수학교사의 교과서 및 교사용 지도서 활용도 조사

This study aims to investigate how secondary mathematics teachers use mathematics curriculum materials such as textbooks and teachers’ guide in planning lessons and for their learning. 24 in-service mathematics teachers participated in surveys and two among them were interviewed. The findings from the data analysis suggest that: a) the teachers actively engaged in decision-making processes of the transition from written curriculum to intended curriculum; and b) the teachers showed a tendency of consulting to the ideas suggested in the curriculum materials for selecting objectives and contents for lessons and the what to assess, not ideas for selecting teaching methods and how to assess. Also, various factors such as students’ achievement, participation, interest in mathematics, family environment, and college entrance were identified to influence the teachers’ use of the curriculum materials. 이 연구의 목적은 수학교사가 수업을 구성하고 교사학습을 실행하는 과정에서 교과서 및 교사용 지도서를 어떻게 활용하는지를 탐구하는 것이다. 24명의 현직 교사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했으며 이들 중 두 명의 교사를 선정하여 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 설문자료와 인터뷰 자료를 분석한 결과 수학교사들은 교육과정의 결정자로서 문서화된 교육과정이 의도된 교육과정으로 전이되는 과정의 주체로 참여하고 있었으며 수업목표, 수업내용, 평가내용 선정과정에서 교과서 및 교사용 지도서의 활용 정도가 비교적 높게 나타났다. 그에 반해 교수법, 평가방법 선정과정에서의 교과서 및 교사용 지도서의 활용정도는 높지 않았다. 이와 함께 학생들의 성취도 수준, 참여도, 수학에 대한 관심도, 가정환경, 입시제도 등 수업을 구성·계획하는 과정에서 교과서 및 교사용 지도서의 활용에 영향을 미치는 여러 요인을 확인 할 수 있었다.

HSV 컬러 영역을 이용한 실시간 손동작 검출증강현실 퍼즐 게임 개발

There have been many trials for development of games using augmented reality. This paper presents a 2D puzzle game system using HSV color space to detect hand posture from an input image by smart device's cameras in real time. The developed game in this paper brings smart devices and the computer vision closer. Also this game can be a new interactive technology utilizing both the mobility of smart devices and the tangible interactivity of virtual reality in education and entertainment environments. 증강현실 기술을 게임에 접목하려는 시도가 많이 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 실시간으로 스마트 기기의 카메라로부터 손동작 2차원 영상을 획득하고 HSV 컬러 영역을 활용하여 해당 색상의 물체 또는 신체를 실시간으로 검출해, 게임의 요소로 활용하여 즐길 수 있는 2D 퍼즐게임을 개발하였다. 이는 스마트 기기에 컴퓨터 비전을 접목한 형태의 게임으로, 교육 및 엔터테인먼트 환경에서 스마트 기기의 휴대성과 가상현실 체험의 현장감을 접목시킨 새로운 인터랙티브 기술이 될 것이다.

In this paper, we address a task allocation problem for a robot team that performs a search and attack mission. The robots are limited in sensing and communication capabilities, and carry different types of resources that are used to attack a target. The environment is uncertain and dynamic where no prior information about targets is given and dynamic events unpredictably happen. The goal of robot team is to collect total utilities as much as possible by destroying targets in a mission horizon. To solve the problem, we propose a distributed task allocation framework incorporated with effective resource management based on resource welfare. The framework we propose enables the robot team to retain more robots available by balancing resources among robots, and respond smoothly to dynamic events, which results in system performance improvement.

Though autonomous Unmanned Comabat Systems(UCS) will be empowered in near future warfare, there are a lot of debates concerning on fielding autonomous UCS since they would cause potential legal and ethical problems. The opponents insist that the technologies for UCS to make right legal and ethical decision have not been realized yet, which would result in illegal and unethical accidents such as attacking friendly forces and/or damaging noncombatants. This paper proposes the legal and ethical decision making process of UCS including the criteria for UCS to distinguish legal and ethical behaviors, constraint conditions using those criteria in data sets, and autonomous decision-making architecture employing legal and ethical behavior judgement process. This legal and ethical decision-making architecture will be useful for UCS to decrease legal and ethical conflicts on battlefield and achieve the greatest combat effectiveness.

협 전장관리정보체계 사업 특성을 고려한 QCG 항목 테일러링 방안 연구

전장관리정보체계란 무기체계 중 정보를 수집, 가공, 전달, 전시하는 기능들을 수행하는 컴퓨터·소프트웨어·데이터·통신수단이 통합되어 그 기능을 발휘하는 소프트웨어 중심의 체계로서 연합지휘통제체계, 지휘통제체계, 전투지휘 체계, 군사정보체계 등을 통칭한다. 전장관리정보체계의 개발업무 수행 시 사업관리기관인 방사청은 방위사업관리규정에 따라 개발 수행업무에 대한 감리를 위해 외부 전문기관(감리용역업체)으로 하여금 감리계획을 수립하고 시행하도록 하여야 한다. 방사청은 감리 업무와 별개로 체계개발단계에서 개발대상 무기체계의 품질 성숙 수준을 평가하여, 후속 개발과정에서 품질을 확보할 수 있도록 관리하는 프로세스인 품질통제점(QCG)을 진행한다. 품질통제점 검토항목은 방사청 통합 사업관리팀, 연구개발주관업체, 국방기술품질원의개발 품질관리 담당자가 사업특성을 고려하여 협의 후 표준 검토 항목에서 가감하여 결정한다. 품질통제점 표준 검토항목에는 감리기관이 수행하는 점검사항과 중복되는 항목이 다수 존재한다. 품질통제점 점검 시 자료 준비 및 검토에 관련기관이 많은 시간과 인력이 투입됨에 따라, 중복되거나 불필요한 검토 항목은 수정·삭제하고 타 항목에 점검비중을 높이는 것이 업무 효율화 및 개발사업 우수품질 확보에 기여할 것으로 예상된다.

