        일본의 ≪병법비전서≫와 ≪무술조학≫에 관한 사적 고찰

        본 연구는 한국에 잘 알려져 있지 않은 일본의 ≪병법비전서≫와 ≪무술조학≫의 간행 과정, 내용, 특성을 고찰하고 사료적 가치를 평가하기 위한 것이다. 이 2권 서적의 간행 과정을 추적한 결과 유력한 것은 야마모토칸스케의 저작이 보존, 전승된 이후 그 원전에 후대의 사람이 내용을 보충, 간행된 것으로 중국의 영향을 받아 간행된 것으로 파악되었다. 2권 서적은 에도시대에 간행된 30권의 무예서와 유사한 특징 및 내용이 내포된 것으로 초서체로 2개 항목 이상의 무예를 취급한 종합무예서의 성격을 지니고 있었으며, 무예의 계몽 및 교육을 위하여 동작을 묘사한 “도”와 동작을 설명한 “도해”를 중심으로 기술되어져 있으며, 승부와 관련된 다양한 내용도 기술되어 있었다. 이 2권 서적의 사료적 가치는 몇 가지로 요약된다. 첫째, 일본 무예서의 간행사에서 기술(記述)방식이 종합무예서로서 전환되는 시발점이 되는 서적이라는 점. 둘째, 명의 ≪기효신서≫와 ≪무비지≫의 기술(技術)적인 영향을 받은 것은 사실이지만 자국의 독자적 무예 체계화를 시도한 서적이라는 점, 셋째, “도”와 “도해”를 가미한 기술 방식으로 무예 이론의 체계화를 시도한 문헌이라는 점, 넷째, “비전” 무예의 개방과 무예 계몽 및 교육에 있어서 중요한 역할을 한 문헌이라는 점 등이다. 특히 이 2권 서적은 일본 무예사는 물론 한국과 일본, 한·중·일 무예교류 및 무예 문화교류사의 연구에 중요한 것으로 사료적 가치가 매우 높은 것이었다. This research considered the compilation process of the Japanese books on martial arts, namely “Heih?-hidensho” and “Bujutsu-hayamanabi” and two books of historical sources-like value of the book and contents were considered In a Japanese martial arts. Two books included martial arts handwriting in the Edo Period and the martial arts feature as well as the feature of 30 issued martial arts books. A martial arts beyond 2 items was a mentioned overall martial arts note, and two books underwent Chinese influence were issued. It mentioned the various contents related to the contents and a competition focusing on the “illustration” which described movement and the “description” which explained movement for martial arts enlightenment and education.

        Stencil Printing Behavior of Lead-Free Sn-3Ag-0.5Cu Solder Paste for Wafer Level Bumping for Sub-100 μm Size Solder Bumps

        Stencil printing for flip chip packaging using fine particle solder pastes is a low cost assembly solution with high throughput for fine pitch solder joint interconnects. The manufacturing challenges associated with both solder paste printing increases as electronic device size decreases due to trend of miniaturization in electronic components. Among multiple parameters, the two most important stencil printing parameters are squeegee pressure and printing speed. In this paper, the printing behavior of Pb free Sn-3Ag-0.5Cu solder paste with a particle size distribution of 2-12 μm for wafer level bumping using a stencil printing method (stencil opening dimension -30 μm) was evaluated by varying the printing speed and squeegee pressure to fabricate solder bumps with a sub 100 μm size. The optimal squeegee pressure and print speed for the defect free printing behavior and fairly uniform size distribution of reflowed paste were found to be 7 kgf and 20 mm/s,respectively. The average size of the reflowed printed paste decreased with the increasing squeegee pressure.

        압연을 이용한 Sn-37 Pb 와 Sn-3.5 Ag 솔더의 무플럭스 솔더링에 관한 연구

        UBM-coated Si-wafer was fluxlessly soldered with glass substrate in N₂ atmosphere using rolled solder sheet. The bulk Sn-37wt%Pb and Sn-3.5wt%Ag solders were rolled to the sheet of 100㎛ thickness in order to achieve a bonding to Si-wafer by fluxless reflow process. The oxide layer on the solder surface was analysed by AES(Auger Electron Spectroscopy). Through rolling, the oxide layer on the solder surface became thin. It was possible to bond a solder disc to the Si-wafer with fluxless process in N₂ gas. Wetting angle of the fluxless soldered disc on the Si-wafer was about 9∼10°. The Si-wafer with a rolled solder was bonded to glass without flux in N₂ atmosphere. The joint was sound, and the thicknesse of intermetallic compound along the interface of Si-wafer was less than 2㎛.

      • Pro-Apoptotic and Immunostimulatory Tetrahydroxanthone Dimers from the Endophytic Fungus Phomopsis longicolla

        <P>Four tetrahydroxanthone dimers (<B>1</B>–<B>4</B>) and four biogenetically related monomers (<B>5</B>–<B>8</B>), including the new derivatives <B>4</B>–<B>6</B>, were isolated from the endophyte Phomopsis longicolla. The absolute configurations of <B>2</B>–<B>4</B> were established for the first time by TDDFT electronic circular dichroism calculations, and that of phomoxanthone A (<B>1</B>) was revised by X-ray crystallography. Phomoxanthone A (<B>1</B>) showed the strongest pro-apoptotic activity when tested against a panel of human cancer cell lines, including cisplatin-resistant cells, whereas it was up to 100-fold less active against healthy blood cells. It was also the most potent activator of murine T lymphocytes, NK cells, and macrophages, suggesting an activation of the immune system in parallel to its pro-apoptotic activity. This dual effect in combating cancer cells could help in fighting resistance during chemotherapy.         Apocrine Encapsulated Papillary Carcinoma of the Breast: The First Reported Case with an Infiltrative Component

        Apocrine encapsulated papillary carcinoma (EPC) of the breast is a rare neoplasm, and only 10 cases have been reported in the literature to date. Although EPC by definition lacks a peripheral myoepithelial layer, all previously published apocrine EPC cases were clinically indolent and lacked a conventional invasive component. Herein, we report the 11th case of apocrine EPC, which had a conventional invasive carcinoma component and provides evidence of the malignant potential of this entity. We postulate that apocrine EPC is most likely a morphological variant of conventional EPC, with the same unpredictable malignant potential as non-apocrine cases.
