      • Combinatorial Optimization Using FOA and GA in Futures Market Technical Analysis

        This paper presents a combination of the Fruit Fly Optimization Algorithm (FOA) and Genetic Algorithm(GA) for multi-objective combinatorial optimization(MOCO).The goal of the combination is to combine the advantages of FOA for its good ability in fast convergence and GA for its good performance in combinatorial optimization. In the last part of the paper, the new combination method was applied to the combinatorial optimization of futures market technical analysis. It shows good performance in finding a best combination and good suitability when data has been changed.

      • 『금오신화』 와 『요재지이』 중의 인귀련 비교 연구

        Love and death are the topic of the literature in the mankind forever, but sometimes there are also unhappiness in love. It is subjected to identity system, feudalism parent's system and fight ect. for the reason of social or the influence of personality and so on; a lot of persons who love each other have the yin and yang separation, and leave regret in mind. Hence people make up themsevles through peculiar motives such as romance between person and ghost, romance between person and god and romance person and monster etc. in the literature work. Because in people's impression, the ghost, gods, monster etc. are free from any tie but existing at liberty. This thesis carries on the comparative studying to love between person and ghost. As we all know, Korea literature in many aspects has accepted the effect of the Chinese literature, romance between people and ghost story also belongs to one of them. The Korean writer Jin shixi's 『Jin ao xin hua』 and the Chinese writer Pu songling's 『Liao zhai zhi yi』 are the novel containing unrealistic material. There are many comparative studies on ghost story in Korea. Relatively the writer also analyzes by parallel research in the essay romance between people and ghost story in Chinese 『Liao zhai zhi yi』 and Korean 『Jin ao xin hua』. 사랑과 죽음은 인류문학의 영원한 주제이다. 그러나 아무리 좋은 사랑도 마음에 들지 않을 때가 있다. 예를 들면 신분 제도, 봉건 가장 제도, 전란 등 사회적 요인이나 개인적 원인을 받은 영향이기 때문에 수많은 사랑하는 사람들이 음양 간격을 할 수 밖에 없고 마음에 서운함을 남긴다. 따라서 사람들은 문학 작품에서 인귀련, 인신련, 인요련을 통하여 마음속에 유감을 보충하는 것이다. 사람들이 귀, 신, 요를 자유롭게 가지고 어떤 구속도 받지 않기 때문이다. 본고에서는 인귀련 이야기에 대하여 비교연구를 하고자 한다. 한국 문학은 여러 면에서 중국 문학의 영향을 받았고 인귀련 이야기도 그중에 하나이다. 한국 작가 김시습(金時習)의 『금오신화(金鰲新話)』와 중국 작가 포송령(蒲松齡)의 『요재지이(聊齎志異)』는 모두 비현실적 소재를 다룬 전기(傳奇) 형식의 소설작품이다. 인귀련(人鬼恋) 이야기는 중국의 고대소설사에서 하나의 독특한 갈래를 이루어 발전해왔다. 이에 대한 연구도 끊임없이 진행되었다. 한국에서도 귀신이야기에 대한 연구는 비교적 많이 진행되었다. 이에 따라 본고에서는 한국 최초의 전기소설이자 대표적인 문학작품인 김시습의 『금오신화』와 중국 포송령의 『요재지이』중에 나타난 인귀련을 수평적 연 구방법으로 검토하고자 한다.

        <P>Targeted disruption of STAT3 function has proven to be a useful cancer therapeutic approach by inducing apoptotic cell death. Cucurbitacin is currently under development as a small molecule of STAT3 inhibitor to trigger cell death in many cancers. Here, we systematically studied the molecular mechanisms underlying cucurbitacin-induced cell death, in particular the involvement of autophagy. Treatment with cucurbitacin resulted in non-apoptotic cell death in a caspase-independent manner. Notably, cucurbitacin enhanced excessive conversion of lipidated LC3 (LC3-II) and accumulation of autophagosomes in many cell types. Such autophagy and cell death induced by cucurbitacin were independent of its ability to inhibit STAT3 function, but mainly mediated by enhanced production of mitochondrial-derived reactive oxygen species (ROS), and subsequently activation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) and c-jun NH2-terminal kinase (JNK). Interestingly, both the autophagy inhibitor wortmannin and knockdown of Atg5 or Beclin 1 failed to rescue the cells from cucurbitacin-induced cell death, as suppression of autophagy induced the mode of cell death to shift from autophagic cell death to caspase-dependent apoptosis. Thus the present study provides new insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying cucurbitacin-mediated cell death and supports cucurbitacin as a potential anti-cancer drug through modulating the balance between autophagic and apoptotic modes of cell death.</P>