자유주의 전통의 다양성과 논쟁성: 자유주의 위기담론 및 자유주의 연구방법론 고찰

이 연구는 일차적으로 최근 서구학계에서 ‘자유주의의 위기’와 관련하여 진행되고있는 담론들을 비판적으로 검토하고, 이에 대한 대안으로서 자유주의 전통 그 자체를다양한 변용에 열려 있고 ‘본질적으로 논쟁적인 개념’(essentially contested concept)으로 재해석하고자 하는 일련의 노력들을 소개하는 것을 목표로 한다. 나아가, 이 연구는 국내학계에서 진행된 자유주의 연구의 주요 성과들과 한계점을 살펴보고, 2000년대 이후 본격적으로 발전하고 있는 비교정치사상(comparative political theory)의 논의를 바탕으로 앞으로 한국 자유주의 연구가 참고해야 할, 혹은 지향해야 할 방법론적방향을 제시해 보고자 한다.

『옥수기』 속 역사 소재의 변형 연구

Oksugi, a 19th-century novel, is a work that accepts and transforms historical figures and events of Seonghwa of the Ming Dynasty. In the novel, Essen and Altan are set to be father and son to invade China, but they are not related at all and were not even dead or born during Seonghwa period. Ga Yu-jin, the main character in the novel, becomes a hero who pays back China's humiliation by directly punishing Essen and Altan. In addition, Oksugi reflects the politiciansof the Seonghwa period. And the characters who show how to reflect it are Yangbang and Man Guifei. The evil deeds of Yangbang in the novel are mostly consistent with the evil deeds in history, but unlike the reality of not being punished, the novel faces a terrible death. Man Guifei is the most powerful person during the Seonghwa period, but her role in the novel is greatly reduced and the queen's status is greatly increased. This shows that Oksugi aims to realize a sense of theme by transforming it rather than reproducing historical facts. The Oksugi depicts an ethical history and a history that must exist rather than an actual history. This also reflects writer Shim Neung-sook's Sinocentrism and was dissatisfied with the reality that the Qing Dynasty had overthrown the Ming Dynasty and taken over China. 19세기 한문 장편 소설 『옥수기(玉樹記)』는 명나라 성화(成化) 연간을 배경으로 역사적 인물과 사건을 수용, 변형한 작품이다. 소설 속에서 에센과 알탄은 부자로 설정되어 있고 힘을 합쳐 중국을 침입하는 것으로 나오지만 둘은 전혀 혈연 관계가 있지 않으며 심지어 성화제 때에는 죽었거나 태어나지 않았다. 소설 속 주인공인 가유진은 직접적으로 중국을 크게 위해한 에센과 알탄을 징치하는 것을 통해 중국의 굴욕을 갚는 영웅적 존재가 된다. 또한 소설에는 성화제 시기 정치현실이 반영되어 있으며 반영 방법을 보여주는 인물이 양방과 만귀비이다. 양방의 소설 속 악행은 역사 속 악행과 대부분 일치하지만 별다른 처벌을 받지 않은 현실과 다르게 소설 속에는 참혹한 죽음을 맞이한다. 만귀비는 성화제 시기 가장 강력한 힘을 가진 인물이지만 소설 속에서 역할이 매우 축소하고 황후의 위상이 매우 커진다. 이는 『옥수기』가 역사적 사실을 재현하는 것보다 변형하여 주제의식을 구현하는 것에 목적을 두었다는 것을 보여준다. 『옥수기』는 실제의 역사보다 윤리적 역사, 있어야만 하는 역사를 그려낸다. 또한 이는 작가 심능숙이 분명한 화이관을 가졌고 청나라가 명나라를 무너뜨리고 중국을 차지하고 있는 현실에 대해 불만을 갖고 있는 중화주의자라는 점이 반영된 것이다.

육군 군무원 보수교육과정의 개선방안 연구

The continuing education program for military personnel aims to provide mission execution abilities that correspond to their rank and position, as well as equip them with specialized knowledge and job performance abilities at an advanced level. This is a critical educational process for cultivating professional personnel. However, there are areas that require improvement. Therefore, this study conducted surveys, on-site inspections, expert interviews, and literature reviews to identify problems in the continuing education program for military personnel and propose solutions to address them. The issues identified and the corresponding solutions are as follows: First, education programs that have not been developed should be established in consideration of the capabilities of military schools, or external education agencies should be commissioned to provide proper education. Second, the educational period problem can be addressed by shortening the current period or strengthening remote education to reduce in-person education sessions. Third, the curriculum should be developed by periodically calculating the educational effects, importance, and understanding of each subject, and the decision to include one subject in the next education program should be made based on this analysis. Finally, remote education should be converted into a participatory, two-way learning approach that emphasizes learner-centered education and expanded through Internet-based remote education. In addition to these proposed solutions, further research is needed to compare the continuing education systems for military personnel in the army, navy, air force, and Ministry of National Defense, as well as to compare military personnel education systems in the United States. Further research is also needed to conduct detailed analytical studies on continuing education programs for each military personnel rank, considering the military education environment, and develop an education evaluation model.
