Text Categorization for Authorship based on the Features of Lingual Conceptual Expression
( Quan Zhang ),( Yun Liang Zhang ),( Yi Yuan ) 한국언어정보학회 2007 학술대회 논문집 Vol.2007 No.-
The text categorization is an important field for the automatic text information processing. Moreover, the authorship identification of a text can be treated as a special text categorization. This paper adopts the conceptual primitives`` expression based on the Hierarchical Network of Concepts (HNC) theory, which can describe the words meaning in hierarchical symbols, in order to avoid the sparse data shortcoming that is aroused by the natural language surface features in text categorization. The KNN algorithm is used as computing classification element. Then, the experiment has been done on the Chinese text authorship identification. The experiment result gives out that the processing mode that is put forward in this paper achieves high correct rate, so it is feasible for the text authorship identification.

A new pH-sensitive rhodamine derivative was designed and synthesized using coupling reaction of rhodamine hydrazine with commercially available 3-bromo-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde, and characterized via NMR, HRMS, UV and fluorescent spectra. The obtained probe was marked with yellow fluorescence under neutral condition and pink in strongly acidic media. It has high quantum yields, is not susceptible to metal interference, and has high penetration ability for cell membrane and also further applicable in bioimaging.
rs10505474 and rs7837328 at 8q24 Cumulatively Confer Risk of Prostate Cancer in Northern Han Chinese
Zhang, Lin-Lin,Sun, Liang,Zhu, Xiao-Quan,Xu, Yong,Yang, Kuo,Yang, Fan,Yang, Yi-Ge,Chen, Guo-Qiang,Fu, Ji-Cheng,Zheng, Chen-Guang,Li, Ying,Mu, Xiao-Qiu,Shi, Xiao-Hong,Zhao, Fan,Wang, Fei,Yang, Ze,Wang, Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2014 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.15 No.7
Aims: Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) have identified several risk variants for prostate cancer (pCa) mainly in Europeans, which need to be further verified in other racial groups. We selected six previously identified variants as candidates and to define the association with PCa in Northern Han Chinese. Methods: 749 subjects from Beijing and Tianjin in Northern China were included. Six variants (rs10505474, rs7837328, rs4242384, rs7813, rs486907 and rs1058205) were genotyped by high resolution melting (HRM) assays. The individual and cumulative contribution for of the risk of PCa and clinical covariates were analyzed. Results: Among the six candidate variants, onlyrs10505474, and rs7837328, both locating at 8q24 region, were associated with PCa in our population.rs10505474 (A) was associated with PCa ($OR_{recessive}=1.56$, p=0.006); and rs7837328 (A) was associated with PCa ($OR_{dominant}=1.38$, p=0.042/$OR_{recessive}=1.99$, p=0.003). Moreover, we observed a cumulative effects between them ($p_{trend}=2.58{\times}10^{-5}$). The joint population attributable risk showed the two variants might account for 71.85% of PCa risk. In addition, we found the homozygotes of rs10505474 (A) and rs7837328 (A) were associated with PCa clinical covariants (age at onset, tumor stage, respectively) ($p_{age}=0.046$, $P_{tumorstage}=0.048$). Conclusion: rs10505474 (A) and rs7387328 (A) at 8q24 are associated with PCa and cumulatively confer risk, suggesting the two variations could determine susceptibility to PCa in the Northern Chinese Han population.

Chen, Quan Cheng,Lee, Jong-Pill,Jin, Wen-Yi,Youn, Ui-Joung,Kim, Hong-Jin,Lee, Ik-Soo,Zhang, Xin-Feng,Song, Kyung-Sik,Seong, Yeon-Hee,Bae, Ki-Hwan 대한약학회 2007 Archives of Pharmacal Research Vol.30 No.5
Cytotoxic bioassay-guided fractionation of methanol extract of Angelicas Sinensis Radix led to the isolation of a new dimeric Z-ligustilide, named neodiligustilide (1), together with three known compounds, Z-ligustilide (2), 11(S),16(R)-dihydroxy-octadeca-9Z,17-dien-12, 14-diyn-1-yl acetate (3), and 3(R),8(S)-falcarindiol (4). Among them, 2 showed the strongest cytotoxicity against L1210 and K562 cell lines with IC$_{50}$ values of 2.27 ${\pm}$ 0.10 and 4.78 ${\pm}$ 0.18 ${\mu}$M, respectively, while 1 showed moderate cytotoxicity wiith IC$_{50}$ values of 5.45 ${\pm}$ 0.19 and 9.87 ${\pm}$ 0.14 ${\mu}$M. Two polyacetylenes, 3 and 4, showed cytotoxicity only against L1210 cell lire with IC$_{50}$ values of 2.60 ${\pm}}$ 0.90 and 2.87 ${\pm}$ 0.49 ${\mu}$M, respectively.
Simulation of 7050 Wrought Aluminum Alloy Wheel Die Forging and its Defects Analysis based on DEFORM
HUANG Shi-Quan,YI You-Ping,ZHANG Yu-Xun 한국소성가공학회 2010 기타자료 Vol.2010 No.6
Defects such as folding, intercrystalline cracking and flow lines outcrop are very likely to occur in the forging of aluminum alloy. Moreover, it is difficult to achieve the optimal set of process parameters just by trial and error within an industrial environment. In producing 7050 wrought aluminum alloy wheel, a rigid-plastic finite element method (FEM) analysis has been performed to optimize die forging process. Processing parameters were analyzed, focusing on the effects of punch speed, friction factor and temperature. Meanwhile, mechanism as well as the evolution with respect to the defects of the wrought wheel was studied in details. From an analysis of the results, isothermal die forging was proposed for producing 7050 aluminum alloy wheel with good mechanical properties. Finally, verification experiment was carried out on hydropress.
