Ehrenfeld와 Zacks〔1961〕가 正現部分實施法에 對한 確率化 節次方法을 提供했고 Zacks〔1963, 1964〕은 最小處理數의 部分實施法에 있어서의 不偏推定値는 오직 어떤 構造下에서 可能한 모든 計劃法에 걸친 確率化에서만 求할 수 있음을 提示했다. 本論文에서는 이와 비슷한 方法의 非正規主效果部分實施法에 있어서의 경우를 提供한다. 이에 앞서서 情報行列의 不變性에 關한 것을 究明하여 이 性質을 利用하였다. 그러나 分散의 數式的인 뚜렷한 表示問題는 未解決로 남어 있다.

The fundamental human right can be outlined briefly as the inalienable right granted to the man as he is born and one of the major factors of life of each individual. This epoch-making conception was first reflectted in Magna Charta, and later in the Declaration of American Independence and in the Declaration of Rights during the French Revolution. And it could be said that the first constitution that adapted was state constitution of virginia in America in the year of 1776. In the development of the security system of human right, Weimar Constitution of Germany has been a model for the many nations throughout the world, and our constitution was not an exception when it was first drafted. However, it could be argued that our constitution is not without flaws in securing our freedom and right. And objective of this thesis is to review our constitution to find the key problems, find ways of solving the problems and perfect our constitution. It is natural to cherish the security of human right which is self-evident truth. Therefore, it is asserted that our urgent task is to secure security system of the fundamental human right in the constitution and realize the new understanding of the idea of human right.

李朝後期의 조적(還上)制度 論巧 : 還穀紊亂을 中心으로

Hwangok system was established during the Yi dynasty in order to help the poor and achieve a stable social economy by distributing government grain to needy farmers in the spring and reclaiming the grain in the fall. In the late part of the Yi dynasty the court was relying heavily on the high interest of this loan system as the main source of national income, but deficiency of the system itself ineffectual management and corruption among the officials caused the total failure of the system, which consequently brought about depression of the farm economy and difficulty in the national budget. This failur also resulted in disbelief of the court, diverse social disorders and civil uprising.

The project of desalinization in the new reclaimed land should be executed above all, because the damage of salinity in the paddy fields is due to the excess of salinity. Open ditch one of the most important methods of desalinization for expulsion of salinity by the irrigation water as well as decreasing the ground Water contained salinity. In this research, the effects of open ditch and of desalinization by irrigation water during the period of paddy plants growing, and changes of saline content in reclaimed land which is located in Kang-Hwa-Goon, Kyung-Ki-Do, were investigated. The results obtained in this research are summarized as follows: 1. The depth of saline expulsion by supplying of irrigation water was approximately 30cm to 50cm under the ground surface, but saline expulsion was hardly done in case of the depth which is deeper than the above mentioned, because the moisture and saline content hardly change in such a condition. 2. Infiltration speed of the Horizontal drainage was more rapid than that of vertical drainage in soil of Kang-Hwa reclaimed land. 3. In open ditch, we could make a good condition for the growth of rice plants, because the desalinization was not only rapid but also effective up to the subsoil layer. 4. The reasonable interval of open ditch was about 18m, and we could set limits approximately 30cm to 90cm in the depth of open ditch. 5. Saline changes of the soil in the reclaimed land was sensitive to weather condition and discharge of irrigation water, and changes of the monthly saline content was extreme in case of drying seasons and non-supplying of irrigation water, and saline content of surface layer seemed to be higher than that of subsoil. 6. The saline content of soil and the rate of disalinization showed a tendency to decrease according to cultivating years of rice plants. Rice plants was not nipped by salinity after 3 years cultivating in the conditin of open ditch by 18m iterval on the new reclaimed land.

李朝 後期 社會經濟史 考察 : 三政을 中心으로 Chiefly on the disorders kinds of three of revenues

In the Iatter part of the yi dynasty the three kinds of revenues-namely, Jun-Jung(the tax upon farm-land), Gun-Jung(the tax upon the young man of military age), and Hwan-Gok(the government loan grain to the poverty-stricken farmers)-fell into disorder because of the corruption of politics and social confusion in that period. Accordingly the lives of farmers became extremely distressed and the national economy went bankrupt. And this finally made Tong-Hak Sectaries raise a war, a peasants' uprising, by which the Sino-Japanese war was caused. Hence the permeation of foreign powers led the Yi dynasty to its ruin.

Generally, it was named Jo-un(漕運) that during the Yee Dynasty, the land tax was transported from each province to the capital of Seoul under the dynasty of itself, especially by the water cources. As the dynasty's revenues depended largely upon the grains which were collected as the land tax, the land tax is the important life line for the effective management of the court revenues. In reference to the name of Jo-un (漕運), the land tax transportation by the sea called Jo-un(漕運) or Jo-jeon(漕轉). In carrying the land tax, for convenience sake, it was named Su-cheom (水站) that the land tax was conveyed by rivers according to the means of land tax than transportation. In particular, in this paper, I studied roughly the law and system Jo-un(漕運), and the practical managemant of it.
