      • 사료의 pH 및 단백질 수준이 자돈의 성장 및 영양소 소화율에 미치는 영향

        자돈사료내 pH와 단백질 수준의 효과를 알아보기 위하여 2개의 시험을 수행하였다. 시험 1에서는 pH 수준이 자돈의 성장과 영양소 소화율에 미치는 영향을 총 150두의 자돈(L×D×LW ; 8.82㎏ BW 30 ± 2일령)을 이용하여 1) pH 4.7, 2) pH 5.2, 3) pH 5.7 (basal diet), 4) pH 6.2, 5) pH 6.7의 다섯처리를 두었고, 시험 2에서는 pH와 단백질 수준의 효과를 알아보기 위하여 150두의 자돈을 (L×D×LW ; 5.46㎏ BW) 2×3 요인법으로 배치하였다. (조단백질 = 21.5, 24.5%, 사료 pH = 4.5, 5.5, 6.5). 또한 소화율의 측정을 위하여 시험 1에는 25두, 시험 2에는 24두의 자돈에 T-cannular를 설치하였다. 시험 1에서 pH는 자돈의 성장에 아무런 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 낮은 pH사료를 급이한 구에서 사료효율이 약간 좋은 경향이 있었으나, 유의적인 차이는 발견되지 않았다. 회장 및 분소화율도 처리에 의한 효과가 발견되지 않았다. 시험 2에서는 낮은 pH 사료를 급이한 구에서 성장 및 사료효율이 개선되는 경향이 있었다 (P = 0.16). 사료효율은 단백질 수준에 의한 영향이 있었으며 (P<0.05), pH와 단백질 수준간의 상호작용이나 다른 효과는 발견되지 않았다. 회장 소화율도 단백질 수준에 의한 영향은 있었으나, pH의 효과는 methionine의 소화율에만 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전체적으로 소화율은 pH에 의한 일정한 경향이 발견되지 않았다. 본 시험의 결과는 사료의 pH 조절효과는 자돈의 나이나 사료의 종류에 따라 영향을 받는다는 것을 암시하며, 일반적으로 통용되고 있는 자돈사료는 특별한 산성화 처리가 필요하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. Two experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of diet pH and protein levels on the growth performance and nutrients digestibility in young piglets. In Exp. 1, a total of 150 piglets (Landrace × Duroc × Large White ; 8.82㎏ B W, 30 ± 2 days of age) were allotted into 5 treatments. Treatments were 1) pH 4.7, 2) pH 5.2, 3) pH 5.7 (basal diet), 4) pH 6.2 and 5) pH 6.7. In Exp. 2, the effect of dietary protein and diet pH levels on the growth performance and nutrient digestibility was examined with 150 crossbreds Landrace × Duroc × Large White ; 5.46㎏ BW) piglets in 2 × 3 factorial arrangement. (21.5 and 24.5% CP and diet pH (4.5, 5.5 and 6.5)). Each treatment has 5 replications, 5 heads per replicate. For the digestibility determination, 25 pigs for Exp 1. and 24 pigs for Exp. 2. were fitted with simple T-cannula and individually fed the experimental diet. In Exp. 1, no significant difference was found in any of the criteria measured. Pigs fed low pH diets showed slightly better feed efficiency, but the difference was not significant. Both ileal and fecal nutrient digestibility were not different. A small difference was found in major amino acids digestibility, but there was no constant trend detected. In Exp. 2, pigs fed low pH diet showed a trend (P = 0.16) to grow faster than those fed high pH diet. Feed efficiency was affected by protein level (P<0.05). No other main effect was detected. Protein level affected the ileal digestibility of energy, dry matter, crude fat, methionine and threonine. The effect of pH was found only in methionine digestibility. No other main effect was found in ileal digestibility. It appeared that age of pigs and type of diet could greatly influence the effect of diet pH manipulation. Acidification of commercially available diets might have minimal effect when diet contained high portion of high quality feed ingredients.

