This work analyze the security measures against terrorism of biological weapons by mail delivery. Apparently they are largely dependent on the biochemicals, eletronics, laser, and cybernetics. Also they draw an attention to us of a probability of various threats from the North, or ill illtending regimes to deter the 2002's World Cup, under the heading of "w Centennial, Meeting, and Start Movement˝ What follows is that this research strongly proposes that we should take prior safety actions for hosting the successful World Cup Match in Korea-Japan as well as maintain the national security for peace. Security measures for the terrorism of 5iological weapons by Mail Delivery are presented as follow. 1) The collaboration with other nations in dealing with recent international terrorisms totally different from previous ones is needed. 2) A determined attitude to refuse any negotiations or dealing with the terrorists and to degrade them into a mere criminal syndicate is required 3) The most effective and high-tech security system is to be developed to promote efficiency in Fire Prevent of Structural Safety and Explosive Detecting, and to be operated by experts in the system.

The rule and style of our lives also change continuous'ly along with the rapid social changes. These changes are a kind of process. They may enhance and develop our lives, or may cause our failure to the contrary. It is necessary, therefore us to understand their attribute as well as to own knowledge and wisdom for coping with them. In addition, to put the knowledge and the wisdom into action is also required. Thee purpose of this study is to explore the nature of social changes. The suggestive ways for coping with them are as follows: 1) to become an innovative change promoter rather than a passive follower, 2) to create the vision of future life, 3) to forecast the future social changes, 4) to be prepared for the future social changes in advance, 5) to cope with the changing situation rapidly, 6) to restore peaceful mind from our fear of the changes, and 7) to enjoy changes themselves.

프로야구 구단웹사이트 접속자의 정보선호도 및 정보만족도

본 연구의 목적은 국내 프로야구 구단의 웹사이트를 방문하는 네티즌이 어떤 정보를 선호하며 현재 제공되어지는 정보에 대해 얼마나 만족하고 있는지를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 자료수집도구로 Hyper Text Markup Language(HTML)에 기반한 인터넷 설문지를 이용하였으며, 표본은 우선 ‘한국인터넷 리서치 연구소’의 등록된 패널 회원 1만 명 중 500명을 무선표집한 후 그중 프로야구 구단 웹사이트에 접속한 경험이 있는 패널 회원만이 이메일로 보낸 설문지를 응답할 것을 요구하는 방법으로 추출하였다. 그 결과 229명이 설문지를 응답하였으나 8명의 자료는 신뢰성이 떨어진다고 생각되어 분석에서 제외되었다. 설문지는 독립변인으로 인구통계학적인 특성을 묻는 선다형 문항 3개, 그리고 종속변인으로 정보선호도 및 정보만족도를 묻는 5점 Likert 척도 형태의 문항 각각 9개씩, 총 21개 문항으로 구성되었다. Cronbach 값은 정보선호도 .73과 정보만족도 .81로 나타나 신뢰할만한 척도로 판단되었다. 자료처리로 기술통계와 일원변량분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 접속자는 ‘경기결과와 기록’, ‘게시판’, ‘이벤트’과 관련되는 정보를 가장 선호 한다. 둘째, 접속자는 이상에서 언급한 3가지 정보에 대해 만족하지 못하고 있다. 셋째, 성별과 연령에 따라 정보선호도에는 유의한 차이가 있으나 정보 만족도에는 유의한 차이가 없다. 한편, 직업에 따라 정보선호도와 정보 만족도에는 유의한 차이가 있다. The purpose of this study was to identify the differences in the netizens’ preference and satisfaction of information provided at professional baseball team websites according to their demographics In order to conduct the study, a questionnaire was distributed to 500 netizens who were randomly selected from a pool of ten thousand netizens registered with a marketing research company. The questionnaire was written in hyper text markup language(HTML) and distributed by email. Only those who visited professional baseball team websites at least once a week were asked to answer the questionnaire by the self-administration method and to return the questionnaire by email. As a result, 229 netizens responded, but only data provided by 221 netizens were deemed reliable. The questionnaire was developed based on the questionnaire used by Kim(2001) , and the Cronbach values were .73 and .81 for information preference and satisfaction, respectively. Such that the scales were judged to be fairly reliable. Based on data analyses consisting of employing descriptive statistics and one-way ANOVA, the following conclusions were drawn: First. visitors prefer information relating to ‘competition results and records’, ‘bulletin board’, and ‘events’ Second, with regard to the above mentioned types of information, the websites are not meeting the visitor’s needs. Third, there are statistical and significant differences in the information preference of the netizens with respect to their gender and age but no difference in the information satisfaction. Also there are statistical and significant differences in the information preference and information satisfaction of the netizens with respect to their occupation.

With the advancement of informatization, sports marketing through mass media has become more significant. And such a trend is inevitable in developing sports business today. The popularization of sports has encouraged companies to participate in sports sponsorship to collect diverse information, enforcing them to conduct sports marketing activities. Excessive sports commercialization has raised concerns that it may impair the inherent characteristics of sports such as spontaneity, dynamic spirit and emotion. Nonetheless, sports marketing has become major factor in modem life. The sports industry must have its own uniqueness which can not be seen in any other fields, and special policy attention is also required. In this respect, there is a pressing need to connect the sports industry with public administration, economics, politics and law in order to maximize He efficiency of the sports industry. In conclusion, raising the issue of the current legal system concerting the sports industry, I sincerely hope the that unique sports-related laws will be established as a remedy for the current related legal system.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of Taekwon-do training on high school student’s emotional development. For this purpose, 651(male=334, female=317) high school student’s were select as subjects. The questionnaire that was used Kang(1996) was also used in this study. The statistics selected in this study were descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, and Schefe post hoc test. As a result of the analyses of collected data, the following conclusions were obtained: firstly, there was a significant difference in high school student's emotional development by socio-demographic variables. Secondly, high school student's fear response is different according to their level of Taekwon-do training.
