      • 초등학교 컴퓨터 교육의 실태와 개선방안에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze opinions of teachers and students about computer education in primary schools, and grope for reformative plan of an efficient computer education, by grasping the realities of education and problems. I enforced a study about the establishment's security and operating condition, contents of computer education and the realities of guidance, CAI program's security and its effect in actual application, concern of managers and administrative support, by questioning teachers and students of primary schools in Kyong-buk provinces in order to acquire such purpose. The result of study is like , at the followings. In the establishment of computer education, operating system and condition satisfied user. Schools of 24∼35 scale was well assured a general establishment of computer education. But general schools were in short supply computery's scale, possessed computer, and assistant establishment for computer education. So, they wasn't satisfying the conditions. In the management of computery, the practical use of computer was accomplished during an education lesson after school except school hours. They was utilized, at the rate of an hour per week. However, schools of 12∼35 scale was well managed computery than other schools of small scale, by using the establishment during school hours. In the individual case of teacher, namely, their using times per week was not sufficient, but computery was well applying. On the contents of computer education dealing in the textbook of practical course, teachers judged of its scantness. On the other hand, students responded affirmatively. On the additional contents to it, teachers wanted, in the order named PC communication(Internet), an using method of CAI program, practice of typing. But students hoped, in order named PC communication(Internet), practice of typing, graphic program. All of the teachers and the students had an interest in PC conmunication(Internet) above all thing. It means the needs of new contents with the current of time. The teachers had been teaching, in order named word processor, practice of typing, PC communication(Internet) in educational hours for computer except practical course. All of the teachers and the students had been needing the betterment of repeating contents for systematic education of computer. Because they didn't deal with sufficiently new contents in educational hours or practical course. Now the schools lack CAI program in accordance with curriculms, and its using ratio also has a place in low because of unsuitable environment of computer, shortage of teaching hours, and poor contents of the program. There is need to develop and supply CAI program of good quality. All of the teachers and the students reacted on CAI program as an attractive content. There was a good effect on the learning of CAI program than other hours. Accordingly, the teacher must make an effort for activation of CAI program. In the actual condition of aid for computer education, government officials was taking interest in it; nevertheless, administrative and financial aid wasn't accomplished sufficiently because of financial difficulties. Therefore, I think that the educational world must to invest large sums in schools in order to improve insufficient condition of computer education. There is need to develop and supply CAI program of high quality for efficient education with information-intensive society, by supporting continuosly.

      • 초등학교 아동의 스트레스 요인에 관한 연구

        This study investigated stressors of elementary school students by means of empirical survey based on the following questions. 1) How much is the level of stress of elementary school children? 2) Are there any difference in the level of stress in terms of sex, residence and birth order of elementary school children? 3) What are major factors influencing stress of elementary school children? 4) What kind of coping strategy do elementary school children usually use? In solving these questions, 35-item questionnaire which asks stress about 4 basic factors was constructed. The four basic factors were individual factor, home factor, school factor and social factor, and each factor was divided into 2 ~ 4 subfactors. 685 4th-, 5th-, 6th-grade students responded to the questionnaire. Results are as followed. Overall stress level of elementary school students is not very high. It is found that home factor elicited the lowest stress among the basic factors, on the other hand, learning pressure elicted the highest stress among the subfactors. The difference of stress level between male and female is not significant, but the stress level of urban students is significantly higher than that of rural students. And the difference across the birth order is not significant except for some subfactors. Results of multiple regression analysis show that home, school and social factor among the 4 basic factors and learning pressure, prejudice, relationship to parents and relationship to teacher among the 12 subfactors predict the level of stress. Finally, it is found that listening to the music, playing computer game, sleeping and seeing cartoons are favored as coping strategy by elementary school students.