      • 시료내 라이신 : 에너지 비율이 이유 자돈의 성장 및 영양소 소화율에 미치는 영향 DE RATIO ON THE GROWTH PERFORMANCE AND NUTRIENT DIGESTIBILITY IN WEANED PIGS

        본 연구는 현대의 빠르게 성장하는 이유자돈에서 사료내 Lys : DE 비율이 이유자돈의 성장 및 영양소 소화율에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 실시되었다. 평균체중 5.70±0.14의 이유자돈 (Yorkshire×Landrace×Duroc) 100두를 공시하였고, 제 1기 (0∼14일) 동안, 두 수준의 에너지 (3,400과 3,600 ㎉ DE/㎏)와 두 수준의 Lys : DE 비율 (4.4와 4.9 g/Mcal), 제 2기 (15∼28일) 동안, 두 수준의 에너지 (3,300과 3,500 ㎉ DE/㎏)와 두 수준의 Lys : DE 비율 (4.4와 4.9 g/Mcal)이 되도록, 2×2 요인법으로 설계하였으며 4처리 5반복 반복당 5두의 이유자돈이 공시되었다. 시험 전기간 (0∼28일)동안, 일당중체량 (ADG)은 저 에너지-고 Lys : DE구가 저 에너지-저 Lys : DE구 보다 높았으며, 사료요구율 (FCR)은 고 에너지-고 Lys : DE구가 저 에너지-고 Lys : DE구를 제외한 나머지 처리구들 보다 낮은 경향을 보여 주었으나 유의한 수준은 아니였다. 사료내 Lys : DE 비율이 높아짐에 따라 ADG가 높아지는 경향을 보여 주었으나 유의하지는 않았다 (P>0.05). 그러나 FCR은 Lys : DE 비율이 높아짐에 따라 유의하게 개선되었으며 (P<0.05). 에너지 수준에 따른 차이는 관찰되지 않았다. 제 1기 동안 영양소 소화율은 사료내 에너지수준에 따라 영향받지 않았다. 건물소화율과 총에너지 소화율은 Lys : DE 비율이 증가함에 따라 유의하게 개선되었다 (P<005). 제 2기 동안 조지방을 제외한 영양소 소화율은 사료내 에너지 수준간에 따라 영향받지 않았다. 사료내 Lys : DE 비율에 따른 영양소 소화율에 있어 유의한 차이는 관찰되지 않았다. 제 1기 동안 필수 및 비필수 아미노산 소화율에 있어서는, 처리에 따른 유의한 차이가 관찰되지 않았다. 그러나 제 2기 동안 총필수 아미노산과 총 아미노산 소화율이 사료내 Lys : DE 비율이 증가함에 따라 유의하게 개선되었다 (P<0.05). 본 실험결과는 이유자돈이 4.4 g Iysine/Mcal DE 수준보다 4.9 g Iysine/Mcal DE 수준의 사료를 효과적으로 이용할 수 있음을 제시해 주었다. This study was carried out to evaluate the effect of lysine:energy ratio (Lys : DE) on growth performance and nutrient digestibility of weaned pigs. A total of 100 pigs (Yorkshire × Landrace × Duroc) averaging 5.7±0.14 ㎏ of initial body weight were employed. Two levels of dietary energy (3,400 and 3,600 ㎉ DE/㎏) with two levels of Lys : DE ratio (4.4 and 4.9 g/Mcal) for phase I period (0 to 14 d) and two levels of energy (3,300 and 3,500 ㎉ DE/㎏) with two levels of Lys : DE ratio (4.4 and 4.9 g/Mca1) for phase II period (15 to 28 d) were involved in a two × two factorial arrangement, respectively. Each treatment had five replicates with five pigs per replicate. During phase I period (0 to 14 d), no difference between groups in ADFI, and feed conversion rate (FCR) was significant. However, FCR was significantly improved with increased Lys : DE ratio (P<0.05). During phase II period (15 to 28 d), ADG, ADFI and FCR were not significantly (P<0.05) different among groups. There was no interaction between dietary energy concentration and Lys : DE ratio in growth performances of weaned pigs. FCR, however, was improved with increased energy level and Lys : DE ratio (P<0.05). During the overall period (0 to 28 d), there was no interaction between dietary energy concentration and Lys : DE ratio in growth performances of weaned pigs. However, there was a tendency for higher ADG with higher Lys : DE ratio. FCR was significantly improved with increased Lys : DE ratio (P<0.05), but was not affected by dietary energy concentration. During phase I period (0 to 14 d), no differences in nutrients digestibilities were observed between dietary energy levels. Between dietary Lys : DE ratios, dry matter (DM) and gross energy (GE) digestibilities were significantly (P<0.05) improved with higher Lys : DE ratio. During phase II period (15 to 28 d), no differences in nutrients digestibilities except energy levels. Between dietary Lys : DE ratios, no significant differences in nutrients digestibilities was observed. In regard to amino acids digestibilities, during phase I period (0 to 14 d), average values of essential amino acids (EAA), non-essential amino acids (NEAA) and total amino acids digestibilities were not significantly influenced by dietary energy levels and Lys : DE ratios. During phase II period ( 15 to 28 d), pigs fed high Lys : DE ratio diets showed significantly (P<0.05) higher total EAA and total amino acids digestibilities. The digestibilities of threonine, methionine, phenylalnine and serine were significantly improved as the dietary Lys : DE ratio increased. In conclusion, the results of the current experiment indicate that fast-growing weaned pigs might be able to use more effectively diets contatining 4.9 g lysine/Mcal DE compared to diets containing 4.4 g lysine/Mcal DE.