        Mo yan was written in the last century in the mid of 1980s novel the White dog and the Swing using intellectual returning traditional pattern as the basic framework of the novel, the tragic fate of the heroine warm with several heavy blow, two hopeless wait caused itself can not escape the tragic fate. I have become a university teacher, ten years later on the way home, encounter childhood friends, has become a veritable rural women's warm, recall the past, face their own mistakes caused by the warm bitter miserable life and fate, guilt. In the narrative of narrative and interposition, the author introduces the heroine warm two hopeless wait. These two waits are of great significance to the transformation of the characters' destiny. 모옌이 쓴 1980년대 중반의 소설 『백구와 그네』는 지식인들의 고향을 돌아간 전통적 바탕으로 여주인공의 비참한 운명과 두 번의 희망 없는 기다림은 스스로 탈출할 수 없는 비운을 보여준다. 10년 후 이미 대학 교사가 된 ‘나’는 고향으로 돌아가 죽마고우인 ‘놘’을 우연히 만났다. 그러나 ‘놘’이 농촌여성이 되었다. ‘나’는 과거를 회상하며, 자신의 잘못으로 인한 ‘놘’의 비참한 삶과 운명에 대해 죄책감을 느낀다. 시간 순서대로 서술과 삽입 서술에서 저자는 두 번이나 희망 없는 기다림을 하도록 이끌어낸다. 두 번의 기다림은 인물의 운명의 전환에 중요한 의미를 지닌다.

        A C3 continuous double circumscribed corner rounding method for five-axis linear tool path with improved kinematics performance

        Corner rounding methods have been widely developed to pursue the smooth motions of machine tools. However, most corner rounding methods, which adopt the double inscribed transitions, still remain an inherent issue of retaining large curvatures of transition curves. Even for those double circumscribed transitions-based methods with relatively small curvatures, they also constrain excessively the transition lengths and are limited to a low-order continuity, deteriorating the feedrate and jerk of machine tools. For addressing these problems, a C3 continuous double circumscribed corner rounding (DCCR) method is proposed for five-axis linear tool path. In this method, the C3 continuous double circumscribed B-splines are specially designed to round the corners of tool position and tool orientation, whose transition lengths are analytically determined by jointly constraining the approximation errors, overlaps elimination, and parameter synchronization. Moreover, the excessive constrains of transition lengths imposed by traditional methods are alleviated by fully considering the effects of overlaps and parameter synchronization, and the jerk of rotary axes is also limited with a high-order continuity. Compared to the existing double inscribed corner rounding (DICR) and DCCR methods, experiment results demonstrate that our method can improve further the feedrate while limiting the jerk of machine tools.

        Acid Exposure Time > 6% Might Not Improve the Therapeutic Outcome in Chinese Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Patients

        Background/Aims There is less acid burden in Chinese gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) patients. However, the Lyon consensus proposed a higher threshold of acid exposure time (AET > 6%) for GERD. The aims are to apply the updated criteria in Chinese GERD patients and clarify its influence on clinical outcome. Methods Patients who were referred for both esophageal high-resolution manometry and 24-hour esophageal pH monitoring due to reflux symptoms were retrospectively screened. Those patients with AET > 4% was included and grouped into either AET 4-6% or AET > 6%. Their manometric profile, reflux profile, and response to proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) were evaluated. Adjunctive evidence proposed in the Lyon consensus was added in patients with AET 4-6% for therapeutic gain. Another group of patients (n = 144) with AET < 4% were included as non-GERD patients. Results In total, 151 patients (102 males) were included with 113 patients AET > 6% (74.9%). GERD patients with AET > 4% were with more male, older patients, and higher body mass index compared with non-GERD patients. Meanwhile, GERD patients were less competent in esophagogastric junction pressure. However, the manometric and reflux profile were similar between patients with AET > 6% and 4-6%. The response rate of PPI therapy was 64.6% and 63.2%, respectively, in groups of AET > 6% and 4-6% (P > 0.05). When adjunctive evidence was added in patients with AET 4-6%, no therapeutic gain was obtained. Conclusions The efficacy of PPI therapy was similar in patients with AET > 6% and 4-6%. The increase of the AET threshold did not influence the clinical outcome of Chinese GERD patients. (J Neurogastroenterol Motil 2021;27:55-62)

        Effect of an Antioxidant from Bamboo Leaves Combined with Tea Polyphenol on Biogenic Amine Accumulation and Lipid Oxidation in Pork Sausages

