Blind Signal Separation Method Based Machining Error Decomposition

In view of the current error separation method cannot successfully separate the dissimilar systematic error components from the whole surface machining data, a method for machining errors decomposition based on blind signal separation is proposed which can distinguish those dissimilar systematic error components. Firstly, the error transfer model to describe the errors synthesizing from the single error component caused by corresponding individual error source to the synthesis machining surface error is conducted. To determine the number of the systematic error components, the principal component analysis (PCA) method is used. Then according to the theory of blind source separation, negative entropy based fixed point algorithm is proposed to fulfill the machining error components separation, which can realize the separation of the systematic error components even in close frequency scale. Finally, a shaft surface finish turning data and a flat surface milling data are used as examples to verify the proposed method. The result shows that the proposed error separation method can effectively realize the machining error separation in close frequency scale.

Magnetic-graphene nanosheets have been synthesized via a simple effective chemical precipitation method followed by heat treatment. The composite nanosheets are super paramagnetic at room temperature and can be separated by an external magnetic field. The prepared magnetic-graphene nanosheets were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Raman spectroscopy, and BET surface area analysis. The results demonstrated the successful attachment of iron oxide nanoparticles to graphene nanosheets. It was found that the attached nanoparticles were mainly $Fe_3O_4$. The magnetic-graphene nanosheets showed near complete methyl orange removal within 10 mintues and would be practically usable for methyl orange separation from water.

AC line input cuneni is analyzed in detail during power regulation A novel phase-lock-loop ( PLL ) is presented to ensure normal operation condition of switches. Simulation of PLL under some typical conditions show its super characters. 25KHz and 100kHz induction heating system are designed separately as well as 25khz ultrasonic washing system.
제품 사용 경험 요소와 지속적 사용 의도의 관련성 연구 -전동칫솔을 연구대상으로-

경험경제 시대에 제품의 핵심 가치는 단순한 기능과 조형에서 제품 사용자 경험(PUX)으로 옮겨갔다. 제품의 경험 만족도는 지속사용성을 높여 기업 제품의 시장경쟁력 향상에 영향을 준다. 그러나 기존 연구는 PUX와 제품의 지속사용성 사이의 관련성에 대한 분석과 검토가 여전히 부족하다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 일상생활 편의 제품인 전동칫솔의 PUX와 지속적 사용 의도의 상관관계를 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 PUX 요소, 경험 만족도 변화와 지속적 사용 의도 간의 연관 경로를 설정하고 조사와 분석, 검증을 진행하였다. 연구 과정은 1)“제품 특징 및 시장 현황 조사”, 2)“사용자 조사와 PUX요소 도출”, 3)“설문 조사 및 경로 분석 방법을 이용한 PUX 요소-지속적 사용 의도의 연관성 분석”, 4)“분석 결과 도출” 4단계로 구성된다. 이러한 연구 과정을 토대로 제품 지속사용성에 포함된 “현 보유 제품의 지속사용성”, “동일 모델의 지속사용성”과 “동종 제품의 지속사용성”은 각각 PUX 요소 집단 “만족성, 효율성과 사용 편의성”, “만족성, 브랜드 신뢰성, 구매 경제성과 사용 경제성”과 “효율성, 조작 간편성, 안전성, 브랜드 신뢰성”에 직접적 영향을 받고, 경험 만족도 변화를 통해서 PUX 요소 “만족성, 기능성, 보관성, 위생 유지성, 구매 경제성과 사용 경제성”에 간접적 영향을 받는다는 것은 알게 되었다. 연구결과는 기업에서 전동칫솔과 유사한 제품을 개발 시 기초자료로 활용될 수 있으며, 연구방법은 향후 다른 제품의 지속사용성 연구에도 적용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. In the era of experience economy, core values of products have shifted from simple functions and formations to product user experience (PUX). Experience satisfaction of products increases sustainability and affects the improvement of market competitiveness of enterprise products. However, existing studies are still limited in analysis and discussion of the correlation between PUX and persistent usage of product. Therefore, this study targets the daily convenient product-electric toothbrush as a research subject and attempts to explore and verify the correlation between PUX and the continuous usage intention of product. Study has established the causal influence path between PUX factors, experience satisfaction changing, and the continuous usage intention of product, and proceed with investigation, analysis, and verification. The research process consists of four stages: 1) ‘investigation of product features and market conditions’, 2) ‘user survey and extraction of PUX factors’, 3) ‘analysis of correlation between PUX factors and continuous usage intention through questionnaire survey and path analysis methods’ and 4) ‘summary of analysis results.’ Through these research process, as result, study has identified that ‘continuous intention of using current products’ is significantly affected by ‘sensory satisfaction, efficiency, ease of use’, ‘continuous intention of using the same model’ is significantly affected by ‘sensory satisfaction, brand reliability, purchase economic and usage economic’ and ‘continuous intention of using the same product’ is directly affected by ‘efficiency, ease of use, safety, brand reliability’. Study also has identified that continuous usage intention is indirectly affected by ‘sensory satisfaction, functionality, product caring, hygiene maintenance, purchase economy and use economy’ through experience satisfaction changing. Research results can be used as guidance when companies develop products similar to electric toothbrushes, and the research method is expected to be further applied in relevant research on continuous usage intention of other products.

Three new chiral bisacylphosphine oxides, (-)-bis(menthylformyl)phenylphosphine oxide (1a), (+)-bis(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)menthylphosphine oxide (2a), and (-)-bis(menthylformyl)menthylphosphine oxide (3a),were synthesized using menthol as a chiral source. The synthesized new chiral bisacylphosphine oxides were used as photoinitiators for the polymerization of 1-phenyldibenzosuberyl methacrylate (PDBSMA). The polymerization initiated by chiral bisacylphosphine oxides under UV light irradiation is helix-sense-selective. Among the three prepared chiral bisacylphosphine oxides, the helix-sense-selectivity of bis(menthylformyl)menthylphosphine oxide is highest. The highest specific rotation of poly(1-phenyldibenzosuberyl methacrylate) at 365 nm is +416. The feed molar ratio of monomer to chiral bisacylphosphine oxide and the polymerization temperature have an influence on the helix-sense-selectivity. The lower the feed molar ratio of monomer to chiral bisacylphosphine oxide, the better the helix-sense-selectivity is. The increase of polymerization temperature is propitious to increase the helix-senseselectivity of the photopolymerization.
Fast Thresholding Based on Improved Minimum Cross Entropy

Image segmentation is an important and classic problem in image processing and computer vision. Thresholding is applied to many fields, because of its less computation and stable performance. The key of thresholding method is to determine the adaptive threshold. In order to segment biological image effectively, a new adaptive thresholding method is proposed. First, two dimension minimum entropy is computed based on gray-gradient co-occurrence matrix; and then the genetic algorithm is applied to encode the two-dimension threshold vector; Finally, the optimum threshold is calculated based on fitness function and uniformity measurement(UM). Experimental results show that this method has three advantages: 1) improve computational efficiency so that it can run in real time; 2) retain more object and edge information so that it can meet the practical requirement; 3) robust to the uneven distribution of light.