      • 교회에서 평신도의 상담 역할에 관한 연구 : Carl R. Rogers의 내담자중심 상담 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to distinguish the attributes and criticisms of Carl R. Rogers' client-centered therapy with the view of Jesus Christus' counseling mind, so clarify the possibility of increased effect of Layman Counseling by accommodation of those attributes. Layman Counseling is surveyed by application of Pastoral Counseling based on Jesus Cristus' counseling mind in this study. And it is studied whether it is possible to adopt the attributes of the client-centered counseling of Rogers into Layman Counseling. The attributes of Rogers' client-centered therapy in Jesus Christus' counseling mind are as follows; Client-centered counseling techniques, ie., genuineness, unconditioned positive regard, and empathy are easy to understand even to Layman Counselors without high-grade psychological knowledge, and very effective in crisis counseling. The other attribute is to make counselor to admire the client, emphasize the familiarity between them and group together the counseling and psychotherapy, instead of separating them. The mood, response or the contents of conversation is recorded in the counseling records. The criticisms of the Rogers' client-centered therapy in the counseling mind of Jesus Christus are as follows; The Rogers' view of human has lots of concordance with that of Christian theology, but is excessively person-centered. Because it emphasized the good aspect of human excessively, it has tendency of ethical doctrine of innate goodness, so it opposite to the Christian view of human. Even though nondirective something becomes main thing in the course of counseling, through client-centered counseling method, directive thing is needed from time to time. Especially counseling condition of nondirective positive concern, if the clients misunderstand the knowledge and data, then the counselor should make him understand correctly. And the Roger's theory is based on the extreme phenomenology. So, the client-centered counseling may ignore the counselor's identity and uniqueness. It can be thought that the attributes of Rogers' client-centered counseling in the Jesus Christus' counseling mind may be applied to Layman Counseling and increase the effect of counseling because the attributes are based on the 'repentance of one person, emphasize the value of human itself', deal with the fundamental cause of a problem and coincide with the 'endless mercy and affection'. In the accomplishment of the role of layman through counseling, the following affections can be executed by accommodation of attributes of client-centered therapy. First, the counselors can have a firm belief that the counseling is an opportunity to execute the affection and modesty during the process of counseling. Second, not only counselors, but also the clients have will to trust themselves, and they either can be confident to solve the clients' problems. Third, clients will get confidence to manage the basic problems through the self-insight in front of God.

      • 피아노 초급 교재에 대한 분석 연구- Beyer, Bastien, Alfred를 중심으로

        Recently, the importance of educating very young children has become more popular as the quality of life has improved. Learning piano has become an educational routine. Most Koreans consider piano a requirement for the education of their young children. About 80% of children are participating piano lessons in private institutions. The purpose of choosing a beginners textbook is creating interest for the children who face a piano for the first time. It can also make the lesson more effective. Beyer is based on a logical and systematic technique. It is especially good for reading sheet music and practicing fingering. But, it lacks theoretical explanations for the beginners. So they may lose the interest in practicing piano. Bastien is a comprehensive textbook covering the theory and technique. It guides the learners to master each part step by step. It also provides the pictures related to the sheet music so it can improve childrens visual education. However, it could distract them because of too many sub-textbooks. Alfred uses the melodies that most children like, and does not burden the beginners with an excess of information. It is also well-organized and provides opportunities for review. These are the general strong and weak points of each textbook. It would be more desirable to use a main textbook which includes the strong points included in other texts at the same time than to go through only with Beyer focusing on reading sheet music and keeping the rhythm. It can prevent children from being bored. Then they will enjoy playing piano every day. In short, I found how important choosing a textbook for beginners is through this research, so music teachers should be careful when selecting a textbook. I intend to study more textbooks and with this knowledge I will help children and teachers. I will never stop making an effort to do such things.

      • 실업계고등학생이 지각한 부모의 양육태도와 자아개념, 가치관 간의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to find out how vocational high school students perceive their parents' rearing attitudes and to analyze its effects on self-concept and value-system. The subjects were 345 students sampled randomly in 6 vocational high schools in Kyung-ju and a total of 330 questionnaires were analyzed for research, except some false questionnaires. Three kinds of test were used as a measuring implement : value test. The result is that there is a correlation between parental rearing attitudes and students' self-concept and value-system. When parental attitudes were analyzed by 2 dimensions (affectionate and controlling), the former attitude has more effects on forming children's self-concept and value-system than the latter. Besides, the study show that grades are related to self-concept (social self, emotional self, and class self) and object value(personal happiness, public virtue, and a meaningful life). Sex also are related to self-cognition(family self, physical self, and learning self) and instrumental value(honesty, submission and service) We can see from this study that parental affection and understanding are important for students to have a good self-concept and value-system and value. To do so, vocational students have to be educated to understand their parents' rearing attitudes and perceive them positively, not to speak of parental education.

      • 비행청소년의 부모 양육태도와 자아개념, 우울성향과의 관계

        This study is to compare the parental rearing attitudes, self-concept and depression of normal groups with those of delinquent juveniles, and to analyze the relations of the parental rearing attitudes, self-concept and depression in delinquent juveniles. 167 high school students and 188 delinquent juveniles accommodated in a vocational training school in Pusan were administered Paental Rearing Attitude Inventory, Self-concept Inventory and Beck Depression Inventory. The result of this study were as follows : 1) The results show that there was no difference between the parental rearing attitudes of normal groups and those of delinquent juveniles. But, delinquent juveniles perceived more control than normal groups in maternal rearing attitudes. 2) The moral-ethical self and the personal-self of delinquent juveniles were more negative than normal groups. 3) Delinquent juveniles were more depressive especially in self-criticism, guilty feeling, physical and emotional symptoms. 4) There was no meaningful difference in parental rearing attitudes according to the types of delinquency. 5) Theft-delinquents were showed higher scores of self-criticism, guilty feeling, and somatization than violence-delinquents. 6) Theft-delinquents were more negative in physical-self, and personal-self than violence delinquents. The suggestions, the limitations, and the directions of study in the future were discussed.