        Wavelet-transform-based damping identification of a super-tall building under strong wind loads

        A new method is proposed in this study for estimating the damping ratio of a super tall building under strong wind loads with short-time measured acceleration signals. This method incorporates two main steps. Firstly, the power spectral density of wind-induced acceleration response is obtained by the wavelet transform, then the dynamic characteristics including the natural frequency and damping ratio for the first vibration mode are estimated by a nonlinear regression analysis on the power spectral density. A numerical simulation illustrated that the damping ratios identified by the wavelet spectrum are superior in precision and stability to those values obtained from Welch's periodogram spectrum. To verify the efficiency of the proposed method, wind-induced acceleration responses of the Guangzhou West Tower (GZWT) measured in the field during Typhoon Usagi, which affected this building on September 22, 2013, were used. The damping ratios identified varied from 0.38% to 0.61% in direction 1 and from 0.22% to 0.59% in direction 2. This information is expected to be of considerable interest and practical use for engineers and researchers involved in the wind-resistant design of super-tall buildings.

        Amplitude dependency of damping of tall structures by the random decrement technique

        This study focuses on the amplitude dependency of damping of tall structures by the random decrement technique (RDT). Many researchers have adopted RDT to establish the amplitude dependency of damping ratios in super-tall buildings under strong wind loads. In this study, a series of simulated examples were analyzed to examine the reliability of this method. Results show that damping ratios increase as vibration amplitudes increase in several cases; however, the damping ratios in the simulated signals were preset as constants. This finding reveals that this method and the derived amplitude-dependent damping ratio characteristics are unreliable. Moreover, this method would obviously yield misleading results if the simulated signals contain Gaussian white noise. Full-scale measurements on a super-tall building were conducted during four typhoons, and the recorded data were analyzed to observe the amplitude dependency of damping ratio. Relatively wide scatter is observed in the resulting damping ratios, and the damping ratios do not appear to have an obvious nonlinear relationship with vibration amplitude. Numerical simulation and field measurement results indicate that the widely-used method for establishing the amplitude-dependent damping characteristics of super-tall buildings and the conclusions derived from it might be questionable at the least. More field-measured data must be collected under strong wind loads, and the damping characteristics of super-tall buildings should be investigated further.

