      • 透視正面圖를 이용한 리드선 位置判定法

        The leadwire cutting machine that has been used recently cuts leadwires by putting one-side force with the same priciple as a saw, and applies a stress at soldered part of PCB. Because the stress becomes one cause of contact-defect, a leadwire cutting robot that cuts leadwires with nipper and does not apply stress is considered. In this paper a technique of deciding leadwire-site is studied for the purpose of using on automatic leadwire cutting robots. A technique deriving 2-dimensional site-information with 1-dimensional binary data taken from various direction's front-view of PCB was proposed. As a result of simulations and experiments, the proposed technique turns out to be very useful for automatic leadwire cutting robot.

      • 무의 品質向上을 위한 尖端 土壤改良劑의 開發

        A new soil conditioner has been prepared from the biodegradable chitosan derivatives and polyacrylamide composites. This study was conducted to find out the effect of the prepared soil conditioner for better quality of radish. The chitosan-ploymer composites of soil conditioner were mixed with the fertilizer of N, P, K compositions. There were significant difference in root weight, root length, root width, number of leaves per plant, and sugar content of the radish treated with soil conditioners compared to control, but were not significance among soil conditioners. The correlation coefficient of the number of leaves and root weight was r=0.94 with the positive correlation. In the anaylysis of K_2O, CaO, MgO, NaO, P_2O_5, T-N, SiO_2, Fe and B in the radish plant with the soil conditioners, the compositions were much compared to control. In the analysis of K, Ca, Mg, Na, P_2O_5, B and CEC in the soil treated with the soil conditioners, the compositions were much compared to control. The plant analysis showed that the effect of soil conditioners increases CaO composition, in radish, owing to improving the physicochemical condition of the soil.

      • Partial Purification of Acetylcholinesterase from Quail Brain using Affinity Chromatography

        A single molecular form of soluble acetylcholinesterase was purified from quail brain by affinity chromatography. This affinity matrix was synthesized by coupling the reversible cholinesterase 6B matrix was exceptionally stable and had the novel property of selectively binding only one molecular form of acetylcholinesterase. The soluble form of acetylcholinesterase was purified from quail brain by the sequencial use of ammonium sulfate precipitation, edrophonium Sepharose 6B chromatography and Sephadex G-15 gel filtration. Acetylcholinesterase was purified 759-fold with a yield of 11%. The purified enzyme gave a single band on SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, and its apparent molecular weight was determined to be 75kDa.

      • 감자生産의 規模經濟性에 關한 硏究

        The objectives of this study are to evaluate the potentiality of potato and to estimate economies of scale in the potato production sector in Korea. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, field survey was conducted with literature survey, The number of sample farm is 59 and the regions is Kangwon-do Pyongchang-gun Chinbu-myon. The results of the study are as follow : (1) The importance of potato industry in Korean Agriculture economy is increasing,―the share from potato production in farm income is increasing, especially potato is important income source in Kangwon-do. (2) The economies of scale in potato production is estimated by the Seemingly Unrelated Regressions with cost function and factor demand functions as systems of equations. The results show that the economies of scale prevail to the level of 2ha. This suggests that Korea government should encourage to increase the farm size in potato production in order to achieve higher productivity.

      • Retrogradation Characteristics of Starch Cooked with Different Water Contents

        Amioca (waxy corn starch, amylopectin content 97%) samples were thermally cooked with different water contents of 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 and 70% respectively, then they were retrograded by subjecting to vacuum-drying at room temperature for 5 days. In DSC analysis, the thermograms of the retrograded starches from higher water contents showed larger peak areas of thermal transition (equivalent to thermally converted amount) than those from lower contents. In extraction test, the retrograded samples from higher water contents had smaller amounts of water soluble solids. From both DSC analysis and extraction test, it was found that the degrees of starch retrogradation were closely related to the amounts of water used in cooking.

