체육계열 대학생의 자기효능감과 진로의식성숙 및 진로준비행동의 관계

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to identify relations among self-efficacy, maturity of consciousness and futures career of university students in the department of physical education and their preparatory behaviors toward future career by establishing a hypothetical cause-effect model on the basis of precedent study works. The subjects were selected by convenience sampling method. The subjects were composed of 499 university students in the department of physical education in Seoul province. For the statistical analysis, SPSS 12.0 were utilized. The verification of research hypothesis were conducted by correlation and Multiple regression analysis. The significance level of all tests were set at .05. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows: The results showed that there was significant influence between self-efficacy and maturity of consciousness. It appeared that lack of self-confidence, negative social. Also the results showed there was significant influence between self-efficacy and career preparation behavior. It appeared that lack of self-confidence, attitude toward future.