      • 체육시설 및 학습 용구의 실태 조사분석

        This study was to grasp the actual state of athletics facilities & teaching instruments for regular lesson in middle schools and to present a more effective curriculum. For this, a thesis looked into the holding present condition of them in conformity with the school gymnasium facility standard which the ministry of education had revised in 1992 with selecting 32 middle schools a t random including national public men middle schools, girls middle schools, and coeducational middle schools in Taegu. The results of analysis are as follows. 1) The holding present condition of gymnastic ground. An area of gymnastic ground came short of the national area for each student, but according to the standard area showed on the school facilities standard statute, men middle schools showed the security rate of 139%, girls middle schools 125%, on the other hand , looking a t an area of gymnastic ground by the years of foundation, the previous revision holding rate was 92.7%. Judging from the above result, an area rate of gymnastic ground was lower in a newly-founded school than in a n existing school 2) The holding present condition of gymnastic facility (1) Facility by each school ①In an exercise bar item of gymnastics field, the holding rates in men & girls school were 53.2% and 50% respectively. ② Softball gymnasium of team field showed low holding rate of 6.3% in each school. ③ In personal field, badminton space in men schools, wrestling space in girls schools, and judo facilities did not exist with no judo & taekwondo gymnasium in educational schools, and the holding rate of a wrestling space was very low with 28.6%. ④ In individual field, the whole holding rate of a shooting ground, western-style archery ground, and a physical strength training ground was 16.7%, and coeducational middle schools didn't possess each item ground. ⑤ In other field, that of a changing room was low with 7.1% in men schools and 18.2% in girls schools. (2) Facilities by the years of foundation ① In athletics field, the holding rate of a straight track was lower in after-revision schools, with 87.5% in previous revision schools and 54.2% in after-revision schools. ② In exercise bar item of gymnastics field, the holding rate was 53.6% in case of previous revision and 15.2% after-revision. ③ In team field items, the holding rate was 87.0% in case of previous revision, 60% after-revision, but there was no soft ball ground in after-revision schools. ④ In personal field, the holding rate was low in all of previous & after-revision with 45.8% and 13.9% respectively. ⑤ In individual field, that were 8.3% in case of previous revision, and 30.6% after-revision. The above result shows that newly-founded schools have furnished facilities according to selection of school discipline item. ⑥ In other field, that of each item was 65.0% in case of previous revision, and 87.5% after-revision. 3) The holding present condition of physical instruments (1) By school ① The holding rate of gymnastics instruments in each items was low with 39.1% in case of men schools, 74.3% girls schools, and 11.0% coeducational schools, and men schools didn't possess rotary rolling plate, and coeducational school didn't have ribbon, hoop, and ball. ② The holding rate of discus circle was low with 28.1% in each school, but coeducational school didn't have it at all. ③ In individual & team field, coeducational schools did not have tennis racket at all. ④ In dancing instruments field, a whole holding rate was very low with 35.1%. (2) By the years of foundation ①The whole security rate of common instruments was lower in after-revision than in previous revision with 108.9% and 89.9% respectively. ② After-revision schools didn't possess indian club gymnastics appliances at all. ③ The whole security rate of ground appliances was lower in that of after-revision with 79.3% than in that of previous revision with 105.5%. ④ In individual & team, physical field, after-revision schools did not possess tennis racket at all. ⑤ In dancing instruments field, the security rate was very low with 37.8% in case of previous revision schools and 3.8% after-revision schools.

      • 음절구조에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to examine that the syllable is a useful phonology unit in phonological theory and to clarify that segments within the syllable should not be linearly, but hierarchically structured. The content of this paper is organized as follows : Chapter Ⅰ introduces the outline of this paper. Chapter Ⅱ is the basis for the investigations of the following chapters by defining the concepts of the syllable phonetically and phonologically. In chapter ID, the theoretical background of Kahn(19761, Clements & Keyser(1983), Levin(1985) and Hayes (1989) is reviewed, being compared with ambisyllabicity and compensatory lengthening. Compensatory lengthening occurs with glide formation, vowel deletion and consonant deletion in English and Korean. Chapter Ⅳ deals with the Korean structure, which is different from the English one. Korean syllables do not have consonant clusters. They need only one consonant in the onset position and in the coda position. Onset and peak combination is able to be qualified as a single unit in Korean. Chapter Ⅴ summarizes the discussions of the preceding chapters.