        《文选》及李善注所涉神话的数据统计与分析

        In the present study of anthology, even few scholars have been studying the myth involved in Wen Xuan and its annotated version. The results of the studies are still rare, There are over 140 workers poetries with mythological images in over 700 works which included in Wen Xuan, it was 20% of the total. And the above-mentioned 140 poetries, most of which are annotated by Li Shan, richly embellished with quotations and allusions to classical mythology in poems. The Cbu Ci that has been most frequently quoted it, secondarily Shan Hai Jing, thirdly Huai Nan Zi. Zhuang Zi has come in the fourth. A "Book of Myth" in Wen Xuan, which annotated by Li Shan, mentioned case of myth, and The Chu Ci, Shan Hai Jing and Huai Nan Zi from which over 10 types of myth were quoted, just Shan Hai Jing instead of The Chu Ci had held the first position. Of the 48 kinds of myths in the Wen Xuan by Li Shan annotated, "natural myth was the most, followed by the social myth", then "goddess myth", "creation myth" at least, with only three kinds. Most work s of Wen Xuan were recorded in Two Han Wei Jin Southern and Northern Dynasties, most poems with mythological images were also recorded in the same period. According to the above analysis. Two Han Wei Jin Southern and Northern Dynasties, was not only an important period that Chinese ancient myth was developed evolved, but also an important period that mythology and ancient literature linked by a close relationship.

      • Environmental, Social, and Governance Performance and Corporate Sustainable Development in China

        Purpose - With the acceleration of global integration and the deepening of the market economy, sustainable development is receiving unprecedented attention worldwide. Corporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance is one of the most important ways of promoting sustainable development. Companies with good ESG performance excel both operationally and financially, maintaining their competitive advantage and achieving sustainable corporate growth. This study examines the impact of ESG performance on corporate sustainability and identifies factors that influence this relationship from the perspective of external governance structures. Design/Methodology/Approach - This study investigates the impact of corporate ESG performance on corporate sustainability using a fixed-effects model with Chinese A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2020. It also explores the moderating roles of external audit quality, the shareholding ratio of institutional investors, and analyst attention on the impact of ESG performance on corporate sustainability. Findings - The findings show that corporate ESG performance can contribute to sustainable development. External audit quality, the shareholding ratio of institutional investors, and analyst attention have positive moderating effects on ESG performance, which can contribute to sustainable development. Research Implications - This study enriches theoretical research in ESG performance and sustainability, and identifies external governance factors that contribute to the relationship between the two. Consequently, it provides suggestions for listed company growth and sustainability practices

        Logistics Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Loyalty During the COVID-19 Pandemic in Vietnam

        The goal of the study is to examine and assess how the factors of logistics service quality provided by logistics service providers influence customer loyalty and satisfaction in Vietnam. This study employs samples of the Kansei technique. The article’s data was gathered through an online survey of 388 distinct Vietnamese customers who used logistics services before and during the Covid-19 outbreak. After the data was obtained, it was evaluated using SmartPLS 3.0’s Cronbach’s Alpha test and structural equation model (SEM). Staff service quality, operational service quality, and technical service quality are the three factors that determine the quality of logistics services in the study. Out of the 10 proposed hypotheses, research findings show that five are acceptable. The Covid-19 Pandemic in Vietnam had a significant impact on all dimensions, but it had no effect on how satisfied customers were with the logistics service providers. Nevertheless, loyalty is considerably influenced by only one factor, which is customer satisfaction, and customer trust moderates the relationship between these two factors. As a consequence of that, several managerial implications have been proposed to help logistics service providers improve their services to attract and keep Vietnamese customers using their service in the long term.

        Income Distribution and Factors Affecting the Bank’s Stability

        Purpose: Research on banking sustainability plays an important role in helping banks understand the level of risk in different types of companies. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the factors affecting the sustainability of Joint Stock Commercial Banks in Vietnam. Research design, data and methodology: The following theories, the factors affecting the bank's sustainability include: Business model diversification (income diversification), bank size, loan ratio, and net interest margin. Data was collected from Joint Stock Commercial banks in Vietnam from 2015 to 2019. With GLS model on panel data with banks listed on Vietnam stock exchange. Results: The analysis results show that net interest income has a positive impact on the sustainable business results of banks through the rate of return on total assets (ROA). The non-interest income hasn’t impact on bank stability. From this result, there aren’t positive signs of income diversification in banks. At the same time, with the obtained results, the study also provides a policy implication for banks. Conclusions: The study also provides some policy implications to improve the bank stability. Diversifying income in banks is necessary, but how to make it influential banks has not yet been done. Therefore, the adjustments in non-interest business activities need to be carefully considered by banks.