        The effect of an antioxidant from bamboo leaves (AOB) combined with tea polyphenol (TP) on biogenic amine accumulation and lipid oxidation in pork sausages during storage was investigated. The peroxide (POV) and the 2-thiobarbituric acid (TBA) values were determined for 8 biogenic amines. Treatment with AOB combined with TP showed a significant (p<0.05) antioxidative effect with lower POV and TBA values, and suppression of accumulation of the total level of biogenic amines, and the individual biogenic amines tryptamine, putrescine, cadaverine, histamine, and tyramine, compared to control sausages. Treatment with AOB combined with TP is a promising candidate for retardation of lipid oxidation and prevention of biogenic amine formation in pork sausages.

        Effects of mass transfer time relaxation parameters on condensation in a thermosyphon

        Mass transfer time relaxation parameters for condensation affect the amount of the mass transfer in the phase change. In the presentstudy, a numerical investigation has been implemented with four different parameters for the condensation process in a thermosyphon,with the parameter of 0.1 for the evaporation process. The numerical results were compared with the experimental results to validate thenumerical methods. When the mass transfer time relaxation parameter for the condensation was set to the value considering the densityratio out of the four parameters, the numerical result was in good agreement with the experimental result. This numerical process is expectedto be used to predict the temperature distribution in the thermosyphon more accurately.

        Antibacterial Graphene Oxide/Chitosan Composite Compression Garment Fabric

        To solve issues related to hypertrophic scars, such as the risk of bacterial infections, due to the wearing ofcompression garments for extended periods of time, we prepared an antibacterial compression garment fabric (CGF) with agraphene oxide (GO)/chitosan (CS) composite. First, the GO/CS composite was prepared and used as an antibacterial agentfor antibacterial finishing of the CGF. Then, silane coupling agent γ-(methacryloxy) propyl trimethoxysilane (KH570) wasused to modify the GO/CS-finished CGF to improve the washing fastness properties of the antibacterial fabric. Finally, thedurability, physical properties, and biological safety of the antibacterial finished fabrics were studied. We found that the GO/CS composite was successfully synthesized, and the antibacterial finished fabrics were endowed with antibacterial activityagainst both gram-negative bacteria Esherichia coli (E. coli, AATCC 6538) and gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcusaureus (S. aureus, AATCC 25922), with bacteriostatic rates of 92.09 % and 99.33 %, respectively. Moreover, the durability ofthe finished fabric was effectively improved by KH570 treatment. One disadvantage was that the comfort of the antibacterialfinished fabric was affected to a certain extent; however, biological experiments showed that the CGF finished by GO/CS/KH570 showed no potential cytotoxicity on the human body and did not cause skin irritation. The prepared antibacterialfinished CGF based on the GO/CS/KH570 composite could effectively reduce the bacterial infection rates of patients wearingcompression garments, which could significantly alleviate patient suffering.

        An MRTF-A–ZEB1–IRF9 axis contributes to fibroblast–myofibroblast transition and renal fibrosis

        Myofibroblasts, characterized by the expression of the matricellular protein periostin (Postn), mediate the profibrogenic response during tissue repair and remodeling. Previous studies have demonstrated that systemic deficiency in myocardin-related transcription factor A (MRTF-A) attenuates renal fibrosis in mice. In the present study, we investigated the myofibroblast-specific role of MRTF-A in renal fibrosis and the underlying mechanism. We report that myofibroblast-specific deletion of MRTF-A, achieved through crossbreeding Mrtfa-flox mice with Postn-CreERT2 mice, led to amelioration of renal fibrosis. RNA-seq identified zinc finger E-Box binding homeobox 1 (Zeb1) as a downstream target of MRTF-A in renal fibroblasts. MRTF-A interacts with TEA domain transcription factor 1 (TEAD1) to bind to the Zeb1 promoter and activate Zeb1 transcription. Zeb1 knockdown retarded the fibroblast–myofibroblast transition (FMyT) in vitro and dampened renal fibrosis in mice. Transcriptomic assays showed that Zeb1 might contribute to FMyT by repressing the transcription of interferon regulatory factor 9 (IRF9). IRF9 knockdown overcame the effect of Zeb1 depletion and promoted FMyT, whereas IRF9 overexpression antagonized TGF-β-induced FMyT. In conclusion, our data unveil a novel MRTF-A–Zeb1–IRF9 axis that can potentially contribute to fibroblast–myofibroblast transition and renal fibrosis. Screening for small-molecule compounds that target this axis may yield therapeutic options for the mollification of renal fibrosis.
