대학생의 진로결정 자율성, 진로결정 자기효능감 및 진로적응성 간의 구조적 관계 연구 = Analysis of the Structural Relationship among College Students’Career Decision-making Autonomy, Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy, and Career Adaptability

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생의 진로적응성에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인인 진로결정 자율성과 진로결정 자기효능감 간의 구조적 관계를 설명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기, 충남에 소재한 4년제 대학교 4곳 364명의 설문자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 측정변인인 진로결정 자율성과 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로적응성간에 통계적으로 유의한 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 진로결정 자기효능감의 목표설정, 문제해결요인과 진로적응성의 진로호기심을 제외한 모든 요인에서 학년에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 그러나 진로결정 자율성의 경우는 차이를 보이지 않았다. 셋째, 이들간의 가설적 모형의 적합도를 검증한 결과 진로결정 자율성이 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로적응성에 직접적 효과를 보였으며, 변인간의 직․간접적 효과와 총효과를 분석한 결과를 통해 진로결정 자율성이 진로결정 자기효능감을 경유함으로써 그 영향력이 더욱 증가하는 비교적 양호한 모델임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 대학생들의 진로결정 및 적응에 있어 동기의 중요성을 확인하고, 학습자의 동기를 촉진시키기 위한 진로교육의 중요성을 살펴볼 수 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to examine the structural relationship among college students' career decision-making autonomy, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career adaptability. Through a survey, We collected data from 361 students. As the results, first, college students' career decision-making autonomy, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career adaptability were statistically significantly related to one another. Second, most subcategories of career decision-making self-efficacy and career adaptability showed difference among grades, but career decision-making autonomy did not. Third, there were significant direct and indirect effects from career decision-making autonomy to career decision-making self-efficacy and career adaptability. Through the direct and indirect and total effects among the factors, the mediation roles of career decision-making self-efficacy for career decision-making autonomy were confirmed. These results indicated the significant role of career motivation on college students’career development. And the results also suggested that motivating students comes first in career education program.
