Starting in 2001, the Ministry of Education has announces English be required to be taught in English for at least one hour a week. The main aim of learning a language is to learn to communicate in that language. However, many Korean English try but fail to use English in the classroom. The main reason is a lack of English ability. Another reason is the current college entrance examination system. It doesn't test the ability to speak English. Moreover, there are not enough studies on the explicit techniques of how to teach English in English. The goal of this study is to facilitate designating of English classes and teaching English in English, particularly from the teacher's perspectives. For this purpose, this study includes four research issues: ( I ) the theories of language acquisition that support the target language use and the studies on the target language use in teaching a foreign language; ( ii) the strategies to help students understand what the teacher says; ( iii ) the dialogs based on social, personal and organizational uses according to the teaching procedures; ( iv ) the teaching techniques and demonstration according to the language skills.
중ㆍ고등학생의 유명의류상표 제품에 대한 선호도 및 구매행동에 관한 조사 연구

The purpose of this study is how famous brand influence to the clothes purchasing behavior of the junior high and high school students, to inquire out the relationships among their clothing life, famous clothes brand preferences, famous clothes brand acknowledgement, clothes item's trend, purchasing price, purchasing reason and to assist the junior high and high school students, for a rational clothing life. For the accurate data, questionnaires were distributed to the 486 present middle and high school students in Nonsan and Daejeon. The obtained data were verified by frequency, percentage, t-test, T-test. The conclusion of this study are as follows : 1. The five questions that asked the recognition of the junior high and high school students clothes brand were prepared. It was classified that 「very much interest」 and 「very interest」 are the attachment group of famous brand, 「normal」 are the interest group of famous brand, 「little interest」 and 「a little interest」 are the unconcern group of famous brand. There are significant differences among a great interest in famous brand, purchasing power, purchasing reason, not purchasing reason, recognition, the matter of famous clothes brand preferences, sex, area, each school and class. 2. The trend of famous brand in clothing item prefers famous brand like Nike, Adidas, Fila, Jambangee, Eland, Maru etc. There are significant differences among sex, area, each school and class. 3. The most important purchasing reason of famous brand in clothing item is the item's design and color. There are significant differences among sex, area, each school and class. 4. The purchasing price of famous brand in clothing item is gererally between thirty thousand won and fifty thousand won. There are significant differences among sex, area, each school and class. 5. When the youths purchase the item of famous clothing brand, they mainly get some information from the window display, and the regulation standard for famous brand is TV advertising brand and magazine advertising brand. The conclusion of this study as mentioned above showed that the interest and prefernces of famous clothing brand influence the clothes purchasing behavior of the junior high and high school students.

The purpose of this investigation was to analyze the actual condition of the year 2007 transferred students in the Gongju National Univ. of Education in terms of their demography, family background, social economic status, attitudes toward the University, values, psychological characteristics, and attitudes toward the Research and Service Center for Students. Among 20 transferred students, 19(95.0%) students replied to the investigation The results lead to the following implications. First, age distribution of students went down and it suggested the possibility of various problems for a campus life. Second, they showed high expectations toward becoming a teacher and this can be explained as reflecting a sense of values for occupation in our society. Third, they considered peaceful home life as one of the most important values in our life and thought that sincerity and an effort are important factors for success in the society. Fourth, they revealed significant consideration about the family and self-centered problems in the society. Fifth, they were satisfied with their social relationships but had more worries about proper relationship with professors and their career and a course after graduation. Therefore counseling or psychological support might be necessary for students to be adapted to a campus life. 본 편입생 실태조사는 공주교육대학교의 2007학년도 편입생들을 대상으로 그들의,기 본정보와 가정환경, 경제적 환경, 대학에 대한 태도, 가치관, 심리적 특성 그리고 학생 생활연구소에 대한 태도 등 총 7개영역에 대하여 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서 는 설문지 조사로 연구대상인 본교 2007학년도 20명의 편입생 중 19명이 응답하였고, 응답한 설문지를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 편입생의 평균 연령대는 25세 전후로 대 부분 타 대학을 졸업하고 본교에 편입하였다. 둘째, 편입생들은 교사의 사회적 위상에 높은 기대와 자부심을 보인다. 셋째, 편입생들은 행복한 가정을 인생에서 가장 중요한 가치로 보고, 사회적 성공요인으로는 성실•노력끼 중요하다고 생각하고 있다. 넷째, 편입 생들은 가정문제와 이기적 행동이 우라 사회의 윤리, 도덕적으로 심각한 문제라고 지각 하고 있다. 다섯째, 편입생들은 자신의 대인관계를 원만하다고 인지하나, 교수와의 관계 형성에 대해 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 취업 및 진로에 대해 고민하고 있어 적절한 상담 및 심리적 지원이 필요하다.
신임교사의 현장 적응에 대한 평가 연구 - 공주교육대학교 출신교사 중심으로 -

