고 관련 정책을 발전시킬 수 있는 전략에 대한 시사점을 제시하였다.
