        한국 근해 참조기의 자원평가 및 관리방안

        한국근해 참조기의 지난 20여년 동안의 어획자료를 사용하여 잉여생산량 모델에 의해 추정된 MSY를 비교하여 보면, Shaefer와 Fox 모델에 의하여 추정된 값들은 각각 37,000mt와 33,450mt였고, Zhang 모델에 의하여 자원량과 순간어획사망계수를 적용시킨 MSY는 45,328mt, 자원량과 어획량 자료를 이용하는 방법에서는 40,160mt로 각각 추정되었다 이 현상은 이 모델들이 각기 독립된 다른 자료를 이용하여 MSY를 추정하였으나, 추정된 값은 거의 비슷한 결과를 보였다. 참조기자원을 가입당생산량 모델에 적용시킨 결과를 사용하여 자원관리 방안을 모색해 보면, 가능한 최대 가입당 생산량이 43g임에 비하여 현재의 t_c=0.604, F=1.11에서의 가입당생산량은 약 20g 정도에 불과하다. 여기서 t_c를 현재 상태로 고정시킨후, 가입당생산량을 높이는 방안을 생각해 보면, F를 현재의 1.11에서 0.4 정도로 낮추어야 하나, 가입당생산량의 큰 증가는 없다. 즉, 현재의 20g에서 25g밖에 증가되지 않는다. 그러나, 현재의 어획강도 (F)를 고정시키는 경우에는 t_c를 현재의 0.604세에서 3세 부근으로 조정하면 최대의 가입당생산량 (43g)을 얻을 수 있고, 이 t_c 값은 역시 F_(0.1) 방법에서 추정된 적정어획체장을 연령으로 환산한 결과와 거의 일치함을 알 수 있다. Zhang모델을 이용한 자원의 회복 방안에서 참조기 자원의 최대생산가능 자원량(B^*_MSY)를 유지시키려면 F를 약 0.5 수준으로 낮추어야 하고. 이 수준에서 약 8년 뒤에는 자원량이 적정 수준에 거의 접근하게 된다. Based on surplus production models using fishery data for the last 20 years, a stock assessment was conducted for the small yellow croaker in Korean waters. The maximum sustainable yields (MSY) from the Schaefer and Fox models were estimated to be 37,000 metric tons (mt) and 33,450 mt. Zhang's model using time-series biomass with instantaneous coefficients of fishing mortality (F) and using time-series biomass and catch yielded MSY estimates of 45,328 mt and 40,160 mt, respectively. A yield-per-recruit analysis showed that the current yield per recruit of about 20g with F=1.11 yr^(-1), where the age at first capture (t_c) is 0.604, was much lower than the maximum possible yield per recruit of 43g. Fixing t_c at the current level and reducing fishing intensity (F) from 1.11 yr^(-1) to 0.4 yr^(-1) yielded only a small increase in predicted yield per recruit, from 20 to 25g. However, estimated yield per recruit increased to 43g by increasing t_c from the current age (0.604) to age three with F fixed at the current level. This age at first capture corresponded to the optimal length which was obtained from the F_(0.1) method. According to the analysis of stock recovery strategies employing the Zhang model, the optimum equilibrium biomass (B^*_MSY) which produces the maximum yield could be achieved after approximately five years at the lower fishing intensity (F=0.5).

        Comparative analysis of bovine maternal corpus luteum microRNAs with aberrant and normal developed cloned fetus at late gestation