이 연구의 목적은 초등학교에 근무하고 있는 본교 출신 교사들의 현장에서의 교육수 행과 본교에 대한 교육계의 의견을 토대로 다가올 새로운 세기의 보다 나은 초등교원 양성대학의 위상정립을 위한 기초 자료로서 활용하는데 있다. 표집은 연구의 목적과 효율성을 위해서 임의 표집방법으로 대전, 충남지역 교사로 하 였다. 질문지는 응답자의 일반적 사항에 관한 문항 4개, 본교 졸업생들의 교육 수행에 대 한 선택형문항 문항 12개, 본교에 대한 의견을 묻는 문항 3개(선택형 1개, 자유반응형 2 개), 총 19개의 문항으로 구성되어 있다. 설문지의 배부 및 회수는 E-mail과 Fax를 이용 하였다. 설문지는 대전, 충남 지역 초등학교에 각각 439부, 129부씩 배부하여 96부, 33부ᄅ 씩 회수되었다. 이중 응답이 불성실한 것을 제외하고 총 108부가 연구에 이용되었다. 질문지의 각 문항별로 반응 빈도와 백분율을 산출하고 필요에 따라 성별, 연령별, 담 당업무별, 학교 苷별 등에 따라 반응의 경향을 비교하였고, 통계처리는 백분율, X2 검 증을 SPSS WIN-10 프로그램을 활용하였다. 유의수준은 5%로 하였다. 자유 반응형 문 항은 내용분석을 하였다. 연구의 결과를 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본교 출신의 신임교사들이 학교 교육활동 전반에 대해 대체적으로 좋은 평가 를 받고 있다. 그러나 생활지도능력, 사무수행능력, 특별활동지도능력 등에 대해서는 타 항목 보다 /보통이다'는 반응 비율이 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 본교 출신의 강점인 /안간관계와 협력이 잘되는 것'은 약점으로 지적된 학연에 치우친다/와 연결되는 결과 이므로 강점을 강화하되, 지나친 학연을 경계해야 할 것이다. 셋째, 반응에 응답한 교사들은 교대 교육과정이 현장과 밀접한 관련성을 갖기를 원 하고 있다. 즉 현장과 접목할 수 있는 것과 예 • 체능, 영어 심화와 관련된 교육과정이 강화되기를 희망하는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study were to identify the educational performances of beginning elementary teachers and to propose an improvement curriculum(Gongju National University of Education) based on the result of case studies and the current status analysis. In order to accomplish, research methods such as literature review, survey were used. A questionnaire which was 19 question items concerning personal and educational performances, suggestions for university were made. This questionnaire was distributed to 568 school in Daejeon and Chungcheong Nam-Do. Finally well answered data 108 were analyzed in this study. The sample consisted of the 108 persons who responded to the mailed questionnaire. The data were analyzed by Statistics Package for Social Science(SPSS) program techniques of frequencies, chi-square. The major findings were as follows; The level of educational performance by the Graduates of the Gongju National University Of Education was mostly high. But the ability level of career guidance, office management, special program activities were comparatively lower. Based on the result of study, some recommendations were suggested.