      • 고속의 GaAs SRAM 을 위한 새로운 센스 앰프의 설계 연구

        A new sense amplifier is designed in order to realize high-speed GaAs SRAM's. The Schematics are similar to "a source coupled differential amplifier" execept that two analyzed using basic FET current equations. The transconductance of the new sense amplifier is approximately 3.5 times larger than that of the conventional sense amplifier. Output high voltage is reduced to about 0.64V, therefore, the time which reached V_(max) are reduced also. The simulation results show that the access time of 0.9ns and the power dissipation of 12.2mW are achieved in GaAs 16bit SRAM's.

      • Mo¨ssbauer Spectroscopy에 衣한 Hamatinics內의 鐵의 酸化狀態 및 Spin狀態의 硏究

        Mo¨ssbauer spectroscopy has been carried out to investigate the ionic states of Fe atoms contained in the hematinics. From the Mo¨ssbauer parameters we can define the hyperfine interactions of Fe atoms with surrounding elements related to Fe ionic states. The Fe in the sample used as hematinics usually exist in the S=2 high spin state of Fe^(+2) or in the S=1/2 low spin state of Fe^(+3). In this study we knew that Fe^(+2) state was preferable to Fe^(+3) state on the hematinics.

      • 토양조건이 Rhizoctonia solani와 Sclerotium rolfsii의 균핵형성에 미치는 영향

        The effect of various soil temperatures on sclerotia formation of Rhizoctonia was studied in two soil conditions. In natural soil condition the most favorble temperature was 25℃ and it resulted in 57% of sclerotium formation, but in sterilized soil condition the formation rate was 90% in temperature rage from 15 to 30℃. As the inoculum incubation terms were increased, the viability of sclerotium was decreased from 53% to 40% in natural soil, but, in sterilized soil, the viability was more active than natural soil, decreasing the viability from 92% to 89%. In the case of sclerotium rolfsii, the effect of soil temperature on the formation of sclerotium was 60% at 30℃, whereas the rate was reduced to 25% of sclerotium formation in other temperature range. In sterilized soil, varing temperature had little effect on sclerotium formation and the formation rate was over 88~91%. According to cultivation term the sclerotium formation rate was 55.6% at initiating for 12 hours, but after 32 days the rate was much decreased. In sterilized soil, sclerotium formation rate was 88.7~92.3% and this rate was not effected by length of cultivation. The observed result on sclerotium formation rate by soil depth, R.solani formed sclerotia at 76% in 0~4 and 4~8Cm soil depth. As the soil depth increased, the more number of sclerotium formation was obseved to 79.5% in 8~12Cm soil depth. On the other hand S.rolfsii could formate more many sclerotia in 0~4 and 4~8Cm soil depth than in 8~12Cm soil depth.

      • 産業 廢棄物인 製紙 Sludge의 再活用 方案에 關한 硏究

        Waste sludge of pulp and paper industry in Korea are produced more 600 thounds ton per year. And the waste sludges are uselessly burned and buried. so they become a sources of underground water pollutions. And the cost of sludge treatment in industry is very high. Thus, this study are carried to investigate how to recycle the sludge. And the results are followed as: 1. Paper sludges can be utilized as a filler and a buffer by adding cement. 2. Internal bonding of paper sludge is very high. so in case of adding a proper press and Diathalomine, paper sludge produce excellent board or block. 3. As the fiber of paper sludge is a good organic materials, it can improve a soil and plant growth, fertilizing by adding Potasium and Phosphorus.

      • 자체 구성 기능을 가진 디스크 배열 제어기

        Disk array systems such as RAID(Redundant Array of Inexpensive Disks) allow higher transfer rate and reliablility than conventional disk systems. But we cannot expect improvements on disk seek time with these system. To solve this, we propose SODA(Self-Organizing Disk Array) system that stands on the basis of RAID, and a new parity block update method for our system. With indirect address table and freemap that reflect the disk usage state, we can reduce disk seek time considerably (expecially for writes that can be performed on the nearest free block from the head), which is shown by the simulation results.