        Background The development efficiency of cloned cattle is extremely low (< 5%), most of them were aborted at late gestation. Based on our previous studies, some recipient cows with a cloned fetus would present as engorged uterine vessels and enlarged umbilical vessels randomly. Abortion involves both maternal and fetal factors. Objective Our aim was to explore this phenomenon by microRNAs expression profile analysis of maternal corpus luteum (CL), which was related to pregnancy maintenance. Methods The present study provided the comparison of maternal CL miRNAs expression of abnormally and normally developed cloned bovine fetus at late gestation (~ 210 days) using RNA-Seq technology. Results We selected two abnormally pregnant cows (abnormal group, AG) and three normally pregnant cows (normal group, NG) and acquired valid reads of 9317,261–12,327,185 (~ 84.53–91.28%) from five libraries. In total, we identified 981 conserved miRNAs and 223 novel miRNAs. 1052 miRNAs were co-expressed, 124 miRNAs were uniquely expressed in AG, and 93 miRNAs were uniquely expressed in the NG. Compared with NG, 11 were significantly overexpressed, and 22 were downregulated (p < 0.05) at AG among 1052 co-expressed miRNAs. The differentially expressed miRNAs-targeted genes were further analyzed by Gene Ontology and KEGG pathway analysis. Notably, the steroid biosynthesis pathway was a significantly enriched term (p < 0.01), which may affect the secretion of progesterone. Conclusion Our research suggested that abnormal miRNAs expression of bovine maternal CL may affect the pregnant status at late gestation.

        Occurrence assessment of earth fissure based on genetic algorithms and artificial neural networks in Su-Xi-Chang land subsidence area, China

        Earth fissures in Su-Xi-Chang land subsidence areahave induced massive damages to the area. The non-linear characteristicassociated with the process of earth fissure formation requiresnon-linear method for evaluating the occurrence of the hazard. Based on quantification of influence factors on breeding the hazard,GA-ANN method, which integrates artificial neural networks(ANN) with genetic algorithms (GA), is developed for evaluating theoccurrence of earth fissure hazard. Six indicators, that include thedepth of bedrock burial (DBB), the degree of bedrock relief (DBR),water level (WL) (the II confined aquifer), the gradient of landsubsidence (GLS), transmissivity (T) (the II confined aquifer) andthe thickness of clay soil (TCS), are selected as the input patternsof the integrated approach, and danger index (DI) as the outputpattern. A multilayer back-propagation neural network is trainedwith 30 sets of data samples including 15 sets of earth fissure samplesand 15 sets of safety samples for defining the architecture ofANN. Subsequently, GA is employed by optimizing the initial weightsof trained ANN by minimizing the deviation of output. The efficacy ofthe integrated approach is demonstrated by comparing the deviationof output from ANN and GA-ANN for 5 testing samples andthe result shows that the GA-ANN method is more accurate thanANN in identifying the occurrence of earth fissure. The integratedmethod is applied to the assessment of earth fissure hazard in typicalregions of earth fissure. According to the classification of DI, theregions are divided into four zones ‒ danger zone, sub-danger zone,sub-safe zone and safe zone.

        Experimental studies on elastic cooling and pyromagnetic effect ofpolyvinyl chloride sheets with defects

        Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) sheets were made into samples with precast defects for uniaxial tensile test. The tests are carried out under room temperature with conditions of same displacement rate but different defect sizes or of same defect but different displacement rates. The local nonuniform temperature field on whole deformation area of specimen is recorded with a thermal infrared imager and the whole coupling magnetic field with thermal changes in experiments is detected and measured by a self-developed sensors system. The experimental results show that, in a complete tensile test process of PVC samples, the temperature reduction phenomenon emerges firstly in its elastic deformation stage (areas) that temperature of specimen is cooler than room temperature. And then in viscoplastic deformation period (areas), the temperature increases sharply to be obviously higher than room temperature due to the thermo-mechanical coupling effection of tensile load and viscoplastic deformation heat. These thermal variations lead a coupling pyromagnetic effect occur and the effect intensity is dependent strongly on the strain rate and/or the size of defects. The tem\-perature prejudgment conditions for materials yield are preliminary discussed based on this effect.