      • 同僚相談者의 활동이 學級兒童의 自我槪念에 미치는 效果

        This study is for the effect on self-concept of elementary school students' by the work of peer counselor. For this study, a class of fifth grade was chosen as an experimental group, and 10 of the students were chosen for the training as peer counselors. Control group was composed of a group which was testified as having same quality with experimental group for the self-concept test. As for peer counselor training, I reconstructed mainly with the techniques of empathy, respect, and warmth, from the helping techniques which were suggested by Gazda, Asbury, Balzer, Childers, and Walters on Human Relations Development, on the basis of human relations training model of Carkhuff. The training was done two times a week, and each time was less than 60 minutes, and it was done total 10 times. One to one counseling method was done for peer counseling, and peer counseling works were done after 8th time of the peer counseling training. The implement was GSCS(Genera1 Self-concept Scale) of Seok Joo Lee. The data collected by this implement was dealt by SPSS WIN(ver 8.0), and t-test was used to testify the significance of the scores. Through this process, the result was gotten as follows; (1) The work of peer counselor is effective to change the self-concept of students positively. This means that to change the self-concept of the students positively, we can use high grade students of elementary school as peer counselor, after training. (2) The work of peer counselors is effective on positive changing of peer counselors themselves' self-concept, as well as the other students. Through this result, we can notice that to change each student's self-concept positively, peer counselor's activity should be used, as well as in elementary schools.

      • 도시 단독주택의 마당공간에 관한 연구

        One of the unique feature of the traditional Korean family housing unit is the presence of a Madang (front court or front yard), which is created by a fence built around the unit, or, when the housing unit consists of several buildings, connecting the individual buildings. The Madang, created by this method, has served as an extension of the living space, and has been considered as a semi-interior living space. With the rapid industrialization and urbanization of Korea in recent vears, the traditional family housing unit has undergone changes in its size, shape and form. It is expected that these changes necessarily entailed corresponding changes to those of Madang. This study, therefore, intends to research the current status of the Madang of the urban single family housing units - its concept, function, and uses - and thereby hopes to offer positive and constructive suggestion to future improvements on urban single family housing units. This study has been made use of a survey of 266 owners of urban single family housing units in Kyungju, Korea areas, in which the owners were asked about their concept and the current uses of their individual Madang. Data analysis such as a Frequency analysis, Mean Table, Principle Component analysis, oneway ANOVA, t-test, χ^(2)-test are done with the SPSS/PC^(+) package program. The results of analysis is following : (1) Concept of Madang : It is found that most urban single family housing unit owners still maintain the traditional concept of Madang. Namely they readily think madang as the semi-interior space, admitting the continuity that exists between the interior space and the exterior space. Most owners still called Madang as Madang (2) Function of Madang : Most owners recognized the function of Madang as a place for multi-purpose uses, a place where sun light and natural breeze is admitted to the housing units, and a place where plants and flowers are growing. They consider Madang as essential element to a individual family housing unit in an urban setting. (3) Use of Madang : By far the most common item observed in Madang was pots of flowers and house plants. This use of Madang as a green environment, or a garden, however, is done in such a way that it is isolated from the neighborhood and the surrounding nature in the wider setting. Madang was also used for a space where laundry was dried (by natural sun light), and storage of kimchee, spices, and food preservatives. (4) Materials for Madang Construction : Forty nine percent of the owners used concrete for Madang construction, and in many cases, the owners covered the surface of Madang with ceramic blocks for use for a walk. Though most still use the name Madang, the traditional dirt (soil) Madang is now replaced by concrete Madang. (5) Maintenance Responsibility of Madang : In most homes, the wife and mother still has the primary responsibility for the maintenance and care of Madang, In nuclear families the husband increasingly shares the responsibility with the wife, and in extended families, grand parents share a large portion of the responsibility. (6) Future Plans and Wishes Concerning Madang : Most owners expressed the wish to be able to lower the fence in the future so that their flower garden can be enjoyed by their neighbors. Owners showed little interest in using their Madang as a place for an outdoor barbecue and an outdoor dining space. Such a view can be understood not as a true wish but as a result of the owners limited financial resources which forces them to the small Madang space that is not fitting to such uses. Based on the analysis of the survey results, it is concluded that, though the urbanization has brought some physical changes to Madang, by and large the traditional concept and use of it have been maintained in the present urban single family housing units. The Madang as a semi-interior space, its dual function as both interior and exterior spaces, its concept as a reserved, empty space, its use as a green environment and its practical use for multi-purpose storage space are all observed in the modern urban single family units. The analysis results point to some future directions and suggestions for Madang. It is expected that the current trend in the use of Madang space will continue and find a wider application, Where possible, the wish of the individual home owners for lowering the height of the fence and for using Madang for outdoor barbecue and dinning should be considered in the future design of single familly housing units.