        Multiple-image Encryption and Multiplexing Using a Modified Gerchberg–Saxton Algorithm in Fresnel-transform Domain and Computational Ghost Imaging

        Optical information processing technology is characterized by high speed and parallelism, and the light features short wavelength and large information capacity; At the same time, it has various attributes including amplitude, phase, wavelength and polarization, and is a carrier of multi-dimensional information. Therefore, optical encryption is of great significance in the field of information security transmission, and is widely used in the field of image encryption. For multi-image encryption, this paper proposes a multi-image encryption algorithm based on a modified Gerchberg–Saxton algorithm (MGSA) in the Fresnel-transform domain and computational ghost imaging. First, MGSA is used to realize “one code, one key”; Second, phase function superposition and normalization are used to reduce the amount of ciphertext transmission; Finally, computational ghost imaging is used to improve the security of the whole encryption system. This method can encrypt multiple images simultaneously with high efficiency, simple calculation, safety and reliability, and less data transmission. The encryption effect of the method is evaluated by using correlation coefficient and structural similarity, and the effectiveness and security of the method are verified by simulation experiments.

        从三篇铭文看西周铭文的风格流变

        청동기 명문은 중국산문 형성발전의 초기 원류이기 때문에 은상시기 출토된 문물 문자자료에 대한 연구는 고대산문발전변화의 중요한 부분이다. 본문은 서주초기 명문인 『利궤』과 서주 중기 명문인『牆盤』그리고 서주 후기 명문인『逑盤』을 예로 하여 서주산문의 풍격 특징을 고찰하였는데 요약하자면 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 일부 형식이 점차 엄격하고 일치되는 경향을 보인다. 두 번째, 사구의 안배가 점차 안정되고 수사격식도 다양화 되고 있다. 세 번째, 어휘의 적절한 선택이다. 명문 편폭의 자수가 증가됨에 따라 명문의 형식과 조구에 있어서 뛰어난 수사예술을 드러내고 있다. 이는 명문 작가가 고도의 수사 자각성을 갖고 있음을 나타내며 고대인의 자각적인 문화의식을 체현하는 것이기도 하다. 이와 같은 내용을 통해 서주 초기 산문의 시대적 특징과 발전 추세를 살펴볼 수 있었다.

        Differences in the biological properties of mesenchymal stromal cells from traumatic temporomandibular joint fibrous and bony ankylosis: a comparative study

        The aim of this study was to compare the functional characteristics of mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) from a sheep model of traumatic temporomandibular joint (TMJ) fibrous and bony ankylosis. A sheep model of bilateral TMJ trauma-induced fibrous ankylosis on one side and bony ankylosis on the contralateral side was used. MSCs from fibrous ankylosed callus (FAMSCs) or bony ankylosed callus (BA-MSCs) at weeks 1, 2, 4, and 8 after surgery were isolated and cultured. MSCs derived from the bone marrow of the mandibular condyle (BM-MSCs) were used as controls. The MSCs from the different sources were characterized morphologically, phenotypically, and functionally. Adherence and trilineage differentiation potential were presented in the ovine MSCs. These cell populations highly positively expressed MSC-associated specific markers, namely CD29, CD44, and CD166, but lacked CD31 and CD45 expressions. The BA-MSCs had higher clonogenic and proliferative potentials than the FA-MSCs. The BA-MSCs also showed higher osteogenic and chondrogenic potentials, but lower adipogenic capacity than the FA-MSCs. In addition, the BA-MSCs demonstrated higher chondrogenic, but lower osteogenic capacity than the BM-MSCs. Our study suggests that inhibition of the osteogenic and chondrogenic differentiations of MSCs might be a promising strategy for preventing bony ankylosis in the future.

        In this paper, we propose a modified hybrid algorithm and prove strong convergence theorems for a family of quasi-$\phi$-asymptotically nonexpansive mappings. Our results extend and improve the results by Nakajo, Takahashi, Kim, Xu, Su and some others.

      • Extension Neural Network Learning Algorithms and Models and their Applications in Fault Diagnosis of Rolling Bearing

        Extension neural network is a new type of neural network that combines extension theory and artificial neural network. Extension neural network has been applied to pattern recognition, fault diagnosis and clustering. According to fault characteristics of rolling bearing, we propose a fault diagnostic method for rolling bearing based on extension neural network. We construct the fault diagnosis model based on extension neural network along with the learning algorithm, which are then applied to fault recognition of rolling bearing. Simulation experiment indicates that this algorithm is easy to implement and has small training error and fast convergence speed. The algorithm has both theoretical and practical value.
